- A house manager who worked at times for Johnny Depp while he was married to Amber Heard testified about the scene at the home in Australia following a vicious fight between the couple. At one point during testimony, Heard's attorney questioned the witness about additional photos he had of the scene that were not given to the lawyers.

Lots of nonsensical and irrelevant questions from the defense.
Bad time to smoke a joint. Been sitting here listening to the attorney asking the same question just slightly different over and over for 15 minutes. felt like I was stuck in a damn time loop, seemed like it went on for an hour LOL. My girl and I started making up different ways in which to ask the guy about photos and how many he had.
So how many photos can your phone hold and how many non-Depp photos do you not have?
Did you not give Depp's team any photos they didn't ask for but them wished you have given anyway?
And Vise-versa did you give Depp's team any photos they did ask for but then felt bad for giving them?
Do you think there's photos Depp's team asked for but then wished they hadn't?... Objection, Ok judge I'll rephrase. Did Depp's team ever say they didn't want a photo they asked for.. and do you wish you'd never given them to start with?
If you were to make a GIF how many photos would you use?
I hollered, but loved the statement in his vc : "I wasn't there after I left" 😂😂😂
I could listen to the house manager’s voice for hours. It’s so calming to me.
I thought so too)) As a quite emotional person myself I even thought that's the way I should try and talk, not to give way to emotions))

Mr. King; "The house keeper. Adele, the resident house keeper. Yes, she was"
This guy is a subtle legend.
A true gentleman.
I can see exactly why people pay him good money to manage stuff for them.
Absolutely! He’s been one of my FAVORITES FOR SURE!!
So classy!
The lawyer speaks horribly and his grammar is just as bad.
It’s obvious that Johnny feels bad about the fact that his house manager is getting grilled like this and that they are trying to make him look bad. He’s seems like a very kind gentleman who is very professional and takes his job and commitment to his clients very seriously
he is the finest example of a true English gentleman that I've seen in quite some time, outside of movies. Particular, stoic, back straight, stiff upper lip and honest to a fault
21:26 is one of the best examples
I could listen to him for hours, he would make an amazing audiobook reader
Well at this point they need a testimony, telling how truthful he is about remembering anything, count for each side, one or the other would gain more confidence in the case when doing so.
@@Clipper_Dames Shortly after this timestamp, you see JD's team make eye contact and then the female raises her eyebrows 2X quickly... I think they're trying to hide their joy at the fact that he is resisting Mr. Rotten's BS games.

How on earth 🌎 did Johnny meet AH. Anyway??
Just looked it up. Guess she never stopped acting...
“ Depp met Heard in 2009, on the set of The Rum Diary, where Heard played the love interest to Depp's character.”
Shocking 🙄
Isn’t that the truth?? I love the comparison to Monty Python! It’s like a comedy in that courtroom most of the time. AH lawyers must have just graduated from law school at the bottom of the class!
Too funny
Notice also that Turd's lawyer references the cleaning lady and the gentleman of a house manager names her and corrects on her title. Very eloquent and respectful of his fellow staff 👏
Right! And the lawyer kept saying "cleaning lady" anyway. Smh 🙄

I still can’t get over that Amber wants everyone to believe she didn’t write the Carly Simon line with red lipstick. She always called Johnny Babe for one, 2…it’s 100% her writing 3…it’s as if Johnny was replying to himself so that wouldn’t make sense…4…Johnny’s band the Hollywood Vampires did a cover of your so vain by Carly Simon so Amber 100% not only knew who Carly Simon was..she knew the song and that was a dig to JD saying “ she did it better “

This man is so precious he’s like something from a fairytale , that lawyer is trying every way to trip him up. The lawyer is rude !
The man was avoiding in an infuriating way. Knowing if he gave between five and twenty photos is appropriate to be able to say as apposed to I don't know could be a million. Than forgetting what the lawyer was taking about when he referred to the estimation. I don't think he has any credibility. He doesn't even know if he was asked for all the photos and gave a dozen or if he was asked for a dozen and have a dozen. He should understand the parameters of his job and be able to speak toward that end.

But Amber's lawyer wants to avoid wasting the jury's time 🤡
I'm 98% convinced the attorney doesn't actually know what a photo really is and he's just trying to figure it out without actually directly asking.

How many photos did you give out?

When this case is over and AH's troubles are established, I really think her child's safety needs to be looked into. The damage she's done to grown adults, all of her partners, no innocent child should be left in her care without thorough investigation
Absolutely!

