This video helped me a lot! I was thinking that my car's 12V charging port had issues not being able to charge anything, but with your instructions I gratefully found that the respective fuse was broken. Thank you very much!

How do you use a multimeter to check instead?

I don't know how to check the outlet with a multimeter, But you can use it to check each fuse individually by touching either side with the probes.

The always on they say it doesn't have a fuse. If you know anything about it I would like to know it too. Thanks. I don't believe in the no fuse thing by the way.
