I watched Zubats perspective of this game live, it was so ridiculous how much he could have hit Zubat for free and just didn’t. He was already getting blocked and losing time from it. Completely nuts choices from that killer.
I see this so often at red ranks honestly. Just today in like 10ish games I had three killers who were 100% committed to going one by one for his kills. Like the ‘I’m not chasing anyone else until you die’ style.
Jane and Meg (injured) we're both there at the end and Jane also attempted to get the unhook and bodyblock after but Scott went for the 1 for 1 instead. If Scott takes the hit and runs, Jane gets the unhook with borrowed and it's possible they all get out. Meg was also there when Zub was on his first hook and distracted Nemesis in the first place for Scott to get the save.
The Jane and Meg are the most useless teammates I’ve seen in a while. What’s the point in running bt if you’re not going to save or even attempt to save?

I have never played against a nemesis who did not relentlessly tunnel or face camp me. Literally never. And I am an avid player of this game. I think nobody represents killer toxicity more than nemesis IMO
Well in this case he was tunneling because there was 2-1 gen(s) left and he was the closest to death. The Claire hadn’t been hooked and she was the one trying to bodyblock.
There's quite a few maps that have these large amounts of dead zones and it's pretty miserable. The killer just gets a free hit/down regardless of what you do because there's just nothing to work with. Can imagine some players love it though 🙄
Dead zones as a whole are pretty dumb, but I'm not totally against there being one mostly dead zone with a gen that's sort of the "risky" but incredibly strong gen to take out early. Besides, benefits of a dead zone are generally really good vision, so you'll have time to run early, but you know.. sucks to run INTO nothing mid-chase

I got tunneled off hook twice by a doctor the other day for about 10 minutes with two of my teammates taking hits both going down about 4 times each and he still ignored them. In post game chat they said it was because they unhooked me while he was nearby, by nearby he means face camping me.
I can kinda get it and kinda not. Like if you got unhooked 5 seconds after I left, then I would go and down you if you are the only injured one because it's a easy down. What I don't agree with is using that as an excuse to tunnel a person for a good amount of time when there is people giving easy hits. The fact that he also face camped and used that as an excuse is a big gamer move.

I played against a Nemesis who tunneled a baby Dwight and then on his last hook, slugged Dwight and stood over him bming him and would tunnel him if we picked Dwight up. We eventually outplayed him at endgame and picked up Dwight and took hits whilst we ran to exit gate and got a 4k escape. I just couldn't understand the mindset of that Nemesis, Dwight did nothing to deserve that level of BM, he was a rank 19 with leader and would go down in 10 seconds of a chase. Glad we all escaped and I returned the favor to the Nemesis by t-bagging at exit gate, which I rarely ever do as I'm primarily a killer main but this guy was intending making the game as unfun for Dwight so I did what I had to do. Moral of the story... A large majority of Nemesis players play likes asshats.

Saw the title, watched the vid, I play both Survivor and Killer and know what a hard tunnel looks like: I don't see it. First down, he downed you an extra time after leaving you alone to chase a nearby survivor and then downed you again when you were picked up only to chase the other survivor and come back. He hooked you, fucked off, and then downed and hooked two other people within that timespan. He eventually came back for you, hooked you again, and then after that chased you while ignoring some people, sure, but eventually gave that up to whallop other people just because they threw themselves at him. And during the entire course of this match you ran around everywhere meaning you always had a scratch mark trail leading directly to you. Of course he could find you; you were making yourself free game, and even then he was being courteous. If this was "intense tunneling" I question what kinds of Wraiths and Bubbad you've been playing.

If he went after Jane things could've gone better, I guess.
I had the same experience against a tryhard tunneling nemesis on the same map! In the end he lost the gens and I've managed to escape. One of the most sweaty games I've ever had.

Man...don't you just love not being able to play this game. Here's my story of being tunneled. Map was Ormond. It was a dredge and I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get into this match. The killer instantly gets a down and then somehow see's me downs me hooks me then a few minutes later meg comes up runs back after killer came back she gets hit and then farms me and guess what? The killer saw I was death hook and INSTANTLY WENT FOR ME. I did nothing toxic had no toxic perks no keys or flashlights just me and getting tunneled for absolutely no reason.

