I am actually at the start of this very journey! Colored my hair in late 2021 for the first time and with the challenges of the following year, wasn’t able to nurture it to the best of my abilities. Thank you for this timely sharing. I definitely do need to master structure around my routine. Next step is a chop
I swear you have to be on top of it if you have colored hair! It’s so fragile
I blow out my hair with my revair 4 times a year only for trimming purposes. I don't follow up with a flat iron as I have no desire to straighten my hair but the revair give me that 'almost straight' look and that's good enough for me. I'm definitely going to try that geritol though!

You definitely can just have to take extra care of it. I wasn’t taking care of my hair at all mainly due to constant traveling
Do you think your color would've been fine if you pampered it ? I use to have red and shaved my head bald to restart and said im not going back red til bra strap but do you think i shouldn't do it i don't want to start all over again but also want my red back lol
