Thanks for this. Thank you sooo much. going to tribunal. First time. Didn't get pip the first time. Got pip now but I think I wasn't given the right amount of points. Wish me luck. New to chronic illness
Thank you so much for these videos. I wish had been aware of them before my assessment (which was today). I suspect, as a result of anxiety/embarrassment in talking about my health, I may have messed it up by not being forthcoming/blunt enough about the extent of how my conditions impact my daily life and I’m expecting to score quite low. If I fail to win PIP I feel much more confident that I could properly convey my circumstances during a mandatory reconsideration / tribunal (if it ever got that far) as a result of the information and advice you have provided. You are awesome.
Hi, OK....I have some good news. Doing a Mandatory Reconsideration is the EASIEST part, its literally like writing a letter but its broken down in categories (like the points). I am going to try and record a guide over the Christmas break, I have not focused on it as it is simple.....but obviously people don't know that....so I have been a knob LOL Please make sure you print off the points, even if you did amazing...they still will not give you the right points so an appeal will be needed....its just part of the process. Have a great Christmas break Charlie
Thank you for doing this Charlie. I'm going thorugh the PIP process for Autism, ADHD, Long Covid, Arthrityis and Fibromyalgia. This is enormously helpful, i now know how to present the impacts of my conditions. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this information. I'm just currently preparing tribunal paperwork for my 16year old son who is profoundly deaf and who the DWP have decided does not need any help with 'communicating' or when 'mixing with other people'. Absolutely unbelievable. On top of that, the DWP have also contacted me as I was his carer for several years to tell me there were several times I earned just over the threshold so I may now owe them a currently unspecified amount of money. I'm absolutely at my wits end.
I was awarded full Mobility rate and standard daily living for severe Psoriatic Arthritis & Scoliosis. I got 11 points for daily living and asked them to reconsider me getting the extra point so I could get full daily and instead they took my full mobility away. Now I am preparing for a tribunal. This should never be allowed to happen. The worst that should have happened is them saying no. That has to change! We should be safe to ask about their decision without being punished. Has this happened to anyone else?
Do you have to go through all the descriptors again at the tribunal? Or do they just focus on the ones you think you should’ve been awarded more points on? Ie if you’ve given reasons why you think their decision is wrong- are you just presenting your case for those? Or is it like going through a whole assessment again?
Helpful video. I have just got a letter in the post yesterday saying DWP has sent there response and evidence to my hmcts. Tribunal is now asking me for my evidence before the hearing day(but they did not give me a time limit, they just said send evidence asap). The hearing date has not been given and they say it could take several months.... So my question is, how long do I have to submit my evidence to hmcts ?
Hi, we were given 14 days. BUT. I am working on a Tribunal right now and they said they would ideally like it 10 days before the actual Tribunal but we can upload up to the day before. I honestly think someone reviews it before the Tribunal. But if they do not make you an offer (this sometimes happens), then the Judge, the Doctor and the Disability Specialist do not review it until just before the actual Tribunal. So, my advice is. Take your time and get your submission right before you upload it. So many people uploads tons of paperwork and it hinders their case. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions Thanks Charlie

Hi Charlie I am just filling out the online form - is the submission pack an extra to go after the form or do you add it onto the form as part of the evidence?
Thank you so much for your video! I have had Fibro and Scaitica since 2013 and only applied for PIP this year when the hidden disabilities became more of a thing, it was denied, mainly due to lack of evidence but since being diagnosed I have just been living with it. Long story short, saw a new gp who reviewed my diagnosis and it’s still valid, had CBT and they said I have doing everything they would have suggested, also found I have anxiety and depression, now waiting for my tribunal date
Hi Vishs, Have you had a chance to go through the points and see where you score? Honestly, that is the best way to communicate it and win. I truly wish you all the best Charlie

Hi Charlie, Thank you for your videos. I have just emailed you but received an automatic reply about booking a slot, and I don't think my query fits into any of the sessions offered. To put it more briefly than my email, I am at the stage of requesting a Tribunal. I have submitted detailed, though not excessive, information and evidence in my original application and MR. Others I know in a similar situation to myself (autistic with MH difficulties) have been successful at tribunal without a submission pack. They said that the Tribunal will receive a copy of all the documentation and correspondence between the claimant and DWP, prior to the hearing. My question: Is a submission pack necessary for everyone to do? When do you submit this and how? I currently have a few weeks to submit my 'Benefit Appeal Form'. Thanks again, Sarah J
I spoke to my doctor today because I had a stroke and has effected my eye so have to wear a eye patch and pip never asked the doctor for my medical records is that correct or not and now got a tribunal
Hello, thank you for putting this video together. I am about to write an appeal for a Tribunal, however I am struggling to know what is relevant to include in terms of personal history. I would be so grateful for your help.
