5 Minute Breathing Exercise (Guided Meditation)

- This 5 minute breathing exercise is an easy to follow meditation which guides you to tune in to your breathing, letting it be natural and easy. This is for any level of breathwork experience, but especially great for beginners to simply practice what it feels like to be present with and connected to their own breath, a great way to fend off anxiety.

I’ve been meditating for 65 days i started with 2 minutes, to get comfortable with the idea, here i am 65 days later feeling good about it. I really think it helps, especially when im getting real stressed. Glad I started.

I’m slowly getting back into meditation and this is such a great way to start again. My mind kept wanting to wander but I kept trying to focus on my breath. That inner-stillness, even for a moment, is worth it. I can’t wait to keep practicing every day ❤️

very relaxing. I like the permission to breathe as you wish. As well, was interesting, half way through I shifted to gently place my hands on my dogs (I have two and they were sitting at each hip), that seemed to bring a deeper peaceful feeling. Kind of cool, but not surprising.

My fiance has joined a short time army training and we have zero communication. Today he was able to finally come to town and we just cuddled the whole day. He just left now and I'm... I've lost control. I miss him so much, knowing the hard time he's having...
2 min. And 59 seconds into meditation: "the OBSERVER and the ALLOWER of our breath"?
OBSERVER, yes!
ALLOWER, no!
Why? Because the SUPREME INTELLIGENCE OF THE UNIVERSE, THE SOURCE OF ALL THAT EXISTS, THE QUANTUM FIELD, GOD or whatever we may call IT, will keep us breathing and our vital organs functioning in spite of ourselves. We are merely the CO-CREATORS of our life experiences.
