I have an update CurlyProverbz: I have been using Ayurvedic herbs: Rhasoul clay, shikakai clay, hibiscus powder, cassia, and aloe Vera powder. Istarted using these herbs to cleanse and condition my hair to combat the hair loss I experienced using Devacurl’s conditioners. In the 6 months that I have been using these herbs, I’ve noticed that my hair is super clean, soft, and ease of detangling. Most of all a drastic decrease in the amount of hair I lose. I’m HOOKED.

Would be that you save so much money when you use them to create for yourself what your hair needs. If I could add anything I'd say Moringa, and Turmeric are definitely mighty soldiers in this army. Both you can also eat, drink, and ingest as well as use as an ingredient. 🎉🍾Oh congrats on your Bell Bar Collabo also 🎉🍾

I also put it in my body butters and I make along with the other great oils that benefit the skin and detox and make it healthy.

Exactly. Some of my college acquaintances sent some time in Egypt. I was excited to discuss their African travels. When I mentioned the amazing opportunity they had to travel Africa. Crickets. They were offended that I called Egypt African. Their response was disgusting.

I know right, most of these north African countries are usually referred to as Middle Eastern and it does get on my nerves. Or if they're identified as African countries, they have to specify North Africa as if that makes it less African- the ignorance smh.

@@Pyxelles Please guys don't generalise, I am moroccan and very proudly african, I sometimes experience the opposite from other africans who feel we are not african enough because some of us are not black or because we speak arabic. I love Africa because it's home. ( some guy even called me white african, like wtf )

I love sorrel. It’s an island tea made from hibiscus flowers. You boil the flowers. Then add sugar and cinnamon. The longer you let the mix sit, the better it tastes.

Sorrel is Different from hibiscus. They are from the same family but two completely different plants.

Miqua B my aunt always used hibiscus flowers to make the drink and she’s from Trinidad.

@@seerchannah102 well that's hibiscus drink. Sorrel as I said is different. I'm Jamaican and I have also lived in Trinidad. Sorrel is the same among us. One of the main differences between the two plants is that sorrel has a huge seed. In preparing the drink too, some persons might add cinnamon but the main addition to the brew is ginger. Some add cloves too for extra flavour. Some persons add rum and let it cure for up to a year.

ReminisceNaturals I’m new to all this l, but it seems like too many items to use at once. However, do you use them. I currently use the curly proverbs hair oil DIY and I use the Chebe as a spray...use both three times and week....and that seems a bit much for me.
