I got a 97 Lexus LS400 recently. One of my dream cars. Wanted to do a slammed VIP bippu forever, got the thing and I cannot reduce its reliability. It's a tank. It fits my kids. It will outlast my wife's 23 Camry. I appreciate these builds from afar now. Well done
@@hypster814 I appreciate that very much. Honestly the Lexus LS400 Universally is one of the greater most simplistic automobiles ever created. They just work, and that’s the best part. That 1UZ-FE motor is literally 1 million miles capable

If your Tein's can only be height adjusted they are Street Basis Z, If they are height and dampening adjustable they are Advanced Z street. SBZ 8kfr 6kr, AZ 10kfr 8kr. Flex Z 12k fr 10kr are the middle class, they are fully adjustable true coilovers not using any parts of the oem shock body, with a more aggressive damping for street or track. They have more options for the GS but these are the normal ones.

Just wait til you go turbo/engine build. Big money. I spent 2k just for a turbo, intercooler, turbo manifold. No piping. Ill probably 20k all in when its done

I've had two different alignment shops tell me my GS300 rear was seized. So I took it home and checked everything and nothing was seized. Finally the 3rd spot just did the alignment and didn't try to upsell me anything. So I am hesitant to just believe people

you need a gs400/430, still pretty clean
1uz/3uz is fast and cool but eventually when I Decide to give this thing boost it’s gonna be phenomenal. I6’s are my favorite configuration of engine

I got them from eBay, I just typed in halo headlights for Lexus gs300
I got 2001 Gs430 something is wrong with it tho I’m not sure what to really do i got told it was a solenoid ‘A ‘ electrical problem p0753 and also has cylinder 8 misfire detected p0308
Also po325 p1351 sensor camshaft position circuit range/performance bank2 p1354 someone knows about lexus … I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE THE HELP!!
Yes, erase your codes with scanner, or disconnect battery for 10 seconds, then see which code comes up first. Then go after that code/codes first. Then see if anymore codes reoccur, one step at a time time.

I have gs 2004 im so happy with it but i have issue of abs any one had the same problem
mine has the same probelm, from the forums i can see that it could be a fuse, or if its lowered the abs wires have been damaged. im gonna look into fixing it later, its got bigger problems right now haha
@@inoshlash128 my abs light and tcs light comes on after my check engine light once in a while. I heard it had to do with the speed sensor but it could just be a glitch