I absolutely agree.....all thru this trial I have worried about this child of hers and what she will end up being subjected to at the hands of this woman ...it is a huge concern...

Agreed!!!!

Interesting how a photo of scratches on her arm can be entered into evidence with no foundation of where they came from. Were they self-inflicted? Who corroborated their validity? Hearsay is the theme. But it depends on who it comes from.
Right...so stupid. And they use tabloid headlines as evidence against too?
The psychiatrist said it was common for people that have borderline personality disorder to cut themselves.
Hearsay is dismissed. HERsay is valid in 2022

Why aren't Depp's attorney's protesting? what the hell are they doing? Is it a tactic? They leave their witnesses up there swinging in the air...
"You are correct, I wasn't there after I left." So THAT'S the big admission you spent 90 minutes trying to get this awesome man to admit! Not a waste of time at all.
Can anyone explain to me why when Heard’s attorney can ask, “Did Mr. Depp’s legal team ask for the photos, how many photos did they ask for, how many photos do you have, do you still have the photos, how many photos did you give them, and why didn’t you give them all the photos?” But when Depp’s attorney takes the stand and asks, “Did Ms. Heard’s legal team ask for any of the photos?” They strike it from the record as a leading question? This an egregious double standard caught on camera back to back to my eyes.
Must be paid by the hour. One question takes about one minute but if you rephrase it 20 different ways you can burn an hour. 😜
I think there have been so many instances like this during this trial!!
It's very distracting, and whittles at your ability to focus on what's being presented.
Nah ,it's fine. I think she's purposefully allowing them all that time and letting them drag the case on. If and when she loses they will try to claim she never had a chance to explain her side. As long as she continues sustaining the important objections on JD's side it's perfectly fine. She's allowing the important objections that would actually assassinate his character but allowing them to babble on endlessly. They're allowed all this time to ramble and try to come up with even a lick of evidence; it just reinforces the fact that she has no grounds to even stand on. Their constant babbling and time wasting just makes her look even more guilty and now no one can complain about her not having a fair chance. She's subtly allowing them to 'control' the courtroom while also not letting them gain anything beneficial from it; genius if you ask me...
Ohh, and there's even the benefit that it seems like she's on their side too. People can't complain that the judge was picking favorites when she loses either. 😂
@@mikeike4738 thank you! Ive been thinking about what trial that has taken place publicly I could've watched that the defense attorney was doing the same type thing when questioning the witnesses. I can't believe I couldn't remember! lol I totally agree with you.

Christine Catalano - if you have worked with suffering humans before you would know that when you bring 2 suffering humans together .... in a marriage .... you will experience despair, hysteria, abuse and grief, beyond comprehension.
Amber and Johnny should never have been married. Johnny has been a drug- and alcohol addict since he was young. Of course such prolonged abuse causes psychological damage .... on top of all the childhood traumas he tried to escape with drugs and alcohol. And Amber is a vulnerable woman, who is desperate for love and affirmation, trying to get Johnny out of his addiction-fog, feeling helpless and unloved.

Like you said they're both adults. She had adopted a child so she should have been prepared to take on an adult role before she did that.
And being adults they BOTH should have stopped and realized that they both needed counseling.
Or somebody who love them should have told them that they were spiraling out of control, if that was truly the case.
Finally: you can't figure out that you need counseling BEFORE you take a dump on somebody's bed you really needed more than just a little bit. At THAT point you need medication and probably time in a mental health facility.
It makes me wonder DON'T these people have ACTUAL family members and Friends? ANYBODY who cares about them?!
Do Amber's attorneys have a memory problem, or do they ask the same insane questions over and over just to try to humiliate Johnny?
It's theatre of a different kind - Amber's attorney's are trying to cast doubt onto Johnny. To try to make the jury believe he's capable of things I personally don't think he did. I think Amber's attorney's are trying to scrape it together though - all these witnesses & nothing too bad has come out about Johnny. If anything Amber seems to be the one who's emotionally manipulative & abusive.
Yes, it appears that is what they are doing, why the judge can't tell them to knock it off.
No they do this to confuse the witness and to make him make a mistake and change his narrative hence discredit him...
Sometimes when the lawyers are away from the mic you don’t catch them saying “objection. Asked & answered.” Then the judge remarks sustained (stop asking) or question permitted.
Basically they want to trip you up, rattle you, or get you to add to your comments so they have something else to go after.
I think they were doing that to try to get a rise outta him. He just chuckled and politely mocked.
Did anyone hear the lawyer object to his own question? Lmao.

