Just got mine for my 6 year old. Had to swap the vtx mount for DJI o3 to the one w/ the “19” inside. All in all amazing product - looking forward to binding and getting it in the air. Thanks for another great quad.
@@peighday lots of sim time. Encourage them to fly and not crash. Teach them how to land. When it comes time for the first flight, go to a huge field stand behind them while they’re sitting down with the controller on the lap. Get them off the ground and then give them the flight controls. Of course it’s really hard getting the goggles to lineup on their site. You’re just gonna have to play with that till it works. One of the first things that I did was plug my phone in many times and have my son sit next to me while he watches as I fly, and put goggles on his face and I flew line site watched just breaking out every single step of the process one by one for them.
