Honnid did not make Kello, Kello was made by @Braltika (The guy who made the realistic Keller art), and Honnid simply remade him for the Clonetober event they hosted. Commander Dust was made by @uzuriart and again was a Clonetober prompt. The drawings are great, but keep in mind the designs are not that of Honnids, though the composition and style is.
Thanks for bringing this to light.
To those of you who have played classic battlefront 2, you'll know that Commander Bacara and Faies outfits were used as the heavy and clone engineer classes
I'm actually doing a video series soon where I play every older Star Wars game, I'm probably the most excited for this one.
Uh huh
It is actually just the class‘s type now.
So, a few things:
- Lieutenant Tank and all of the clone designs from Honni David you showed are fanmade characters and not official designs.
- The green clone commander from Gauntlet of Death was not officially labeled as Monnk, he's just a random 41st commander who briefly reports to Kit Fisto.
(We know he's part of the 41st because Cooker, a clone sniper under his command in the comic, was listed as being part of the 41st)
- Commander Faie didn't just threaten to burn down a Wookie village during Order 66, he threatened to have it orbitally bombarded, which would kill not only the Wookies and Vos but also Faie himself AND all of his men. Faie was honestly a complete psycho.
The 187th clone legion was purple. Mace Windu was their general. I had clone figures of them when I was little and they even made Lego sets for them.
I guess I didn't realize the purple 187th was Canon, too.
💜
In canon the 187th are a dark red but lego made theirs purple because hasbro back in the day made purple “mace windu clone troopers” and that desing is popular but not canon
@@bubakai4332Correct
@@bubakai4332 That makes sense.
@bubakai4332 no, these were purple clone trooper toys. I had back in middle school. Not Lego. They were purple and even had a metallic flake added to them due to being limited or something along those lines
My favorite clones being Gree and Baccara : really enjoying what i see from the start?^^
Should of included commander blitz he's the drip god of clone troopers.
Hey, he was in 1 picture, so give credit where credit is due.
Mayday and wolf gotta be on here
I focused more on the obscure people that would be new to everyone for this video, but Wolffe's phase 2 armor is part of the reason he's my favorite clone and also Mayday was such a dope design too.
What do drinking sprite cranberry has to do with anything😂 and you missed out on the RAF trooper helmet and armor design
Sprite cranberry more important bruh
homie doesn't know his right from his left XD
So my based and red pulled opinion on The Clone Marines triggered you too, huh?
My favorite look of a clone commander is wolffe.
Based.
And agreed.
The 187th Battalion is purple, it‘s a part of the 187th Legion which is maroon.
So there could be different colored Battalions among Legions?
Interesting...
@@DaBlueBountyHunter Yep! Though this is a relatively rare case where the number is the same.
I wasn't aware so thanks for informing me.
Saying the galactic marines are purple is a little bit delusional
When that Zantac hits.
1:30 gonna have to disagree with u the 187 legion and the 187 attack battalion are cannon the battalion is what we see in season 7 with mace windu and he had his own personal legion like anakins 501st and they were the one wearing purple armor the attack battalion tho it is a subset of the legion were the one with the maroon color patterns
I thought neo was called neo because his helmet looked like matrix neo's glasses
Now just imagine Neo fighting a infinite army of battledroids in Star Wars.
And to answer this question, I haven't seen that reasoning for his name officially stated anywhere but I could totally see it as true knowing Lucasfilm.
We do have a cannon purple, 187th
Yeah I guess I was thinking they weren't Canon from the Clone Wars retcon.
@@DaBlueBountyHunterwasn’t a retcon, legion vs battalion
@big.boi_v1795 Weird that they'd change the colors throughout the legion, but you're definitely right, though.
Windu clones were purple
Commander doom robbed
Dave was cooking when he approved Commander Doom.
I wish Neyo, Appo, and Thire had their own unique armors in RotS, just like Cody, Bacara, Bly , and Gree.
Also, the galactic marines look better in purple imo.
Neyo has unique armour tho, it just happened so that his right hand has almost identical look, while regs just have barc markins on helmets. Appo and Thire dont have anything because they were retconned into the movie, you obviously wouldn't be able to tell who they are while watching movie alone, and even with watching all the clone wars seasons you'd have 0 clues that Appo and Thire are THESE exact clones who seem to be an average troopers.
