Thank you for introducing me to Fenugreek. I've been using it for at least 6 months now and I see the difference in my hair. The craziest thing happened though, I'm in school n studying a lot and it was just so stressful and my hair began to fall out I started applying the fin Greek oil to my scalp daily and my hair started going back in like a month 2 months it has fully grown back. I agree that genetics does play a role but not entirely. It's about TLC, balance and I fully support DIY natural hair care. Damaged hair is damaged hair regardless of the texture or genetics. When I first started listening to you I didn't think that I could manage a DIY hair regime. But now I have gotten into it because I have noticed that products that claim to moisturize for me have made my hair moist with the initial application, and then the next day dry hair. Some products are doing the very opposite of what they claim. I don't want the chemicals and fragrances. I appreciate your channel.
When I make a fenugreek tea infusion, and let it sit around 8 hours, it smells like maple syrup. If I let it sit up to 24 hours, it starts to smell more of a spice scent.

Fenugreek works like bomb. My hair only grew to a short bob... so I decided to cut my hair short... followed the natural hair routine my hair grew. but after using fenugreek my hair grew rapidly. I saw a difference in length within a week.

I love fenugreek! I use the powder in a mask, infuse the seeds in my growth oil, infused the seeds in aloe juice to use as a daily spritz and I drink fenugreek tea. My hair has completely transformed! 🙌🏾
@@feleciao2303 I use 1 cup of aloe vera juice with 2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds. I let it infuse overnight, put it in a spray bottle and keep in the refrigerator for 5-6 days then discard.
Been using your hair growth oil recipe for a like 3 yrs now. Even when I didn’t have all the ingredients it WORKED and now henna and fenugreek are staple ingredients in my growth oil and mask recipes. My hair is fuller, longer and there’s less breakage.Thank you so much 😊

I miss drinking fenugreek water! I got out of the habit of fixing it every other day. It helped with clearing up my skin, it helped with my stomach problems (fenugreek is great for digestive issues, GERD), and it helped grow my hair! It also helped with my belly/body fat:-) Fenugreek is all around AMAZING!!! I've been so distracted by different things going on in my life that I stopped using it, but you reminded me of how great fenugreek is so I'll get back to using it tonight:-)

Hi Curly Proverbz I am so happy I discovered your channel. I am relaxed with very dry hair but once I dicovered your henna, fenugreek, amla and aloe masks my hair has done a complete 360. For the past 3 weeks I started using your henna maks, I add some avocado. Oh! My!! I have to say no more fine knots and tangles. No more constant shedding, my hair used to come out on my fingers everytime I massaged my hair but since I've been using your henna maks, my hair has stopped unnecessary shedding and falling out. I am using the fenugreek tea, I add a little aloe vera in the tea and rinse my hair with it, my hair feels so much stronger. I have been dutifully making a fenugreek-honey-coconut oil weekly hair mask for years and dabbing a bit as a face mask. My hair is strong, shiny and grows to my belly button. People consistently guess my age 10 years younger than I am, this stuff is a gift!!! I never thought of making micro greens out of them, I am so doing that today, why did I never think of that!?!? You rock!
@@rothildarothman2130 sure! I soak 3 tbsp whole fenugreek seeds in about 2 cups hot water and leave covered on the counter 24 hrs. Then (the most important step!) I blend, blend blend until smooth like pudding, sometimes this means adding a bit more water. I then freeze this and thaw out a portion once a week. The portion depends on length of hair, but for 3 tbsp of blended fenugreek paste I add 1/2-1 tsp coconut oil and 1/2-1 tsp honey and a few drops of fav essential oils. Heat up gently, apply to clean hair, cover with cap and heating cap for 30-45 minutes. Make sure to let hair fully cool before rinsing and rinse with coolest water you can stand (I rinse in kitchen sink). Letting hair cool closes cuticles and cool water keeps the slip and shine the best. Only downside is you’ll smell a bit like pancake syrup but it’s sooooo worth it. Best to you!!!

I haven’t drank it before but I’ve been watching a lot of videos on it for the past few days and I’ve learned that if you drink it a lot you might start smelling like maple Syrup. I don’t know if I’m going to drink it but if I do I’m going to start with a fenugreek tea that’s on Amazon. The one I saw on Amazon also helped many ppl with acne and hair growth as well.
@@MsIslandchic I use 1 tablespoon of seeds soaked in hot/warm water overnight in a medium(ish) sized mason jar and I leave it out on the counter overnight & drink in the morning (seeds still in the jar). I use the seeds twice over & sometimes after they’ve been soaked on the second day, I eat some of the seeds (& throw the rest away). I drink it once a day during in the morning!

