I think the reason people are more accepting of Katt's current statements compared to previous years is that now, as a society, we have access to readily available information, and hearing it from him rather than a media conglomerate that may or may not be pushing their own agendas gives consumers' affirmation of their distrust of the industry.

The whole video you’re just trying to question him, you left out the details on why he accused Kevin hart and the other guy. Even tho there plenty of information and multiple interviews with Kevin as well speaking about the subject. He’s the only one actually telling the public the truth, he’s been saying the same thing for years and everyone kept making headlines saying he was “on drugs”. The same accusation you made at the beginning of the video, implying that him being “on drugs” can actually be a reason why he shouldn’t be trusted. He’s the only celebrity who is risking his life LITERALLY to let people know the truth. Next time you make a video about the topic and you want to stay neutral actually do your research and give more information on the topic so people can actually make their own conclusions. Ice Cube wrote & directed a movie called the "The Player's Club" (1998) which included a horrific sexual assault scene that you can not see but hear, the imagery of the crime was shown post assault in the movie. So Cube cannot say that is something he would never shed light on.
I'm guessing he meant in a comedy. Sexual assault is a serious issue that absolutely deserves screen time if it is highlighting it in the right way.

As someone who was gifted with autism and hyperlexia, I can totally relate to reading a lot in a day! In fact, I was reading way beyond my age level even in pre-K. By 2nd grade, I was reading books at an 11th grade level, but my teachers struggled to challenge me. I just loved reading for the stories, not the challenge. I fondly remember checking out the same beloved books like Berenstain Bears and The Little Mermaid, much to my teachers' frustration! It took me a while to realize my own abilities, but looking back, I'm grateful for the joy reading brought me. And yes, 3000 books in a childhood is definitely possible! Reading was my hyperfixation, and I would read books every chance I got. Our school's reading challenge had a 250-book goal every year, but I surpassed that. No one knew about my ASD diagnosis back then, but looking back, it makes sense. I'm sure I'm not the only one out there with this story. 📚❤️

I read 273 books one year while working full time and going more than full time in college online. So to say I was busy was an understatement but it was my fixation. I didn’t put it down so it’s doable
3000 children’s books or even YA fiction books is one thing but Katt claimed he was reading non fiction books. I don’t know many adults even the hardcore readers I know who can read 3000 non fiction books in a year. Non fiction books are not easy reads, they’re densely packed with information. If he was reading that many non fiction books and reading whole encyclopedias, I doubt he was absorbing that information.

Now, I know nothing about Katt's sexual preference for partners and it certainly is none of my business and nobody should ever be judged or be outed unless that person makes it public. But, Katt has that vibe of possibly being gay and facts are that a lot of gay men were sexually abused as children by another male and even by an older female. Which brings us back to having mental breakdowns and possible drug abuse years later due to the stresses in that person's life and often results in taking their own life. Add the next ingredient of being an entertainer and the constant up and down pressure of being on top and then not being on top. If you are a comedian its even more dangerous because it happens night after night in real time, having a good show or being booed and heckled on your off nights or just a bad audience. Actors don't have that except every year or two or three if they make a bad movie.
But, if Katt was abused, it certainly would be a big part of his alleged psychotic episodes and "crazy" behavior.

I think he did in the interview what he does on stage. Facts sprinkled with funny details that may or may not be true. I believe him. It would be different maybe if he weren’t successful, but the fact he is and he STILL tells the truth about the behind the scenes and gatekeepers makes me lean more towards he’s being honest.
