The jury certainly finds Brandon Boudreaux to be a credible witness. The consistency of his testimony is remarkable. His kids are fortunate to have at least one sane parent.

Brandon will need years of therapy and support to process such incredible trauma. it is incomprehensible what he experienced emotionally as he continued to uncover each horrifying piece. I can not help wondering if the various police departments would have been able to put it all together without his influence. He is a more than a hero.

This man did so well to think and act fast and save his children and himself. It takes a lot of strength to act the way he did. He is also a very credible witness as did Kay Woodcock. Substantial, intelligent and compassionate people.

Brandon is very lucky to be alive and so are his children. It's fortunate that Mini-Lori (Melanie) wasn't able to gaslight Brandon's family into releasing the 4 children with the fake court order. Instead, she was trespassed and arrested. Alex was also there, waiting to drive the 4 kids away with Melanie. All around, a horrible outcome was thwarted. The police bodycam of the incident is chilling for me as I believe Alex would have killed those children because of some 'darkness/zombie' suspicion from Chad/Lori and probably the co-dependent Mini-Lori.
It scares me to think Melanie referred to her own 4 children mentioned in this testimony as "dark" or "zombies". That religious cult is DANGEROUS, may justice be found for JJ and Tylee
so heartbreaking how Lori and company destroyed generations of an extended family. So sorry for Brandon's heartbreak and for his children. He has been so strong and I hope this trial will close a horrendous chapter in his life and that he and his family can move forward and experience joy and happiness as a family again. After all, to be fair, there are other most describable crimes who require court time as well with strong evidence that can lead to a conviction. The shooting incident, involving the jeep, registered in Charles Vallow's name, has major relevance. There is video evidence of Lori and either Chad or Alex, putting that exact tire in the storage facility, prior to the shooting.

Same thing to God. Therefore EVERYBODY is guilty and deserves hell. Jesus is our ticket out of that place. So you too could end up there if you don't accept Christ and get to know him for yourself. Tylee was the one that was burned & dismembered, not JJ. JJ was wrapped in plastic bags & taped up with duct tape. But as the other poster stated, I do understand that horrific tragedies are hard to talk about & we often don’t talk loudly about them. Brandon went through a lot when all this was happening & he got screwed over by Melanie & the Cox family (including Lori & Chad). I don’t agree with the defense stating “you believe” you were shot at! He WAS shot at by this clan!
The prosecutor’s voice is setting the pace and volume: slow, steady, and soft-spoken. She knows she has to walk him through very painful testimony; not the time for histrionics.

He sounds as any normal person who's been through such a horrific situation would be likely to sound when trying to give evidence. This is one of the days of his life he'll have to remember forever because it's so massive. The fact he identified JJs body is sad but somebody had to do it and I'm thankful he did. I think he sounds heartbroken and that's a normal response to an extremely abnormal, evil situation. I'm still confused as to why Melanie Boudreaux has not been charged for conspiracy, or some of the other major players. They absolutely knew that death equals money for the cult. I can assure you that the most truthful testimony other than from law enforcement will come from Brandon Boudreaux, his testimony was on point and heartbreaking. Very damaging to the defense's case. It's unfathomable that they took the death penalty off the table for Lori Vallow she is a prime example as to why the death penalty is the justice that is needed for a heinous crime such as the one she allegedly committed.
This is so emotionally sad because many of us watched for months as Lori was asked where her kids were and we were all praying they were still alive; and there were dozens of images of them alive, being cute, playing, talking (the police station visit with Lori and, Tyler, JJ with a neighbor outdoors; We got to love their sweet, sunny faces. All the while they were Lying in the cold ground, mutilated, dead. Multitudes, in this case, want justice for those little angels.
Lori is a monster. Chad is a freak. Their followers, WEAK. So sorry Brandon endured what he did. Huge betrayal of trust by his first wife. Nightmare experience! Hope he has now been able to rebuild his life, slowly and surely, with current wife, share happiness together and love with his kids.

I'm wondering why Brandon's ex hasn't been arrested. It was clear from the prosecutor that they found it relevant to the overall case to tie in the attempted hit on Brandon because any monies resulting from his demise would help fund Lori's/Chad's "mission" (i.e., lifestyle). I imagine the lifestyle of Brandon's ex and Alex Cox would have benefited too. Both of them moved from Arizona to Idaho and had condo units in the same complex as Lori, so it sounds like they were a tight little group. I find it hard to believe that Brandon's ex had no idea that the plan was to kill Brandon and live off his money. The prosecutor mentioned that Lori had told others that money from her niece (who at that time was soon to be Brandon's ex) would help fund Lori's plans.

Finally Judge ruled correctly, and allowed Boudreaux's testimony on being shot at. This was not the only time someone was shot at.

