  • A house manager who worked at times for Johnny Depp while he was married to Amber Heard testified about the scene at the home in Australia following a vicious fight between the couple. Bad time to smoke a joint. Been sitting here listening to the attorney asking the same question just slightly different over and over for 15 minutes. felt like I was stuck in a damn time loop, seemed like it went on for an hour LOL. My girl and I started making up different ways in which to ask the guy about photos and how many he had.
So how many photos can your phone hold and how many non-Depp photos do you not have?
Did you not give Depp's team any photos they didn't ask for but them wished you have given anyway?
And Vise-versa did you give Depp's team any photos they did ask for but then felt bad for giving them?
Do you think there's photos Depp's team asked for but then wished they hadn't?... Objection, Ok judge I'll rephrase. Did Depp's team ever say they didn't want a photo they asked for.. and do you wish you'd never given them to start with?
If you were to make a GIF how many photos would you use?

Than forgetting what the lawyer was taking about when he referred to the estimation. I don't think he has any credibility. He doesn't even know if he was asked for all the photos and gave a dozen or if he was asked for a dozen and have a dozen. He should understand the parameters of his job and be able to speak toward that end.

Can anyone explain to me why when Heard’s attorney can ask, “Did Mr. Depp’s legal team ask for the photos, how many photos did they ask for, how many photos do you have, do you still have the photos, how many photos did you give them, and why didn’t you give them all the photos?” But when Depp’s attorney takes the stand and asks, “Did Ms. Heard’s legal team ask for any of the photos?” They strike it from the record as a leading question? This an egregious double standard caught on camera back to back to my eyes.

Nah ,it's fine. I think she's purposefully allowing them all that time and letting them drag the case on. If and when she loses they will try to claim she never had a chance to explain her side. As long as she continues sustaining the important objections on JD's side it's perfectly fine. She's allowing the important objections that would actually assassinate his character but allowing them to babble on endlessly. They're allowed all this time to ramble and try to come up with even a lick of evidence; it just reinforces the fact that she has no grounds to even stand on. Their constant babbling and time wasting just makes her look even more guilty and now no one can complain about her not having a fair chance. She's subtly allowing them to 'control' the courtroom while also not letting them gain anything beneficial from it; genius if you ask me...
Ohh, and there's even the benefit that it seems like she's on their side too. People can't complain that the judge was picking favorites when she loses either. 😂

Christine Catalano - if you have worked with suffering humans before you would know that when you bring 2 suffering humans together .... in a marriage .... you will experience despair, hysteria, abuse and grief, beyond comprehension.
Amber and Johnny should never have been married. Johnny has been a drug- and alcohol addict since he was young. Of course such prolonged abuse causes psychological damage .... on top of all the childhood traumas he tried to escape with drugs and alcohol. And Amber is a vulnerable woman, who is desperate for love and affirmation, trying to get Johnny out of his addiction-fog, feeling helpless and unloved.

Her attorneys come across bad but they are actually being fairly clever. Depp's team is playing down Heard's mental state by what Depp might have put her thru.... this can also be used against Depp in the end if any damages are awarded, if the trauma thrust upon here wasn't that bad and affect her so much then how can it be so bad and effective towards him.
All of this is geared towards if a judgement goes his way but her team is also setting the trap about Heard's past behavior that Depp's team is jumping on, they are showing Heard has said and done crazy things long before she wrote her story in mainstream publication. Her team is showing secretly recorded video and audio that make her look real bad..... but all that audio and video were recorded before she published her story. That kills Depp's entire lawsuit b/c it was filed in response to damages caused by that published story, her team is showing all the damage she had done before publication, so the published story didn't create the harm.
It's a great strategy to win this case.... but should Depp file other suits between break up to publication all his team has to do is show the jury this trial and he wins easily.

While filming in Australia, on an extreme hot day, Johnny took notice of a cast "extra" who was a young teen. He halted, took this young man and cleared the tent for this kid to sit down and cool off. And then, took some time to sit there and make conversation. This young teen was thrilled. He was shocked that Mr. Depp took the time for him, and helped him out.
Point being; what does this say about his personal character; we all know he loves kids. Guess what Ms. Heard, this will not destroy him as their hero.
