    Ayesha dear please specify type of salad. I believe you are recommending fresh green salad without any dressing. Creamy, pasta, bean, potato or so called Russian salads are not part of lunch in this diet plan

    I drink 1 ltr milk and 1 egg . 1 glass of beetroot and carrot juice . Some cashew nuts and every salan or daal 1 bowl 🥣 with spoon is it healthy diet ? But still I'm not losing weight what I do

    Simple boil rice khana Thora mushkil h main 1 month sa kha rahi hun but ab main bore ho gai hun plz ap bta dein rice olive oil mein fry vegetable or egg use kr skty hain 🙂