litterly thinking the same, the way this prick is asking the questions is extremely suggestive, why does this judge allow this way of asking??? every question end with "right?" or "correct?" so its suggestive, Johnny's lawyers should really object to every question....these dropouts should even realise this is a case watched by millions....everybody will know their names, i think even Ambers lawyers are risking their careers...if this is even called a "career"

You’d hope there was some kind of moral ground they could use to not make themselves look stupid but… they chose to take this case. I get it’s for money or recognition but.. my god. What a meaningless existence.
Her attorneys come across bad but they are actually being fairly clever. Depp's team is playing down Heard's mental state by what Depp might have put her thru.... this can also be used against Depp in the end if any damages are awarded, if the trauma thrust upon here wasn't that bad and affect her so much then how can it be so bad and effective towards him.
All of this is geared towards if a judgement goes his way but her team is also setting the trap about Heard's past behavior that Depp's team is jumping on, they are showing Heard has said and done crazy things long before she wrote her story in mainstream publication. Her team is showing secretly recorded video and audio that make her look real bad..... but all that audio and video were recorded before she published her story. That kills Depp's entire lawsuit b/c it was filed in response to damages caused by that published story, her team is showing all the damage she had done before publication, so the published story didn't create the harm.
It's a great strategy to win this case.... but should Depp file other suits between break up to publication all his team has to do is show the jury this trial and he wins easily.
@@bennypit4411 It's a great strategy to win the case, but it's also bringing to light so much of the Amber encrusted Turd,.. I mean, just imagine how absolutely pissed A-Turd is if the only way that her defense team can win is to basically make her completely guilty of another crime and rob her from any victimhood status that she has adored for years.
At this point, her win is still her loss in the long run,.. too bad this is a defamation case and not a Domestic Abuse case.

They are dumb. He objected to his own question.
I’m confused how they can use tabloids/articles from the internet as facts but actual events from people’s mouths are hearsay. You’d assume something that was written by a random person assigned the task with no personal connection/information would be hearsay.
Right? These legal loopholes are ridiculous. Absolute clown show. If you present something with confidence it flies, but if you’re truthful and say, “this person said this,” then it’s hearsay. It’s ridiculous. Twisting of the truth.
They're using articles to prove the op-ed was not defamatory beyond any other printed media -this is a defamation case, not a who-dun-it case. I believe they've been doing this in order to prove JDs case is discriminatory. The reason witness statements on the stand are hearsay is, because they are. Witness statements need to factually correlate with evidence - if counsel asks for an uncorrelated statement it can be objected to on these grounds because it's unsubstantiated. ..I believe.

