I asked her a couple of questions on it and told her how I follow certain people to learn myself, such as Jay Morrison. She immediately told me stop following him because he's a fraud. She took one of his "Courses" a few years ago. It was for 6 hours. It was suppose to be about tricks and hax in investing. She said during that time he spent 1 hour discussing a VERY broad and basic view on Real Estate investing. About 2.5 hours discussing his past and dream and the remaining time as a motivational speaker. At one point someone in the group asked him a very specific question pertaining to flipping. I can't remember specifically what she said, but from what I gather he basically told the man he just needs to believe in himself. Lol That man didn't like his response and walked out. I didn't think too much on it until I came across this video. Now I'm thinking her story is true.
The crazy part is he's bold enough to continue to act like he hasn't done what he's done. Everybody is lying and hating. Glad I didn't give him a dollar and never would!

If he received a grant, then that made him eligible for the EIDL loan. A real example of this is the fact that they doubled what you had on your return. So, my business showed $51,000 and they gave me the EIDL loan for $102,000. Question: how much did he receive from the EIDL loan exactly? Answer: It could very well be into the millions. The PPP is something totally different. How much did he receive on the PPP for those 10 employees? Side note: he is ‘losing’ nothing, but HIDING everything.

Lol. I'm glad I found this video. I met someone a few weeks ago who is a real estate investor. She said she's been doing it for a year. I asked her a couple of questions on it and told her how I follow certain people to learn myself, such as Jay Morrison. She immediately told me stop following him because he's a fraud.
She took one of his "Courses" a few years ago. It was for 6 hours. It was suppose to be about tricks and hax in investing. She said during that time he spent 1 hour discussing a VERY broad and basic view on Real Estate investing. About 2.5 hours discussing his past and dream and the remaining time as a motivational speaker.
At one point someone in the group asked him a very specific question pertaining to flipping. I can't remember specifically what she said, but from what I gather he basically told the man he just needs to believe in himself. Lol
That man didn't like his response and walked out.
I didn't think too much on it until I came across this video. Now I'm thinking her story is true.

Critical information: a line on the documents show that he received $10,000 for a EIDL grant. That says that he had at least 10 employees that he received $1,000 a piece for. If he received a grant, then that made him eligible for the EIDL loan. A real example of this is the fact that they doubled what you had on your return. So, my business showed $51,000 and they gave me the EIDL loan for $102,000.
Question: how much did he receive from the EIDL loan exactly? Answer: It could very well be into the millions.
The PPP is something totally different. How much did he receive on the PPP for those 10 employees?
Side note: he is ‘losing’ nothing, but HIDING everything.
