I started taking Geritol & my hair is really getting thick! I wear a wig & underneath I keep my hair braided. I wash my hair every week. My edges have grown so nice! Another thing is Geritol has given me so much energy!

Question what’s liquid geritol do you use the energy or nutrition one ?
I took Geritol and my hair did grow tremendously. I ordered my Geritol from Amazon. But I also eat semi-healthy but my hair did get thick and it did grow. I only took one bottle which has a 100 tablets. I didn’t take before and after pics but I wished I did. It also gave me energy.

@@juliajulia1835 to be honest I didn’t pay attention to my hair until a month after I started taking Geritol. I use to have time to wash my hair weekly but the job I have, I wash my hair twice a month or sometimes once a month. All I did was wash my hair, put a leave in conditioner in it, and put it in a ponytail and I wrapped it into a ball to hide the ends. Just so happens one day when I actually had time to look at my hair, I had saw how thick it had gotten and how much it had grew. Every 2-3 days I would dampen my hair with water and once a week put some leave in conditioner in it and back into a ball ponytail. I did this for 3 months meaning when I ran out of Geritol caplets which is a 100 caplets.

I’ve been taking geritol since I was a child along with my siblings. In the Caribbean geritol is a very important supplement and it’s sold almost everywhere on my island or any other Caribbean country. It is very good for you
It is the nutrition in the vitamins it makes a women hormones balanced and that is what makes you more fertile.

You don't know that, there's a lot you don't understand. Nutritional deficiencies cause all kinds of issues and it's the reasons hormones may get imbalanced in the first place and modern day vitamins never give all of what you need, to stay on the safe side. If you look at the the back of Geritol it has we need and the proper proportion.

I got the liquid version from my local grocery store (Kroger) for $11. I’ve been taking it for only a week and my energy levels have changed tremendously…haven’t been taking it long enough to notice any hair growth benefits. Very hopeful though!

Hi Sherri. You may want to talk to your doctor to ask if it is OK to take the Geritol. I'm definitely trying it because I have low iron deficiency, and I lost a lot of my hair due to this condition. In my fifties as well.

@@theroyals5398 I personally haven't noticed anything life changing yet as far as length but it does feel a bit thicker at my roots. My hair is layered and about waist length in the back (when it's not battling shrinkage) but it's been here for a while. I also have been kinda lax on just my hair care (weekly masks deep conditioning etc) so I'm not sure if that's contributing to the not so stellar results. I've also been taking vitamin d which is suppose to help thicken hair too as well as ginko biloba and nac for my hair. I honestly got the most hair growth I can remember when I was using wild hair growth oil but it does irritate the scalp at times. I'm still going to take the vitamins because I do like that it doesn't have an overwhelming amount of biotin which tends to break me out. I may go back to liquid vitamins after this bottle just to see if there is a difference.

Sadly the cheap price is cuz the vitamins are cheap, non bioavailable synthetic types. The b12 for example is cyanocobalamin (converts to cyanide) not the higher quality methylcobalamin. But good to see it works

@sherri9161 different brand with more natural ingredients. Still a multi vitamin and iron supplement that comes in liquid form. I think it tastes better. Just be careful and don't take either on an empty stomach.

So I normally roll my eyes to urban legend on stuff like this- however, I have to admit Geritol does make your hair growth RAPID!! I don’t know the how or why considering the make up is less good vitamins and more GMO ( read the ingredients). I don’t know the why- but it does work 🤷🏽♀️

@Nikky10000 Actually it looks like 10,000 -25,000 IU is considered safe. Too high can lead to birth defects. Always check with your doctor though
