That Lord Cornwallis is the same British Commander that surrendered at Yorktown,USA in 1781 during the American War of Independence. Another British General who took part in suppressing the 1798 Rebellion was Sir John Moore. He would die in northern Spain at Corunna in 1801 as his forces were pursued by the French.

The British Crown and its Terrorist Army has never had a right to occupy an independent like Ireland. I am an ex British soldier with two years service in County Armagh who learnt the lesson of Illegal Occupation between Aug 73 to Aug 75.

There were eight of my Horneck family who were murdered in County Wickford by the murderous rebels, men women and children. These rebels should be reviled and condemned not lorded and celebrated.
