I watched your previous video about Gerbitol and couldn’t find it in the UK, so I tried Floradix. It has made a difference and I’ve had significant hair growth. I was previously taking iron tablets so switching to Floradix worked out great for me. Thanks for sharing.
@@Maryamjhampton people should be aware that it’s best to take Floradix first thing in the morning and/or before bed, 2 hours before or after food. Also never take with Zinc because it negates the iron.

I started taking Geritol after watching your video. I have noticed more energy and my hair overall looks and feels healthy. I have been on this hair journey for years now. My hair has volume and overall is healthy but I can't seem to attain length. I do protective style, triim, oils, deep conditioners, vitamin. I don't know what else to do at this point. I know hereditary place a role and my sisters all have long hair and don't even take care of their hairs hahaha.
Literally if you braid your hair, wash when you take out the braids, and oil or grease your scalp, braid it back up, it will grow! It's called the "leave it alone" method. Just plan to wear braids over and over for a yr!
Ironically I stopped taking Geritol a few months ago and started taking Floradix and my hair has grown. I know Geritol has other ingredients but to supplement the missing vitamins I use seamoss.
Will probably try that next year, since I already purchased the Geratol. It does have a familiar taste, I have taken from childhood. Don't know why the good and bad things are flooded with sugars and salt. Just killing people before their time.
Ha ha ha ha I started taking the geritol pills because of Maryam. I just finished the pills and am now taking liquid geritol. When I finish the liquid geritol, I'm going to try the floradix. But I will say this Maryam is the truth and her advice comes in clutch. My hair is growing and appears thicker now thanks to her I'm past bra length.
i have no idea about any of these products, but my comment is on the sugar and the taste. It's the fact when we stop consuming processed sugar then anything that has processed sugar in it if it happen to tast it we can felt it strongly disgusting and awful, sometimes you can feel it in you whole body irritated . Only those who has stopped consuming processed sugar can relate.
I did a month last summer no processed sugar and I was going through withdrawals. I’ve been slowly transitioning into no refined sugars.. how long does it take to get that disgusted feeling because I crave it everyday 😭

But if you had certain amount of it you either experience headache or stomachach, maybe your body will need to vomiting or diarrhoea, in either case usually 2 - 3 hours, personally I don't take any cure for that I just let my body does what it feels to do.. usually after this the body needs normally to fall asleep. After all this I feel better. I can't speak for everybody, bodies react differently, this my personal experience. People usually freak when they know about this 😅😅😅 but this sugar F up the body literally. I love sweets, it’s the fact that you start to understand and read the ingredients, and I’m really sorry that I don’t know how to explain that to you. I just use my sense and understanding to chose and I can tell if certain thing good for me or not… it takes diligence and time, there are certain things big no to me such canned juice, cereal… .. sometimes the smell of the food tells me a lot about. But there are a lot of options you can enjoy; homemade or those found in store.

I just learned Blood builder comes in liquid form. Currently taking the capsules for about 2 weeks now and I love it. I couldnt get over the messiness and taste of the liquid Geritol and I believed it really increased my appetite too. So glad when I finished it.
Geritol has a good percentage of alcohol in it enough to interact with my medication. Felt drowsy and dizzy while taking taking it. I also heard it can cause weight gain. I'm taking WOW liquid iron now. It's pricy but much cleaner and better.

I’m a floradix fan. I would encourage you to still chase with orange juice, because it helps the iron to absorb better.

I love floradix. Instead of taking it twice daily I just take the two doses once a day. I believe it’s 20ml I pour out instead of the 10.

Length retention can be a struggle sometimes. Focus on moisture and sealing in the moisture on your ends. This will keep the ends from breaking.
Be mindful of "protective" styles. If it's causing shedding & breakage, that could be the problem

Yes if you have low iron levels and your hair has hit a hair growth plateau. Low iron increases hair shedding and limits Hair Growth.