I had a match two days ago, sent myself to lery's and got a spirit. She ended up tunneling someone and taking them out at three gens and clearly wasn't very good so decided I should take her because you can't trust randoms for shit and knew that if she tunneled another person we'd lose. Ran her for two gens and was on death hook by the last gen. I ran her for three minutes injured waiting for the last gen to pop because I had adrenaline until I realized what was happening, she downed me and I immediately started looking around and see both of the idiots walking around upstairs. Typical Nemesis player played typical Nemesis Playstyle. I generally don't complain about tunneling because I understand it being a form of pressure but since the RE chapter, I've experienced tunneling from first hook WAAAAAYYYYYY more than in the past
The worst part about this sort of spawn is that it can happen one way or the other. Just tonight I had a version of Groaning Storehouse where every single tilespawn (the big ones for L/Ts/Junglegyms) was a jungle gym, totaling 6 with 3 Long walls all near each other. And yet at the same time you can also just get the same spawn but every tile is literally not there or an L/T so no one can play.

Like he calls it out first when him and Claire are on a gen and the killer ignores Claire since she's not been hooked while Scott was hooked once and the killer also got 2 hooks before going for Scott again. Like that's not tunneling but just smart play. After basement hook the killer probably got too focused since he wouldn't hit Claire who kept bodyblocking but if he would of hit her then either kept going for Scott or switching off for Jane if he could then it's the best play since both are on death hook and he's got 1 gen left
uncounterable? it's literally huntress hatchets but without the ability to use it long range, and only usable on loops. You have to hit people 3 times with it, and each time it gives them a speed boost, and you think nemesis is uncounterable?
@@ChuuNebyou completely different to hatchets. The tentacle is a lot quicker to pull up and get a hit. With hatchets it’s a lot slower, easier to see and there’s a noise cue. They are far easier to counter than the tentacle. The charge time of the tentacle is 0.35 seconds, whereas huntress takes 1.25 without add ons. She is also a lot slower while holding it, and the cool down after a hit is almost the same
His power is a massive investment with a relatively low payoff. It feels hard to justify playing Nemesis instead of Huntress, Trickster, or Pyramid Head for any reason other than "hehe funni zombie"
@@bacon_haired_dude7050 remember Botany Knowledge does the same thing as We’ll Make It only two seconds slower, but you can use it anytime. And you can use it on yourself. Since I don’t usually unhook as much as my friend, I usually run Botany instead (and it’s better against hit and run killers).
I also had a nemesis tunnel me while ignoring everyone, but he proxy camped all of my hooks and got right on me everytime. We also had long ass chases everytime , i gues he hated me or something

If you're running botany and a green medkit you should use the abdominal dressing since the 33% buff negates the -8 charge and let's you keep the 20% speed buff from it.
Just had an idea. What if they'd rework Resurgence so it would ALSO apply it's effect if you got downed after being unhooked. If the killer lets you on the ground because he thinks you have DS you'd get some additional value out of it because your teammates could heal you up way quicker now.
The most intense case was surely the Wraith with Steve on Otz's stream, the entire team went their way to block the killer because he would not do anything else but hunt the Steve until he was dead. And apparently from the killer's profile, they were proud of it.
I am willing to bet this guy probably knew it was you based on the Dwight cosmetic set and reeeeeeeally wanted the challenge of trying to kill you. That really was a great match.

I very rarely am into buffing survivors stuff, but I do think that Resurgence should go to 60% on tier 3... Or at least 55%. We'll make it is better literally every single time in their current forms.
I had a match few days ago, Nemesis (of course its him) tunneled me from 5(!) gens, first chase - -3 gens, then he hard camped, i got unhooked with bt, still goes after me, loses 2 last gens, facecampes, i got unhooked but unlucky, he downed me. Since i was running meme build and not ds ub dh bt sweat shitshow, he killed me but 3 others got away Here is the kicker: HE HAD RUINDYING TINKERER AND DECIDED TO TUNNEL+CAMP ME FOR NO REASON INSTEAD OF USING HIS PERKS. (Ruin stayed up till 1 gen left btfw)

This RNG is literally just DBD maps since the reworks (other than Coldwind) but still better than the average lol

