I’m sorry but if you’re intentionally on an 18+ website as a minor, wouldn’t it be obvious that people on said 18+ website would assume that you’re an adult? Because you’re on an 18+ website? For adults? Above the age of 18?

no. It has 18+ content but there are still plenty of known furries that are under 18. The places for younger furries have a huge Groom problem, i mean just insane. He's in a community that constantly repeat they do everything right until they get caught.

With all the awful story coming out of minors on social media and the brain rot online, minor found on social media should face consequences (couple days in jail, 100+ hrs of community service ...) as a strong deterrent, and even more severe repercussions for the parents
Minors should never be on social media interacting with adults, but parents have abdicated their responsibility and this will keeps on happening if minors are left unmonitored in adult spaces, heck even mainstream sites like youtube are afraid to let adult subjects be discussed because minors could potentially be seeing a topic they are not supposed to interact with, the entire web is not child friendly, so they should not be allowed unmonitored until they are capable of handling it on their own

Of course it's always safer to ask if the other is what they claim to be but it is not something that should be mandatory on him, the website is at fault for even allowing minors on it.
Unless he actually knew about the other's age his only mistake was not being wary enough (and being weird but I suppose it to be natural on a 18+ furry website :/)
@@Giloudu27 First thing to do is always get to know who you're talking to, that's basic ethic in communication. Also, underage can and in fact go to adult site, it's pretty much common knowledge among anyone in the internet at this point.

I just skimmed through the vid so I'm not gonna say anything beforehand but I AM caught up with the situation somewhat and something I do find weird is that its been around 10 days since then without no further follow up which is weird for both. 1. cause the accusation is fake like sean had said is a recurring thing or 2, they are talking it out in private which i doubt given they already went through with it in making it public. now this is just an observation before anyone thinks I'm taking sides.
I also find it weird how it's been over a week and nothing else has been said about this when this is a pretty big accusation towards the va (really hoping all of this is false because I really like Sean's work as a va)

Let me say what is confirmed and what is not confirmed so far to let peeps catch up and get most of the image.
- Sean is the owner of the sonic account.
- Casper has been on an 18+ site that very likely asked for an age confirmation before letting him in.
- Both Sean and Casper lost their access to their accounts involved in the 2013 conversation.
- Casper hasn’t brought up his age to the sonic account in any way.
- There is a third party involved, siding with Casper.
- Casper wishes to press charges but without speaking further of the incident.
- Sean spoke more of the third party in detail but Casper hasn’t.
- The screenshots used as proof are cropped and edited while being sent by the third party.
- Rina hasn’t backed up the Casper on twitter yet.
- Sean has apologized with an “if” and tried to resolve this peacefully yet it was taken wrongfully.
- Casper muted the thread despite the opening in his favor.
- Sean has been found tweeting with a suspicious question yet the account no longer exists.
If we will solve this logically, Casper is supposed to be dealt with for pressing strong accusations and not backing them up, there is a reason why false accusations are punished by a lot of countries, yet at the same time Sean is not clean either, there is nothing that can be done about him though, his willingness to save himself but Casper not wanting to speak more of it looks a lot more like throwing the bomb and running, the odd part is the third party is a friend of Casper and not a family member, that alone shuts down the charges Casper presses if he chooses to be silent and try to move on. It doesn’t look good for both, but I believe Sean will be fine, trust me, worst case scenario, this becomes a trend for a while and Sean loses half of the fans.
Advice for teens like Casper though: Move on, those times were not beautiful yet those should be lessons, not trauma, there is a reason why psychologists solve such problems through the patients and not through the surrounding situation.

The casper account on twitter may not be the same casper and may just be another person acting like them as it was active when rina said casper is of the internet. Casper made nsfw art at that time and lied about their age on multiple accounts for 18+ communities. Why did Rina come out with this a decade after it happened for another person. Also after a bit of searching i found a thread somewhere in the twitter post's replies saying that rina accused another person of being a predator, don't know if that is really the case tho. Imo he's a weirdo but not a predator. Sean's response to casper doesn't mean he knew he was a minor either but that he was weird. Casper then muting the thread also seems to me like they really aren't casper and are only muting the thread because they can't provide more evidence
