Updating & Refreshing My Mercedes G Wagen G55 AMG - PART 1

Since purchasing my G55 AMG 18 months ago, I have been updating and replacing various items of trim to refresh the car, making it look as good as new.
In this video I detail all the changes I have made including: Painting Brake Calipers, refreshing faded trim, swapping over lights & removing Mudguard trims.

Great video, and still a great car.
Have you always ran wheel spacers? If not, have you felt any changes? Got some 30mm ORC spacers for mine 07 G55, but haven't put them on yet.

Hi, Yeah the car came with the spaces when I bought it, so I cant comment on what it was like before im afraid.
IMO though, the wider the track the better on a G :)

@@killerhertzmercedes No, its kool....I almost purchased a G55 08 back in 2018, but i didnt pull the trigger,but some owners state they drive harsh. Is that true? Love those SUVs nothing like only imposters! Tks for the reply

Hey it would be helpful to me and many others in the community if you would please detail how your rear tow hitch is set up, late model G55 don't have support in that area

Cant think of anything worse! - LPG is all but dead in the UK and will only get worse as the 'pumps' are replaced with charging points. + a family member had LPG and had no end of problems.

@@killerhertzmercedes I was thinking of lpg my g55 imported from dubai brabus edition 2012 upgrade to 2022 model but I don't know how's the lpg affect the engine