She ended up tunneling someone and taking them out at three gens and clearly wasn't very good so decided I should take her because you can't trust randoms for shit and knew that if she tunneled another person we'd lose. Ran her for two gens and was on death hook by the last gen. I ran her for three minutes injured waiting for the last gen to pop because I had adrenaline until I realized what was happening, she downed me and I immediately started looking around and see both of the idiots walking around upstairs. She got a 4k
Typical Nemesis player played typical Nemesis Playstyle. I generally don't complain about tunneling because I understand it being a form of pressure but since the RE chapter, I've experienced tunneling from first hook WAAAAAYYYYYY more than in the past

The worst part about this sort of spawn is that it can happen one way or the other. Just tonight I had a version of Groaning Storehouse where every single tilespawn (the big ones for L/Ts/Junglegyms) was a jungle gym, totaling 6 with 3 Long walls all near each other. And yet at the same time you can also just get the same spawn but every tile is literally not there or an L/T so no one can play.

1 gen left and 2 people on death hook. Is he supposed to go for the two people on first hook? I mean he tunnel visioned you for a bit, but if he actually tunneled he would have won
Ya I really don't understand this vid. Like he calls it out first when him and Claire are on a gen and the killer ignores Claire since she's not been hooked while Scott was hooked once and the killer also got 2 hooks before going for Scott again. Like that's not tunneling but just smart play. After basement hook the killer probably got too focused since he wouldn't hit Claire who kept bodyblocking but if he would of hit her then either kept going for Scott or switching off for Jane if he could then it's the best play since both are on death hook and he's got 1 gen left
I have never met a friendly nemesis. He’s just abused by try hard Russians who think they’re good because his power is pretty uncounterable

uncounterable? it's literally huntress hatchets but without the ability to use it long range, and only usable on loops. You have to hit people 3 times with it, and each time it gives them a speed boost, and you think nemesis is uncounterable?
@@ChuuNebyou completely different to hatchets. The tentacle is a lot quicker to pull up and get a hit. With hatchets it’s a lot slower, easier to see and there’s a noise cue. They are far easier to counter than the tentacle.
The charge time of the tentacle is 0.35 seconds, whereas huntress takes 1.25 without add ons. She is also a lot slower while holding it, and the cool down after a hit is almost the same
His power is a massive investment with a relatively low payoff. It feels hard to justify playing Nemesis instead of Huntress, Trickster, or Pyramid Head for any reason other than "hehe funni zombie"
My friend runs We’ll Make It with Second Wind as the dedicated saver. He heals them up fast and gets a free heal when he gets off of the hook.

Since I don’t usually unhook as much as my friend, I usually run Botany instead (and it’s better against hit and run killers).

I also had a nemesis tunnel me while ignoring everyone, but he proxy camped all of my hooks and got right on me everytime. We also had long ass chases everytime , i gues he hated me or something
One time he even lost me and ignored everyone until he found me again

If you're running botany and a green medkit you should use the abdominal dressing since the 33% buff negates the -8 charge and let's you keep the 20% speed buff from it.

Just had an idea. What if they'd rework Resurgence so it would ALSO apply it's effect if you got downed after being unhooked. If the killer lets you on the ground because he thinks you have DS you'd get some additional value out of it because your teammates could heal you up way quicker now.
The most intense case was surely the Wraith with Steve on Otz's stream, the entire team went their way to block the killer because he would not do anything else but hunt the Steve until he was dead. And apparently from the killer's profile, they were proud of it.

I had a match few days ago, Nemesis (of course its him) tunneled me from 5(!) gens, first chase - -3 gens, then he hard camped, i got unhooked with bt, still goes after me, loses 2 last gens, facecampes, i got unhooked but unlucky, he downed me. Since i was running meme build and not ds ub dh bt sweat shitshow, he killed me but 3 others got away
Here is the kicker: HE HAD RUINDYING TINKERER AND DECIDED TO TUNNEL+CAMP ME FOR NO REASON INSTEAD OF USING HIS PERKS. (Ruin stayed up till 1 gen left btfw)
I dont really get how this was a hard tunnel at all lol, literally never hooked the same person in a row twice until you at the very end when there was one gen left.