Another great video...thank you. Even when I purchase hair growth oil, I infuse it for 30 days with fenugreek seeds. This is my "ride oe die" supplement. I am almost 70 and experienced excessive shedding. Since I started adding fenugreek in my hair care products, the shedding is very minimal. Again, thanks for sharing your knowledge and opening up the world of diy products.
I just started with fenugreek. I drink 1 glass every morning of fenugreek water and today I blended the seeds and used it as a pre poo, I have high po hair. It helped my curls so much with definition and it really seeped into my hair ! I will be using it every week as a pre poo. Summer just started in my country and 2 weeks ago I trimmed my hair. I hope that my hair will be thicker and longer at the end of September ! I’m also taking biotin gummies for the extra boost.

As I’m watching the video on 19:17 fenugreek flaxseed gel. I made that gel last Saturday left it on my hair until Sunday afternoon, let me tell you the results were incredible my curls looked beautiful all week without the need of refreshing. I hardly ever rinse a tea out and I've tried drinking some of them but I'm not excited enough about the taste to stick with ingesting them. Additionally, I add henna to my hair teas often. #notfordrinking

Onion, rice water, ginger, Fenugreek and Aloe Vera, in hair sprays, oils, hair butters have had a profound improvement in my hair!! I damaged my hair through relaxers, bonding, braiding etc now am trying to restore my hair and those things have helped me a lot. I make my own stuff, sprays, butters, masks etc.

Thank you as always! I can't lie. I've been trying everything! Teas mixed w/amazing, henna, aloe, fenugreek, etc and deep conditioners the same. IDK what is working, and of course MSM, but I have LESS shedding and I noticed the hair in the back above my line is longer. I figured I need at least 6 months of consistency to see more. I have long hair, but it's very thin and it used to be super thick! Who knows what happened, but I'm trying to fill it all in. I promise I think I'm the world's biggest skeptic and everything I've ever tried from Curly has worked! I wish I would've taken more pictures but I'm going to start. I took care of my hair poorly during this pandemic because nobody had to see me & I've paid the price with tangling & damaged ends. I just recently in October cut 4 inches off my hair to get rid of damage & my goal is to gain it back plus more by March. Use the products she suggests they do work, consistency is key. I discovered your channel and made a hair masque and a tea rinse with my regular Powdered Fen from my local supermarket. And started doing masque once a month and tea rinse most days. Upped the dose in my home made curry powder blend. And drink half a teaspoon in 500ml cup of sencha tea and turmeric on a regs. Your channel, all truth. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I use all your methods But also one thing you didn’t mention was using the fenugreek oil or butter on your breasts to increase the size! I used coconut oil and fenugreek seeds to make an oil and applied it topically to my breasts and after about 3 months I noticed a difference in size and firmness. I saw it on the internet somewhere awhile back and tried it and ya girl is no longer in the iddy bitty titty committee!!! 🙌🏾☺️ I use your elixir on my hair and I drink the tea, I also have made my own henna and fenugreek hair oil, and have used the hair mask, I’ve also used the jelly topically as a facial mask…. I have started transitioning in November 2020 and started using the curly proverbz recipes and other Ayurvedic recipes since then. I also used pure aloe at least 1 time per week on my hair and scalp. In between I did 1 month of msm. I have done the big chop in July 2021. By then my natural hair was about 8 inches long. Now the tip of my hair on the back of my head stretched out reaches my shoulder and I can testify that the methods work and my hair hasn’t been healthier before. I will start another msm regimen.

Farida, girl, I got your back. To any new subscriber reading this, pay attention. You want long hair, then this is the channel you need. I am biracial Dominican with 3B/3C hair. Never had a problem growing my hair because of my so called genes. However, my hair was always dry, frizzy and would not grow past shoulder length most of my adult life. I never took care of my hair at all. I really didn't know how, TBH. I found this channel in my mid 40s and in 2 yrs, my hair went from a bob cut to almost waist length. No more dryness, no more frizz. My tip if you wanna start with baby steps: 1) Do not shampoo more than 1x week. Cowash in between. 2) Oil your hair!!! This was a game changer for me 3) Braid or twist your hair at night and cover it with a bonnet. Just starting off with those basic steps you will start to make progress.
I love Fenugreek so much, it was one the herb I used after aloe Vera. I use it in my mask, oil, tea and as spritz( fenugreek, glycerine and rose water) and my hay stays moisturizered for days.

Hi CP! you always have great videos. I have used fenugreek/flaxseed gel for a year or so faithfully. Even this summer while on 30 Day Hair Detox as a base gel (what I couldnt just give it up lol). I also grind the seeds with water and strain for hair mask. Add a banana omg our flourishing hair.

