High porosity. Carrier oil - olive. In a glass jar soak fenugreek seeds. I'm lazy so I leave the seeds in the oil in dark space, cabinet, for at least a week. Then heat the oil in the glass jar in a water bath on low simmer for about 10 to 20 minutes, then adding Alma and other ingredients as I see fit, primarily castor and EO, what's ever on hand. Let the oil cool and put in a dark colored bottle with a dropper, usually brown.

I would absolutely LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE a chemist's take on the best way to infuse the oils. Some recommend double boiling for a bit of time to warm everything. Some recommend roasting the fenugreek first. Some recommend only slow steeping in sunlight. Others say once steeped, store in the dark while others recommend continuing to let it sit in sunlight as you use the product.
It would be really nice to know the scientific perspective on how heat aids infusion vs breaking down essential nutrients and what is a good balance of the two. Thanks!

My first time trying fenugreek was me roasting the seeds in the oven and then storing them in a jar with avocado oil and caster oil. I don't do that now. I just put about 1/4 cup of seeds in a jar with olive and vitamin E oils and sit the jar in a dark cabinet for about 6 weeks. Also bought fresh rosemary and stuck that in a jar with olive oil and moringa powder (and vitamin E.) My hair says they're great because I don't have an itchy, dry scalp, shedding, breakage, loads of split ends, fairy knots, etc. Mixing them with a little shea butter feels great as well.

I liken the surface of the almond shell and the small prominent holes on this surface to the scalp and hair follicle holes.
I liken the green cover of almonds to hair.
Almond oil can be ideal for hair.
Eating almonds can also nourish the hair from the inside.
The green texture covering the almonds is not like walnut or hazelnut shell, because the green texture of the almond has a soft and palpable texture reminiscent of fine hairs.
There are long and thread-like thin tissues inside the almond shell.(I don't know if all almond varieties are the same.)
(when the almond bark is cracked, we notice these fine threadlike textures)
These fine textures are like hair strands.
Seeds that are shiny black like the hair of a young person: nigella sativa
Plant with long tassels like hair: garlic
spice that resembles hair root anatomy: clove
Can Black Black Cumin restore the natural color of the hair strand and make the hair look shiny and lively?
Do garlic cloves nourishing the white tassels of garlic work for clean scalp and clean hair follicles?
Can the clove plant, which looks like a strand of hair standing upright with its root, revive and straighten the thinning and weakened hair?
What kind of result do I get when I mix garlic, clove and black seed oil and apply it to my hair?
I liken each part of the walnut, which consists of two fatty food tissues, to the thyroid gland.
If the problem is in the thyroid gland, walnuts can be useful.
(I do not know English. I hope I was able to form correct and understandable sentences.)

We’ve been told that the chebe may irritate the scalp and is only used to keep the hair moist and help retain length. My question is, if chebe contains taspine and quercetine (which promote hair growth), how can growth be stimulated if it’s not applied to the scalp? I am using a diy which contains amla, fenugreek and many other herbs. I have had a lot of growth, but can’t say whether it’s attributed to those two ingredients or a combination of everything I do.🙂
