What do you guys think of the hour long video? I’ve been wanting to do a recap of the 78 for a while now and wanted to wait until everything is done!! It’s about 95% done at the moment. I tried using the most useful parts and threw some fresh stuff in there so if somebody wanted to attempt this swap this could possibly help!!

I am a fan of the square body. I am glad you did a long bed. Most everything you see in the old square body are short bed trucks. It is a really nice looking truck. Look forward to future videos with it

You should toe in the front end a 1/8 to 3/16 with them tires and add a dual stabilizer it will alot less of a handful at speed.also you should add drag to the knuckles To tame the wheel shake....

I loved this build, I'm not a chevy guy but who doesn't love a square body of any make, truck turned out nice. Even the small squat in the rear is nice.

Said it before, but Justin can use a torch! I’m better welding than cutting, but that’s some clean work. Not as easy as it looks to keep slag puddles out of the way and keep your angle. Truck turned out beautiful. Love it!

I loved cleaning and painting the frame, looks awesome. Cant stand when people do all that work and leave he frame looking nasty. Really cool showing the frame work, that guy was an artist. Ya’ll done great, should be proud.

What is the 78 titled as??? Because of the frame being Dodge??? Just wondering you guys make me laugh and learn 👍👍
It’s titled as a 78’. The VIN follows the body. Not frame
The windows would look good tinted
20:27 don’t understand why you went so much unless you’re just trying to lessen your pinion angle but all it needed is 3° down on your engine equates to 3° down on the transmission you raise your pinion gear to where it’s at 3° up position and the universal joints in your driveshaft take care of the rest. The aluminum pinion wedges work, but they are soft if anybody does it you should use steel wedges. And if you’re still using lift locks, get with the program, get your springs re-arched you’ll thank yourself for it later.
