427IndigenousSkies I’m also low porosity, and I’ve found that washing with warm to hot water, and using heat every time you condition helps to open the follicles to receive moisture. I also put a layer of grapeseed oil before my hair mask for added strength and moisture! Hope this helps!

Since, watching your channel I have noticed a major difference in my hair by co-washing everyday. It's more manageable and easier to maintain. Combing is normally takes an hour it down to thirty minutes.

I now wear my hair mostly in a protective style (2 twists) and like you make sure I detangle my hair regularly otherwise I'm in trouble and find my hair gets matted and breaks. I've also reintroduced ghm because in the past I've seen the most growth by using this method. Here's to healthy hair in 2019.

Or an at home one that works really well is fermented rice water, which includes just clean rice and water that's been left to ferment for over 24 hours in a container. it works well as a protein treatment.

Hair doesn’t stop growing unless you have some sort of sickness. Your hair is just breaking off as it grows. All hair grows.. just have her properly moisturize and tuck in your ends for 1-4 weeks without being too rough and you’ll see the difference
