you saved my hair. I am not even joking nor am I exaggerating. I don’t have super curly hair, my hair is just pretty wavy. But girl from having been diagnosed with pcos and androgenic alopecia, my symptoms were really bad. I was practically bald. Now, my hair completely stopped falling out, and I’ve never seen so many baby hairs before and thick ones too! I do everything YOU recommend. You are genuinely the absolute best, helping so many of us 😭💕 thanks for introducing me to Ayurvedic methods!

So I’m gonna call my pulmonologist tomorrow to double check and order some. Just had my wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago and my dentist informed me all my allergy meds (pill, nasal spray, inhalers) are dehydrating me and I feel like I never consume enough water for the hair growth I’m looking for. I juice in bulk on Sunday’s and keep it in my glass jars I purchased from Amazon or a jug in my fridge. My favorite one is my Red juice is 6 apples, 6 cucumbers, 6 carrots if they aren’t big carrots you can use 10 carrots, 2 peeled beets, large mostly peeled lemon, thumb size piece of ginger (I also add more), 1/2 of peeled pineapple, and 1/4 of a small watermelon (I even use the rind). This will make a little short of a gallon, but I add aloe Vera juice to push it to a gallon. I also make an orange and green one. Oh... and if I don’t feel like just drinking the juice I will use this as a based for my smoothies.

Garnets Web, avoid centrifugal juicers if possible, they push large quantities of air into the juice and it oxidises very fast - you can’t store this juice because it deteriorates the second it’s made. You need a masticating juicer, one of those with an auger at the front. These juicers also juice things like lettuce and other leafy stuff, which centrifugal juicers can’t cope with.
You can sometimes get a decent second hand masticating juicer from eBay (I got my first one from there), and I bought a new one from Tesco about 5 years ago. They tend to be more expensive than the crappy centrifugals because they make better quality juice without pushing air into it, and you can store the juice for up to two days in the fridge - you shouldn’t store it for longer than that even with a masticating juicer as the nutrient values will have dropped dramatically - would you expect a cut orange to hold all its goodness after spending time in the fridge? Even covered, nutrients deteriorate once released from their fruits/ veg.
      Hope that helps!

  • @truckart
    @truckart 9 месяцев назад +2

Juicing is great but it also adds calories because you're not chewing your food. Chewing is essential for all that enzymes stuff that goes on in your mouth (read on it), which breaks down your food. Juicing bypasses this crucial step. Better to eat a large bowl of salad.

The juice is true tho! I noticed my hair growing the most when I introduced juices regularly along with iron and zinc and vitamin d. I just found msm so I’ve added that as well! 🙌🏾

I have been taking MSM since I watched your video a couple of years a go. It was three only thing that stopped my hair fall. I’m so grateful to you

A little update/review/advice after my 3 week trial:
after a couple weeks of 1/8 tsp twice a day, I tried taking 1/4 tsp of MSM and my body was like "no no no no no no no no no. " I've felt pregnant-bloated for the last few days, endlessly supersonic gassy, and I've had acne in places I've never had as a result. It's not hormonal either, nor have I changed my diet. My period isn't due for another 11 days. I'm not a gassy person normally and have a healthy/clean diet. Very uncomfortable to say the least. Sorry for tmi, but I want to be informative and it could save someone from embarrassment. Lol
I saw bloat, gas and acne after beginning 1/8th twice a day. These calmed down after about a week...but nothing to the extent of taking 1/4th in one go for some reason. The bloat seems like it affects my face and my eyelids also so I can understand why some women feel as though they've gained weight, whether real or imagined.
That being said, I immediately went back to 1/8th tsp twice a day. 1/8th twice a day still causes some bloating at times, but I try to be mindful of nurturing it with greens that aid digestion like kale and spinach, adding apple cider vinegar to my smoothies and by drinking lots of water. I also exercise regularly and this helps. The more regular my intake is (once in the morning, once in the evening) the less issues I have. If the doses are closer together, I tend to have more issues.
I will say that with 1/8th tsp 2x daily, over the last three weeks I have seen success in the texture, shine and growth of my hair so far. My nails (hands and feet) also grow a lot more quickly and are much stronger. My leg hair seemed to grow more quickly in the first week of taking MSM, but Idk if I've just gotten used to it or if it's calmed down.
On top of MSM, Im taking a multi with vitamin C daily and am using Gro Aut oil treatment ever other week. The Gro Aut oil leaves my hair soOooo soft, silky and shiny. In combination, I notice a tremendous difference in the look and feel of my hair. I also have had less fallout.
Not gonna lie, it's kind of a pain in the booty sometimes. The bloat. The gas. The abnormal, unpredictable acne. But my hair seems to be benefitting and I've really have wanted to see improvement in hair growth, overall strength and health.
My plan is that I keep going til I run out of MSM or Gro Aut Oil, which should be some months or longer. I also don't intend to try 1/4th tsp in one go again. Probably ever. Lol. Because my body became incredibly uncomfortable as a result.
With all that said, my advice to anyone beginning is to be VERY MINDFUL of how this affects your body. I imagine that it could cause someone to get sick if they weren't careful in measuring properly or upping their intake. Also be sure to take your doses around the same time every day. 🙏

    • @agnessmythe3521

Unless you have fair skin, live somewhere with a decent amount of sunshine that you can expose 90% of your skin to without sunscreen, everyday for at least a couple of months each year, yes, you will be D3 deficient.
I’m a nutritional therapist and I recommend to all my clients that they a) get their D3 levels checked (ask for the 25-hydroxyvitamin D blood test), b) take advice about how much D3 to take to bring their levels up, c) check the levels again, and d) maintain the optimum level with 10,000 IU D3 a day from then on.
You do need to take vitamin K2 alongside high-dose D3; this prevents what docs call “vitamin D toxicity”, which essentially is high blood calcium, hypercalcaemia. Vit K2 (use the MK7 as it has a much longer half life in the body than the MK4 type, which only lasts a very few hours and must be taken several times throughout each day) directs that blood calcium away from the blood and into the bones and teeth, where it should be.
Lugol’s Iodine also helps in the utilisation of D3, maximising whatever you’re taking.
      Hope that helps!

In all the research I did on MSM….it did nothing but intrigue me. Then I came here (to RUclips) and couldn’t get through ONE VIDEO (trust me I tried) without someone mentioning you being the inspiration for giving it a shot. I have had ear length curly 4c hair for 12yrs and REALLY want that to change so I have MSM (crystals & powder…starting with the crystals tho), Vitamin C, Collagen, (liquid) Biotin, Fenugreek (powder & seeds), black seed powder, alma , all my carrier oils (avocado, coconut, olive, and almond) at the READY.
Just made some fenugreek oil that’s infusing as we speak and just started my MSM (starting small and an eighth a teaspoon) Vitamin C, Collagen/Biotin intake daily.
I can’t wait to see/bring you my progress after a few months.
Can’t wait to try some of YOUR products Thank you for all you do to help promote healthy hair (growth & retention).😊
    Keep up the good work.❤️😊❤️

Hey beautiful! Love your hair and just got onto your videos. Thank you so much for what you are doing!!! I’m trying to absorb all your great info! Just to clarify, as a nurse and someone with a sulfa allergy, I am certain that the sulphur in MSM is not the same as the sulfa drug. I think your viewers can definitely give it a try without the worry of anaphylaxis! Just the same caution you would use with any new supplement. Love! ❤❤❤