Thank you for introducing me to Fenugreek. I've been using it for at least 6 months now and I see the difference in my hair. The craziest thing happened though, I'm in school n studying a lot and it was just so stressful and my hair began to fall out I started applying the fin Greek oil to my scalp daily and my hair started going back in like a month 2 months it has fully grown back. I agree that genetics does play a role but not entirely. It's about TLC, balance and I fully support DIY natural hair care. Damaged hair is damaged hair regardless of the texture or genetics. When I first started listening to you I didn't think that I could manage a DIY hair regime. But now I have gotten into it because I have noticed that products that claim to moisturize for me have made my hair moist with the initial application, and then the next day dry hair. Some products are doing the very opposite of what they claim. I don't want the chemicals and fragrances. I appreciate your channel.

When I make a fenugreek tea infusion, and let it sit around 8 hours, it smells like maple syrup. If I let it sit up to 24 hours, it starts to smell more of a spice scent.

@@feleciao2303 I use 1 cup of aloe vera juice with 2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds. I let it infuse overnight, put it in a spray bottle and keep in the refrigerator for 5-6 days then discard.

I miss drinking fenugreek water! I got out of the habit of fixing it every other day. It helped with clearing up my skin, it helped with my stomach problems (fenugreek is great for digestive issues, GERD), and it helped grow my hair! It also helped with my belly/body fat:-) Fenugreek is all around AMAZING!!! I am so happy I discovered your channel. I am relaxed with very dry hair but once I dicovered your henna, fenugreek, amla and aloe masks my hair has done a complete 360. For the past 3 weeks I started using your henna maks, I add some avocado. Oh! My!! I have to say no more fine knots and tangles. No more constant shedding, my hair used to come out on my fingers everytime I massaged my hair but since I've been using your henna maks, my hair has stopped unnecessary shedding and falling out. I am using the fenugreek tea, I add a little aloe vera in the tea and rinse my hair with it, my hair feels so much stronger. I have been dutifully making a fenugreek-honey-coconut oil weekly hair mask for years and dabbing a bit as a face mask. My hair is strong, shiny and grows to my belly button. People consistently guess my age 10 years younger than I am, this stuff is a gift!!! I never thought of making micro greens out of them, I am so doing that today, why did I never think of that!?!? @@rothildarothman2130 sure! I soak 3 tbsp whole fenugreek seeds in about 2 cups hot water and leave covered on the counter 24 hrs. Then (the most important step!) I blend, blend blend until smooth like pudding, sometimes this means adding a bit more water. I then freeze this and thaw out a portion once a week. The portion depends on length of hair, but for 3 tbsp of blended fenugreek paste I add 1/2-1 tsp coconut oil and 1/2-1 tsp honey and a few drops of fav essential oils. Heat up gently, apply to clean hair, cover with cap and heating cap for 30-45 minutes. Make sure to let hair fully cool before rinsing and rinse with coolest water you can stand (I rinse in kitchen sink). Letting hair cool closes cuticles and cool water keeps the slip and shine the best. Only downside is you’ll smell a bit like pancake syrup but it’s sooooo worth it. Best to you!!!

I haven’t drank it before but I’ve been watching a lot of videos on it for the past few days and I’ve learned that if you drink it a lot you might start smelling like maple Syrup. I don’t know if I’m going to drink it but if I do I’m going to start with a fenugreek tea that’s on Amazon. The one I saw on Amazon also helped many ppl with acne and hair growth as well.
@@MsIslandchic I use 1 tablespoon of seeds soaked in hot/warm water overnight in a medium(ish) sized mason jar and I leave it out on the counter overnight & drink in the morning (seeds still in the jar). I use the seeds twice over & sometimes after they’ve been soaked on the second day, I eat some of the seeds (& throw the rest away).

I am almost 70 and experienced excessive shedding. Since I started adding fenugreek in my hair care products, the shedding is very minimal. Again, thanks for sharing your knowledge and opening up the world of diy products.
I just started with fenugreek. I drink 1 glass every morning of fenugreek water and today I blended the seeds and used it as a pre poo, I have high po hair. It helped my curls so much with definition and it really seeped into my hair ! I will be using it every week as a pre poo. Summer just started in my country and 2 weeks ago I trimmed my hair. I hope that my hair will be thicker and longer at the end of September ! I’m also taking biotin gummies for the extra boost.

