Honestly, I don't buy his mental health shit AT ALL. We know how sociopath he is. Things such as adultery might hurt normal people like us, but it's probably not a biggie for him. He keeps saying grey things to influence people to do something, then when bad shit happened, he ask for proof that he influence those people. Something that rarely can be proven in white and black. The fact is, he used suicidal thoughts and his broken marriage as a shield on front load to cover his horrible behaviors. That is manipulation at it's finest. Truly disgusting. People like him are the reason why society don't take men's mental health seriously.

@@sya2711 I don't think it's a stretch to say that the divorce is a culmination of many things, not excluding the stress from everything that's been happening with the drama; There is a parallel to the divorce and what happened with goose and tectone, as both relationships soured around a time of drama and stress. Now is the divorce a direct result of the drama, that's unprovable; So while it's not directly relevant, it is somewhat related. However, the fact that it was only ever brought up in the opening paragraph (aka the hook in literature) alongside suicide attempts, and saying that he forgives everyone and holds no hate is an appeal to emotion 1000%
Atsu could have even been the reason as to why his own marriage went to shit.
Since we know he is spiraling so bad right now and he is clearly a psychopath he could be abusive to his ex so she left him.
What Atsu does is textbook narcissistic behaviour. Calling him out and moving on without enabling him anymore are the only healthy things to do.

I had people like Atsu in my life and its the worst. Trauma dumping and emotional manipulation is honestly horrible to deal with. So I can guarantee he didn't attempt anything. It's 100% a lie. I think the argument that you can't criticise him because he might do something to himself and the gacha space would be responsible and would suffer from... misses the point that he already nuked the space when he talked about offing himself. If people are afraid that it might impact the gacha space, too late, he did.
And why would people care about him when he's being persecuting others and pushing them to attempt to their own lives? Why would he be special? I don't care if he does it.. and it comes from someone who has a past with suic*de. He didn't care for others. He doesn't deserve the care. my grandmother is a textbook narcissist and everything atsu does genuinely reminds me of her.
he holds onto people long enough to control them, and while they’re in his life, they are on a pedestal. once they’ve seen more of his personality and notice the red flags, they’re gone, so he obliterates their reputation. rinse and repeat.
here’s another narcissistic behavior: everything is somehow about atsu or towards him. he doesn’t seem to be able to grasp the fact that the actions of others don’t boil down to “pro-atsu” or “anti-atsu” decisions. he doesn’t get that just because his friends make choices that affect him, those decisions weren’t made BECAUSE of him. he thinks somehow he has to be a factor in all of this.
again, just speculation on my part, but as someone who has lived with a narcissist grandmother and narcissist father, this is so familiar to me and it makes me furious. the only thing that will truly fix the situation is starving him of attention and ignoring everything he does, but doing so would be irresponsible when he’s done so much harm and damage, and he knows that. he knows he HAS to be discussed.
narcissists go through this cycle where they attach to one person or group, praise the fuck out of them, the mask starts slipping, bridges get burned, and they find new people to put on a pedestal and restart the cycle. sometimes they go through so many cycles that they try to come back to the people they’ve hurt before, and unfortunately, sometimes it even works.
he’s burning bridges right now. enough creators have covered the first round of genshin drama that he doesn’t have too many spaces online to relocate to. hell, even mainstream youtubers were talking about it. there isn’t too much he can do outside of the gacha space. he will try to come back. i’ve seen it so many times.
edit to add: i genuinely forgot about it (yknow since it was only mentioned on page one), but the cheating and divorce was the catalyst. a divorce will send any person down a dark path mentally, but for a narcissist like atsu, he needs to find an external cause for these negative emotions he’s feeling. for some reason he doesn’t want to blame his wife (yknow… the actual person who cheated), so now the darkness he’s been surrounded by is being attributed to twenty other people in a google doc. to a narcissist, nothing is an accident, nothing is a coincidence, nothing is self-inflicted. in his mind, there has to be someone intentionally directing harm towards him, someone being reckless and catching him in the crossfire, something. he is a victim, he just hasn’t decided how yet.