It is amazing to me how the witnesses all keep they’re composure and don’t seem effected by the constant repetition and accusing tones. I have had to be witness in abuse cases for a family member a few times and all witnesses were treated with compassion and patience. This is an important case that resonates with a lot of people being falsely accused by actual abusers under flag of metoo. and you can watch other things if you'd like, you don't have to focus on this if it's a distraction for you from other topics you'd rather delve into
Listening intently to this witness, really enjoy his accent as well.
he sounds and even acts like steve grant personality from moon knight, i was expcting him to call the suit and deal konshu fists of vengeance upon amber at any time
He seems like a sweet man. Also I can picture him like the butler on the nanny super sassy lol
It's so comedic seeing such an uneven matchup between Depp's team and Heard's team. Amber's team is all over the map gasping for air at times, meanwhileJohnny's crew is all prepared, cohesive, can form complete sentences. I mean it's really entertaining.
Such poise... "I wasn't there at the house after I left."
I know people love the self-objection and the not being there after I left but for me it's the '' Did you give Mr Depp all the photos on your phone?'' ''Not all the photos on my phone no..''
That's just so snarkyand literal--I love it. Go Ben...
@FlikSC I think his subtle jabs are flying right over their heads! Outstanding!! Gotta love the British proper humor ❣️
"I wasn't there after I left." That's gold!
Did Amber's lawyer accidently say "Objections, hearsay " when he clearly is the one asking questions 😂😂😂😂That dude must be having a hard time sleeping at night, or he maybe saying objection while in his sleep.😂😂😂😂😂😂 it's time for y'all A** to stop lying 😂😂 . Justice for JD
He probably isn't sleeping well
I really don't like this judge she's constantly allowing Amber's lawyer to go on with all sorts of shenanigans. Maybe its just me but she seems biased.
Agreed!!!
Definitely not just you
I’m terrified that she’ll be found guilty and then want a retrial because her council is utterly incompetent - is that a risk???? They are shocking.
My worry is that they’ll come up with some mental disorder diagnosis and she’ll come up with some kind of “insanity plea”. That she wasn’t in her right mind.
She doesn’t make it easy…😅
This isn't a criminal trial. There's no "retrial" in civil court.
They've got nothing... That shows..
They won't find her guilty. This isn't a criminal trial. They might find her responsible for damages.
Oh and BTW, no, she can't appeal for that reason. You are not entitled to a lawyer in a civil suit. She could sue her lawyers after the fact but, good luck.
End this insanity . And her career too, we wouldn't lose a fine actress anyway
☠️🤭
@@3or13 🤣
I havent heard of her before the accusations, let alone watched a film of hers
@@bambi274 Honestly: me neither. I have heard of Meryl Streep or Bette Davis .Never about this amber
@@PatriciaLim1968 hehe
The lawyer is so freaking manipulative wow.
His voice was even shaking, amateur!
For sure 💯! But remember he makes a million bucks a year before becoming partner and then he plays golf 9 months a year in two vacation homes with his hot wife. He’s selling his dignity for money he should be embarrassed.
It must be exhausted after all these nonsense questions over and over and over being asked by this lawyer.
29:23 minutes he objects the answer to his own question! I had to watch that twice to be sure. This has got to be the worst lawyer in the world
Also in the beginning
I wouldn’t say worst, he just has a terrible case. Obviously defending a culprit.
At 43:30,
"But once you left you don't know if Mr Depp drank the wine or not actually?
I don't know, I wasn't there once I left."
HAHAHAHA 😂😁🤣
“I wasn’t there after I left.” I know y’all seen The Nanny tv series. He reminds me of the butler on The Nanny. Super sassy lol and I am living for that statement 😂😂😂
This guy is absolutely hilarious!!!! I bursted out laughing several times. 😂😂😂🤣😅
"I wasn't there when I left" hahaha, Mr King is too good with that dry British humour
While filming in Australia, on an extreme hot day, Johnny took notice of a cast "extra" who was a young teen. He halted, took this young man and cleared the tent for this kid to sit down and cool off. And then, took some time to sit there and make conversation. This young teen was thrilled. He was shocked that Mr. Depp took the time for him, and helped him out.
Point being; what does this say about his personal character; we all know he loves kids. Guess what Ms. Heard, this will not destroy him as their hero.
What will really blow is when the made-for-TV movie producers come knocking to make a movie deal from her side. It's coming, unless a legal deal is struck that she can’t.
Watch for it......but don’t watch nor support it. It’ll be $$ in her pocket.
Ayo relax I think she transparent enough for that not to happen u buggin
Yea it's gotten to the point where all her lies are exposed but because it's such a high profile case, a producer would love to get her to look even more stupid telling her side of the story when we all know the truth.
@@LydNel778 that’s exactly what’ll happen…..movie producers go to one of the sources, which would be her because they know she’s a fool….and make the $$. It’s all about $$…due time. All in due time. Sad.
So true.
I really hope he does a movie from his side of this nightmare relationship so the world can see what him and many other men go through with this type if woman.
Darn, Johnny Depp is STILL as gorgeous as he was 30+ years ago.