As I’m watching the video on 19:17 fenugreek flaxseed gel. I made that gel last Saturday left it on my hair until Sunday afternoon, let me tell you the results were incredible my curls looked beautiful all week without the need of refreshing. My hair is naturally SUPER fine and fenugreek helps with inexpensive strengthening AND hydration. My increasing strand thickness and hair density are visible with fenugreek use. I use it in every possible way - CP DIY HGO, masks, prepoos, teas, gel, - and I have no regrets. I mix my fenugreek with the flaxseeds for my gel...or I add aloe vera pulp sometimes.

@@keylareyes4118 I dont know how to measure that. It would require me isolating each and using only one thing at a time and I haven't done that. I would say if you can only do one thing, go with a tea. I could give up oils and masks if I had to but I'm a hair tea girl for life now.

I hardly ever rinse a tea out and I've tried drinking some of them but I'm not excited enough about the taste to stick with ingesting them. Onion, rice water, ginger, Fenugreek and Aloe Vera, in hair sprays, oils, hair butters have had a profound improvement in my hair!! I damaged my hair through relaxers, bonding, braiding etc now am trying to restore my hair and those things have helped me a lot. I make my own stuff, sprays, butters, masks etc.

Thank you as always! I can't lie. I've been trying everything! Teas mixed w/amazing, henna, aloe, fenugreek, etc and deep conditioners the same. IDK what is working, and of course MSM, but I have LESS shedding and I noticed the hair in the back above my line is longer. I figured I need at least 6 months of consistency to see more. I have long hair, but it's very thin and it used to be super thick! Who knows what happened, but I'm trying to fill it all in. I promise I think I'm the world's biggest skeptic and everything I've ever tried from Curly has worked! I wish I would've taken more pictures but I'm going to start. I took care of my hair poorly during this pandemic because nobody had to see me & I've paid the price with tangling & damaged ends. I just recently in October cut 4 inches off my hair to get rid of damage & my goal is to gain it back plus more by March. Use the products she suggests they do work, consistency is key. I discovered your channel and made a hair masque and a tea rinse with my regular Powdered Fen from my local supermarket. And started doing masque once a month and tea rinse most days. Upped the dose in my home made curry powder blend. And drink half a teaspoon in 500ml cup of sencha tea and turmeric on a regs. Your channel, all truth. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I use all your methods But also one thing you didn’t mention was using the fenugreek oil or butter on your breasts to increase the size! I used coconut oil and fenugreek seeds to make an oil and applied it topically to my breasts and after about 3 months I noticed a difference in size and firmness. MSM and Amla have made a huge difference. I spot treat with slow infused rosemary oil. Fenugreek actually has helped me with my cycle.
Methi (fenugreek) is one of my favourite flavors. Who knew I should have been putting it on my head as well!
I have started transitioning in November 2020 and started using the curly proverbz recipes and other Ayurvedic recipes since then. I also used pure aloe at least 1 time per week on my hair and scalp. In between I did 1 month of msm. I have done the big chop in July 2021. By then my natural hair was about 8 inches long. Now the tip of my hair on the back of my head stretched out reaches my shoulder and I can testify that the methods work and my hair hasn’t been healthier before. I will start another msm regimen.

Farida, girl, I got your back. To any new subscriber reading this, pay attention. You want long hair, then this is the channel you need. I am biracial Dominican with 3B/3C hair. Never had a problem growing my hair because of my so called genes. However, my hair was always dry, frizzy and would not grow past shoulder length most of my adult life. I never took care of my hair at all. I really didn't know how, TBH. I found this channel in my mid 40s and in 2 yrs, my hair went from a bob cut to almost waist length. No more dryness, no more frizz. My tip if you wanna start with baby steps:
1) Do not shampoo more than 1x week. Cowash in between.
2) Oil your hair!!! This was a game changer for me
3) Braid or twist your hair at night and cover it with a bonnet.
Just starting off with those basic steps you will start to make progress.

I love Fenugreek so much, it was one the herb I used after aloe Vera. I use it in my mask, oil, tea and as spritz( fenugreek, glycerine and rose water) and my hay stays moisturizered for days.
I have seen the best changes in my hair with Fenugreek. I'm excited about trying the gel for more definition and infusing it in my diy butter. It's one of my favorites that you have introduced on your channel. I want to try drinking the tea but I don't need to increase my bustline😩😁

I discovered methi 2 years ago in an Italian hair group. After trying it I couldn't go back any longer!!!! I've also mixed fenugreek tea with rice water and WOW!!!!

Hi CP! you always have great videos. I have used fenugreek/flaxseed gel for a year or so faithfully. Even this summer while on 30 Day Hair Detox as a base gel (what I couldnt just give it up lol). I also grind the seeds with water and strain for hair mask. Add a banana omg our flourishing hair.