I feel like ppl are too focused on the suicide and cheating point to realize that quite literally everyone in the space is throwing accusations left and right and talking about things they have no real inside info which could also be seen as manipulation which no one has any real proof of on both sides. To me, every hoyo CC that interacts with drama that has nothing to do with them is a sham. Ofc you can respond to sections specifically referring to you, but trying to add weight on the brax thing is dumb because the issue is mostly personal because atsu nvr actually went to hoyo to sabotage anyone. The guy was talking shit behind closed doors to friends. Its personal drama and brax in his latest doc proved literally nothing besides hersay and that he didn't "lie," but was just miscommunication, or at least the intent to decive was not there as atsu accused him a lot of lying. He only agreed that he messed up with speculation, but then that just means he was just bitter he couldn't make friends even tho he has the hoyo deal. Simply put, he was crying over not being able to be in atsu's friend group. Srsly?
The worst thing to come of all this bullshit is atsu's latest doc was incredibly fucking dumb because instead of just sticking to the brax and goose stuff, he decided to call out so many CCs that ultimately didn't need to be mentioned and it just comes as spreading wildfire unwarrented and so every CC called out is naturally going to find it manipulative regardless of intent and the fact there is no actual proof of it being some planned atk. Him putting the CCs on blast make them come into the doc, speak of shit they have no idea about and end up muddying the info and perspective of the audience because they listen to them instead of ppl directly involved for more info.
Ultimately, the hoyo space with this drama proves how much of a kindergarten playground it is because no one can stop throwing personal shit online for everyone to see. This whole drama can be summarized as man children (CCs) fighting morals in front of an audience of literal children. Like 90% of drama here can be avoided literally by the parties in question talking things in private instead of going to the public which will just see that someone was a mean person and hurt some other CCs feelings which by itself is enough to cancel someone apparently. People on the internet suddenly forget that some people can not get along and hate each other. Man, this place is washed. Too many people that crave drama so much that they can't just make content people like to se- oh wait, its because yall can't actually make good content other than talking about other people's content. Don't get me wrong, you guys are allowed to make content on whatever, but just because you can doesn't mean you should. If anything, if you want to be seen as morally better than everyone else involved, then you stay away from all the CC drama reacts cause people that make great edits/guides/animations without the drama vids gather far more views consistently that some person yapping about negativity.
Anyway, this was a wall of text, but basically, The main CCs involved in this whole drama aren't innocent, and there isn't proof of manipulation on all sides.

Ahhh, yes poor poor AtSu. I don't want to dog pile him more, but he messed up big time. It's gonna take him a very, very long time to be relevant again and recover from this shit he started. He was on that Genshin bag during C*V*D and couldn't handle the fall/backlash when he first tried to ruin Goose Egg and Techton life and friendship as well as the others "involved". I only saw one vid of him and did not like him from the gate go. I hope he can improve and learn some accountability (this is what caused him all the shit he is going through).
If he rly used his situation as a shield (supposing its true, because we only have the word of someone who is known for lying and manipulating people), it IS deplorable. I once had someone try to do moral kidnapping to make me connect online to someone they were legit stalking and from what i learned later, used many people like this already (because they said, literally "u are a good person so i know u will do this for me, or else") , its uncomfortable, disgusting and selfish

I'm gonna have to disagree with VxV fiction here on the first two minutes. No one should be held responsible when someone offs themself just to call out their bullsht, then the accused doubles down and makes everyone the villain just to save face. It just guilt tripping at this point.
I just think NO ONE should blame themself and STOP blaming themselves for trying to bring justice. If it comes to a point where atsu does indeed kick his own bucket, people need to stop feeling ashamed for things that's out of their control.
Atsu is a victim of his own volition. Look what happened to etika. Unfortunately when etika met his own end, everyone in his platform and other platforms where blaming each other because they didn't do "enough" to help him or people added more fuel to the fire. Yet, everyone ignores the fact that there are people out there who TRIED to help Etilka but always declines their help regardless. Thus, ending his own life and everyone's was at each other throats because they tried to engage in a situation that they feel obligated to fan the flames, despite the fact the man himself was the one who decides to go off into the deep end.
I want everyone to remember that you can guide a horse to a pond of water, but you cant force the damn thing to drink it. No one in the involved party should feel regret just because weak men decides to dig their own grave that couldve been prevented by their own actions with a bit of clarity.

Actually Brax in his initial doc made it seem like Atsu was covering up for sexual assault (zyox). And ofcourse Brax didn't name drop him but I understand why Atsu had to clear that up. It was a big stretch for Brax to assume zyox was involved in something big and somehow atsu is covering up for him.
Clearly Brax had a misunderstanding about zyox and contributed to spreading rumours. We found out nothing major happened and zyox wasn't even responsible but it's disingenuous to say that Atsu made it seem like he did a crime when Brax was the first one to do that, at the party spreading rumours.