I guess I simply always thought hey were Purple-ish based on the pictures I saw.
@@mrzirak792Yeah, I thought it was kind of dumb how they all got retconned in there.
@mrzirak792 Appo and Thire were NOT retconned into Revenge of the Sith, they were ALWAYS named commanders. You can see both of them directly named in the Revenge of the Sith Illustrated Screenplay, which is literally the script of Revenge of the Sith just in a book.
@@DaBlueBountyHunterThey didn't get retconned, Appo and Thire were directly named in the script for Revenge of the Sith.
Hey leave hound alone he was a very good trooper
He does have a cool design ngl.
Also why did you have to kill Fives?
@@DaBlueBountyHunter he was trying to kill palpitne and I would kill him again
@@COMMANDER_FOXIt really is you.
@@DaBlueBountyHunter yes it is me commander fox the best clone
Don’t talk 💩 on Sergeant Hound he had DRIP
commander fox has cool armor in phase 2
True, him and Commander Thorn.
A maroon leaning more on the red shade. Closet color is citadel screamer pink
I know my brother in Christ did not just say "Citadel Screamer Pink".
@@DaBlueBountyHunter Sure did, look up the paint color
You should do a tier list with all the commanders and captains . There is a pretty good video
that Red five made about every commander and captain in the grand army of the republic
That is pretty good, also Red Five thinks he can get away with making all those clone videos right before I post mine.
Cool video concept but honsetly I almost disagreed with you in all of them :/
My fault.
I think Crimson would be a better color for the galactic Marines
My problem with it is that we already have like 5 other red or red-ish clone legions.
what about wolffe or blitz or the other arc commanders
Wolffe would be a 20 bro, and you're right that I should've included Blitz.
This is the video I've been needing. It's clear you're an expert on the subject. You should make another video creating the most fashionable clone commander using AI
That would be sick, I do have a couple AI videos planned actually. One has to do with the 2003 Clone Wars...
@@DaBlueBountyHunter Hell yeah, the 2003 CW is my favorite Star Wars show by a lot. I actually just recently collected all the Arc troopers from the scene on Hypori along with the bad ass LAAT. I even got custom 3D printed guns that were accurate to the show. I sound like a huge nerd but the 2003 show was my childhood and it's by far the most bad ass Star Wars show out there.
Anyways, I'll give you a sub and check out your other content. Best of luck with the videos
@countercuIture Thanks man, you'll never sound like a nerd for loving 2003 CW (at least in my opinion).
I love these clone commanders l wish we seen more of them in the clone wars My favorite commanders are commander Monnk commander Doom commander Keller commander blackout and commander Fay
Looks like you probably enjoyed this video then.
Technically fil and his men were nadars troopers not kit fistos
And how am i just now finding out that commander monk appeared outside of the water war arc that armor is actually pretty dope widh we could have seen it in the show
Ah, I never realized those were Nahdar's men. And yeah, Monnk definitely doesn't get talked about too much.
Monnk actually has never appeared in any armor other than his orange scuba armor. The green clone commander from Gauntlet of Death is an unnamed commander in the 41st, not Monnk.
1:25 'Mace Windu's clones' are simply the 91st, they wear maroon because it is a compromise between 91st Red and the gaudy purple of the EU 187th which looked like shit. No, the 21st Nova Corps aren't purple, they are maroon as they should be. The only purple we should be seeing is clone covert ops troopers, but Filoni wouldn't like us to see them because he doesn't like morally questionable clones unless literally every other clone disavows them.
Compromise? Or Filoni didn't know 187th existed?
@@АлексейМомот-щ7о It is hard to tell whether Filoni really just doesn't know lore even though he claims to know a lot or whether he just wilfully writes over pre-established lore because he feels like it.
The clone spec ops troopers didn't have any purple on them, you're thinking of the clone covert ops troopers. Clone spec ops are the ones like Commander Blackout and Commander Jet.
@@CloneCommanderCrater1102 Thanks, I've changed the comment now