He has aged like a fine wine! He's looking awesome for a man in his late 50s.
JD never age always calm loving man👍🤩😍
@@madelaineseguin1490 that’s for sure……🥰
Johnny is timeless.
I love JD with his hair pulled back. Looks incredibly handsome 😍
This judge needs to be replaced. She’s way more Lenient with Amber’s lawyers but always overalls Johnny Depp’s lawyers objections
That's not a call to replace a judge.
I read in another comment that someone else thinks they believe she is doimg tbis so her team csnt declare a mistrial for any reason since its lretty ibvious they have nothing
She’s also (not sure if it’s intentional or not) allowing AH’s team to make jackasses out of themselves. Lots of rope being given…
@@rosewatson7163 i think the judge do this in purpose since there is nothing they have against johnny. To prevent mistrial.
@@rosewatson7163 let the jury make the call,
This whole thing is gold, but 55:49 is the REAL GEM 🤣😂😅 I rewatched several times and it gets funnier every time.
I love this guy!! 😂😂😂
Right? This needed a mic drop after that answer. Especially after that dirtbag insinuated that photos were withheld. That lawyer is a complete asshole for making it seem like the witness had bad credibility.
How many times does rotten ask the same questions jesus Christ move on and get a new lawyer !!!
This lawyer is driving me nuts, correct, correct, correct! Where is the photographic evidence of her alleged injuries? We,ve seen Johnny Depps injuries and heard about them, so where are AH's?
Correct
Hearsay
Leading and unfounded..
A lawyer who has to keep repeating questions that have been asked and answered should find a different employment.
What a great wittness
A very credible and precise witness at the same time discrete. My favourite witness in the case so far.
29:22 is absolute GOLD!! Hahaha what a freaking idiot this lawyer is.
You can see Johnny laughing
🤣🤣🤣🤣Stoopid
im dyingggg
Indeed the witness was like wtf!
Jonny was laughing silently
I was a looking for this time stamp!!! Thank you
Would love to meet JD. I have seen all his movies and watched his visits to the Children's Hospitals etc. I can relate to this gentleman in many ways. May the truth set you free Johnny... prayers lifted for the truth to be revealed and may you continue with your head up!
I wish Amber's attorney would stop saying the cleaning lady. She has a name.
This trial is very interesting on how stupid her lawyers are. I’m getting annoyed so the witness is a godsend to keep so calm. Johnny has to win and I’m sure his career will get back but he won’t forget who dissed him
What a lovely, lovely man. If I was a success I would be more than delighted to employ this wonderful gentleman.
29:28 Johnny's pure laugh of enjoyment watching her counsel just fail miserably 🤣
Being European I do love the English language & this house manger is up for the questions & speaking so eloquently & quietly assertive! True British accent at it’s best in my humble British opinion, now not being in Europe!
Yes, he’s very professional and representative of a class act.
Oh, quitchya braggng. So we're all jealous over here of the way you guys sound and resent the forefathers who went for the broad yokel 'a'. Wasn't freedom from tea tax enough? 😊. 😄 And yes, he's extremely sharp and refuses to be tripped up or make even 1 concession to the hammering. Made the guy look foolish to boot.
My english isn't very good but I try to understand. Anyway, I thought this Man is british. 🤓
Eloquent and quietly assertive… Perfect description! My goodness, he seems to hold a level of etiquette beyond the ability of a mere mortal. Listening to him is like seeing a fairy tale come alive.
@@heidikickhouse- oh dear, taken the wrong way!
All of these people testified in the UK court & Johnny lost?
The UK courts SUCKS!
Was a different context, different defendant. Fairly sure defamation is easier to prove in UK, if JD would sue Heard over there he probably would win easily. But the UK trial was against the publication.
Man. How on earth did he stay so incredibly calm? 2 minutes into it I was already insanely annoyed.
That is English for you
"I wasn't there after I left". The funniest way of bantering the lawyer 🤣 😂 😆
What a gentle voice this man has
Did he seriously just object to his own question!? 🤦♀️
the way the bloke keeps on ending each question with "CORRECT!" winds me up !!! and does my head right in
🤩Why isn't this guy an actor? I want to see and hear him more. What a handsome chap!!
A little levity to this horror story.
He is quite handsome!
Love his accent.
Seems like a Genuine man.
@@mariahsmom9457 He has a bit of a Daniel Craig vibe going on.
Her lawyers sound really lost. I've really never seen them question even one witness in a way that could possibly benefit her case.
I am loving his occasional eye-pop. They just go incredibly wide sometimes when he's talking, and it's hilarious.
Lawyer: *proceeds to bombard Mr King with the same two questions but asked in several different ways*….continues with “I just want to be clear…”
Then Mr king: *sarcastically looks shocked and bewildered*
A gentleman through and through
Wow. Just wow... Turd really screwed up on her lawyers. He literally objected to his own question. 29:10 Oh, he's going to face the Wrath of Amber. Poor guy. Glorious.
Where is the recording of the doctor and nurse looking for the fingertip, with Amber crying and shrieking in the background about how sorry she is and begging Johnny to forgive her???
Idiot attorney for AH.Jury isn't fooled by trying to confuse this witness on dates.
Rottenborn: Objection! Heresay!
Judge: Its your own question...
Rottenborn: Oh, oh..
Judge: Next question...
