Fantastic video, Patrick! I’ve been trying for quite some time to see the full layout on a five window bus as that’s what I drive fixing whatever. I was able to see what you can fit and because I have a wheelchair door. I can’t do the deck couch on the passenger side and otherwise that’s exactly how I was laid it out at looks like you’re with. I appreciate letting us see this great deal I like I hope he doesn’t mind if I borrow a few of his ideas. Great video, Patrick! Looking forward to your next one.

Pretty cool with some unique designing IF you're 'height challenged' or solo woman but being a man at 6 foot, I couldn't even imagine trying to live under a low ceiling like that. That'd be a torture chamber on wheels.
There are taller options out there
One question, when you convert a school bus to an RV, how do you register it? Like a normal car or does it have to be registered as an RV?

I m Guessing at less than 10% vans are, do it yourself. There is a whole lot to learn in the van build process and many hours of labor. Nevertheless it can be a very rewarding experience

Not sure id be comfortable sleeping right on top of a propane tank
You could always pull it outside when you’re ready to go to bed

I drive school bus for a living my dream is to buy and build my own
I thought propane tanks needed to be vented to the outside. There is no way I would ever want a propane tank under my sleeping area.
The tank is portable and can be moved outside when in use and turned on
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures , thank you for clarifying that. I would still want a sealed and vented area to the outside. Also, access from the outside. But, to each their own. We very much enjoy the interviews you have with all these very creative people.

The bus had insulated window covers and the basic bus insulation
Never put the cooler over the heater .. So much space but not utilized appropriately ..
Maybe someone will like it .. But not for me

I know people going to hate me for this but I got to tell the truth take my advice make your own it's a lot cheaper you can buy bus like that for $3,000 $5,000 and a full-size School Bus $8,000 hello cheaper guys DIY it works...
Not everyone has the tools, skills, time, space and knowledge to build their own.
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures good point I can agree with you on that which means they're going to spend a lot of money by anyone I tried to encourage people least try DIY oxy women build vehicles and they do a great job campar vehicle.. I do a great job even better than some men..

I love when people Build there own! Also love helping those who can't/ want to put there time into other aspects of life :)
@@patch.produxtions Exactly my point there's nothing like making it yourself the pride is there but most people are weak and don't know how to do anything me I love the eye wide I'm making my own Camper trailer out right now rather than spend $30000 buying a SoCal professional one
