I love korean food, I love her style, her little hair flowers, pieces, headbands, her attire, her bubbly persona, love this channel. Congratulations Maangchi!
I love how she shows the thrifty attitude of all of us Asians. The 'try not to waste anything as much as possible" attitude. It's hard to see that in a lot of cooking shows, so I can't feel much connection with those other shows or channels.But I feel so comfortable with Maangchi's style of cooking even though I'm not a Korean. I feel like I'll learn a lot from her, beyond just the act of cooking. I learn how to handle food preparation and keeping from her.

I have just made this for dinner, and it was an absolute hit with the kids. I used 1kg of pork and 1 slab of firm tofu and added mushrooms as well as carrots etc. Served it on a bed of white jasmine rice sprinkled with seaweed flakes, splash of seasame oil and dusting of chilli flakes. Kids came back for thirds. Thank you Maangchi for this recipe, so awesome that I could include tofu into their diet although I didn’t tell them that as as soon as I mention tofu, they will not eat it so shhhhhhhhhhhh😉💐

Made this today without onion, flour and egg coating and substitute black pepper with white pepper but it still taste so good! I enjoyed it very much. Thank you Maangchi ❤️

Maangchi, you are the best! A friend in college made Wanja jeon (or something really close?) for me once I was amazed that the egg was only on one side, I always wondered how she did that. The patties were smaller as I remember, I can't wait to try to make these. I like that you show accompanying dishes, please do more of this! Thank you for sharing!

I've been making lunch boxes for my mom for the past 2 days cause she's too busy to take care of her own meals so I made 완자전 today with some side dishes as well for her. I had a sample and it tastes great! Hopefully she'll like it ^^ Thank you for the wonderful recipe!1

really +Maangchi ? my mama always made this for me for lunch box too million years ago! sometimes she used tofu, sometimes smashed potato, sometimes veggies for the beef mixture. but she didn't use sesame oil, and i'm gonna try this with the sesame oil and let's hear what she will say! thank you for sharing this simple easy yet fabulous recipe! you bring back my old childhood memories... :')

Today I adjust your recipe by replacing the carrot with baked pumpkin 🎃, the original tofu with seaweed tofu and fry it with the air fryer. It’s delicious though even I changed some of the ingredients. Thank you maangchi for your recipes. By far, I have made many of your recipes and none of them that I don’t like 😍
