Here's something that's kind of creepy in addition to this being uploaded on Friday the 13th: They talked about Gilbert's father's death, well, Gilbert's father was 66 years old when he died, Gilbert's sister, Arlene died at 66 years old ( less than 3 weeks shy of what would have been her 67th birthday) and Gilbert died at 67 years old.

I suppose it’s possible, just seems unlikely, as he was doing local standup gigs in the late 2000s & 2010s. I’d think promoting a Denver, Austin or Raleigh gig on local radio during those years would’ve been useful.
Gilbert waa always on other radio in NY and the of the world, before and after Howard banned him. Gilbert's podcast has a few mentions of Howard and interviews with Artie, Jackie, Billy West, Penn Gillette and countless others on over 600 episodes. Very funny without Howard.

Yeah, this was Gilbert's last appearance at KROQ which was terrestrial radio. The next time he was on, Howard had moved to satellite.