Brandon is very lucky to be alive and so are his children. It's fortunate that Mini-Lori (Melanie) wasn't able to gaslight Brandon's family into releasing the 4 children with the fake court order. Instead, she was trespassed and arrested. Alex was also there, waiting to drive the 4 kids away with Melanie. All around, a horrible outcome was thwarted. The police bodycam of the incident is chilling for me as I believe Alex would have killed those children because of some 'darkness/zombie' suspicion from Chad/Lori and probably the co-dependent Mini-Lori.
It scares me to think Melanie referred to her own 4 children mentioned in this testimony as "dark" or "zombies". That religious cult is DANGEROUS, may justice be found for JJ and Tylee

No not really. The Bible says satan and his minions has first class reservations. Hell was not meant to be for humans. It's not God's will for people to end up there. People send themselves there by not accepting Christ. All sin is the same to God whether it's murder or lying. Heck hating someone is the same as murder. You murdered them in your heart. Same thing to God. Therefore EVERYBODY is guilty and deserves hell. Jesus is our ticket out of that place. So you too could end up there if you don't accept Christ and get to know him for yourself. Not everyone dies and goes to heaven. Bible says most will end up in hell cause they won't accept Christ. You won't accept Christ and regret it. Definitely best decision I've ever made for myself.

Tylee was the one that was burned & dismembered, not JJ. JJ was wrapped in plastic bags & taped up with duct tape. But as the other poster stated, I do understand that horrific tragedies are hard to talk about & we often don’t talk loudly about them. Brandon went through a lot when all this was happening & he got screwed over by Melanie & the Cox family (including Lori & Chad). I know him - we were missionaries for our church in the same area. I would not describe him as soft spoken. I think he feels deep pain from this horrific and insane situation he went through. He is a kind and good man.

He sounds as any normal person who's been through such a horrific situation would be likely to sound when trying to give evidence. This is one of the days of his life he'll have to remember forever because it's so massive. The fact he identified JJs body is sad but somebody had to do it and I'm thankful he did. I think he sounds heartbroken and that's a normal response to an extremely abnormal, evil situation. Not to mention he's sitting in the same room as Lori after going through everything he's been through. I feel for him.
So much senseless pain, he was violently attacked and reliving the nightmare. PTSD.
I'm still confused as to why Melanie Boudreaux has not been charged for conspiracy, or some of the other major players. They absolutely knew that death equals money for the cult. I guess it's just too expensive to go after everyone involved. No wonder this poor guy is shaken up. He's traumatized and pretty much had his whole world shaken up and rearranged due to this cult. Not to mention nearly lost his life.

Sad fact: I live here in chandler Arizona, and just two short miles away from the house. My daughter is Tylees age and when she realizes who and what this doomsday story is about she lost it. She went to girls camp with Tylee and met her and became her friend. They knew each other on social media and my daughter didn’t put two and two together. Once she e did she was devastated to know her friend had been murdered 🥺

I can assure you that the most truthful testimony other than from law enforcement will come from Brandon Boudreaux, his testimony was on point and heartbreaking. Very damaging to the defense's case. It's unfathomable that they took the death penalty off the table for Lori Vallow she is a prime example as to why the death penalty is the justice that is needed for a heinous crime such as the one she allegedly committed.
She would've won having it converted to LWOP on appeal because, of the incompetence ruling happening at one point. IMHO

This is so emotionally sad because many of us watched for months as Lori was asked where her kids were and we were all praying they were still alive; and there were dozens of images of them alive, being cute, playing, talking (the police station visit with Lori and, Tyler, JJ with a neighbor outdoors; We got to love their sweet, sunny faces. All the while they were Lying in the cold ground, mutilated, dead. Multitudes, in this case, want justice for those little angels.

This entire situation for this man is an example of what is known as 'Dark Flower' awakenings within people who are somehow triggered through religion: Christian, Jewish, Muslim -- while Chad and Lori were projecting possession onto the children? They are the ones who have been possessed. A death penalty and execution, sadly, doesn't end the spiritual dynamic here.

I'm wondering why Brandon's ex hasn't been arrested. It was clear from the prosecutor that they found it relevant to the overall case to tie in the attempted hit on Brandon because any monies resulting from his demise would help fund Lori's/Chad's "mission" (i.e., lifestyle). I imagine the lifestyle of Brandon's ex and Alex Cox would have benefited too. Both of them moved from Arizona to Idaho and had condo units in the same complex as Lori, so it sounds like they were a tight little group. I find it hard to believe that Brandon's ex had no idea that the plan was to kill Brandon and live off his money. The prosecutor mentioned that Lori had told others that money from her niece (who at that time was soon to be Brandon's ex) would help fund Lori's plans.

Melanie is the daughter of Lori’s sister Stacey, who died when Melanie was very young (the circumstances of her death are considered suspicious by some family members). I think this is why Melanie looked to Lori for a mother figure. She was extremely lucky Lori was not her mother.