Hi Charlie I’m sure extremely busy so if you don’t respond that ok. I’ve recently received my letter for reconsideration and they have refused. I’m desperate to start an appeal but I’m now afraid I will make a mistake, I live with ADHD, depression anxiety , essential tremors, arthritis piles and polyps that bleed due to IBS. And suicidal thoughts at least twice a week. I know I qualify for pip but I just can’t explain to DWP. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
hi charlie .your videos are very helpful .my question is when your appealing to tribunal.because my appeal has took 18 months and my conditions have worsened massively why can i only write about at the time of the assesment youve got in your header .sorry if seems confusing i have trouble getting my words in order
Hi I had pip taken away from me when I put in a MR. They yook evidence from my OH report and just made it up. I now have to go to Tribunal...so stressful
Hey, that's great that you have done your appeal......the key thing to winning PIP (Tribunal or the assessment or mandatory reconsideration) is ALL about how you explain what your life is like. You will be able to do that at the Tribunal. Have you seen the vlog on completing a PIP Assessment....in that I break down each section so you might find that really helpful. If you have any questions please let me know and I will try and help Charlie
@@CharliesJourney Thank you for your response. I have seen that video too. I very naively applied for PIP and never sought help/advice on filling it in, I wish now that I had. I have been given standard pip for the living side, so it’s the mobility I am needing to go to tribunal for. Your videos are extremely helpful and informative.
Hi, I am so sorry for the delay in replying. I am new to this and I had a filter on so I did not see this. I wish you all the best with your Tribunal, if you can please let me know how it goes. If you have any questions in the mean time, I am here. You are not alone in this Take care Charlie
@@CharliesJourney Thank you for taking the time to respond, and no need to apologise. When you become incapacitated, no longer able to work, it’s amazing how quickly, tho it’s been 6 yrs for me, you do feel alone. Just sort of feel stuck! I never claimed before as thought, wished I would suddenly be better, but then beginning of this year I decided I needed to claim for pip, but even then, I put off doing the claim. Kind regards Liza x
I have had some help and now know how to use the damn filter LOL I am loving the community we are building as you are right.....chronic illness just makes you feel alone! Take care of yourself Liza
I’ve been disabled for 20yrs and had full PIP the last assessment but this time after waiting for nearly a year I’m now having to go to tribunal as they cut my daily living and after mandatory reconsideration they have not changed their minds..They have never sent me any paperwork of my assessment either..The things they have said no on are I can take my meds ok which is not right as my daughter video calls me twice a day to make sure I have taken them and not taken to many plus they have said I can go out unaided which is also wrong as I told them I have someone with me as I can’t handle lots of people, crowds and people I don’t know, have panic attacks etc, they still have said no..
Hi I have ptsd , dyslexia and dyspraxia I have service that helps woth my emotional therapy . I'm currently going through tribunal at present and appreciate your advice
Hi Charlie I'm in the tribunal part now! I got help from an independent team that helped me fill it out on my behalf I asked the to make a copy since I seen a few of your vlogs but Ive told them I'm agraphobic so dint want to go to cort as I struggle to face people I don't know so want a phone or video link and received my letter saying they have received my tribunal forms just waiting to hear from DWP now🤞
Hi.I’ve been watching your videos for a while.i was receiving pip for a few years down to mobility issues.but unfortunately last year in January I was rushed into hospital with sepsis and told I wouldn’t survive but I did and had several issues . I ended up in and out of hospital after waking up with a colostomy bag and coming home for a week to be rushed back into hospital with kidney failure then again on icu then released to be rushed back in with kidney failure again in icu come home again to be rushed back in with heart failure.all of which I’m on tablets for daily. Pip stopped last year and regardless of my mobility which has got worse that has not been mentioned in assessment.everything I said was contradicted and now I’m having to see cab this Tuesday after mandatory consideration only giving me 4 points, due to me doing well after 2 major surgery’s. Nothing to do with my mobility which went to tribunal in 2017 and was overturned due to the severity of my condition.so here I am again cab on Tuesday to fill out tribunal forms again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you so much for what you’re doing x
I had a liver transplant in december and now waiting for date for tribunal said be several months, I scored 0 points in mandatory reconsideration but 6 in 1st appeal
How do I get copies of my GP notes? Do I just ring the Doctors and request them? I have looked on the NHS and My GP sites but both are pretty scant and do not have a full report. Hope you can help, about to appeal after my reconsideration was turned down. Had Long Covid for nearly 3 years now, was initially awarded it but at face to face review turned down after points totally reduced! Feel like they discriminated against me having help full time from my husband, so fed up!
Hello, do NOT give up! I know its a nightmare, but you are not alone. Your GP has to have your records on system as they get updated every time you call or go in for an appointment. I think Wendy just called and asked for them. Stick to your guns as for the Tribunal they will be critical evidence. I am so sorry the system is so sh#t, have you gone through the points to ensure you are eligible? (I don't mean to make you grumpy, but quite a lot of people do not check the points first) If you have any questions just let me know Charlie P.S Please do not give up xx
Hi, do you want to pop them on email so its private? I have just set up an email for RUclips, its: charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com Thank you Charlie
@charlie please please please is there anyway I can message you some how pls I want to take it to tribunal but I'm unsure because of the work I do pls help 🙏
I've completed my submission pack, but when I try to upload it to HMCTS, the file is too big to upload. I haven't got time before my tribunal to send it in by post. Is there anything I can do? I'm now extremely worried that my evidence won't be looked at now. Are you able to assist me with this please?
Hello, call them TODAY and let them know you are having a problem uploading it. That way they will give you an extension. Honestly, I am really crap at technology. Is it loads of documents or one document you are uploading? I put it in word, so all photos and letters I copied into PAINT then pasted into word which makes them really small. I would try RUclips on whatever you are using and see if there is a good vlog on how to make it smaller. Sorry I cannot help with that bit. Good luck at your Tribunal, if you can let me know how it goes Take care Charlie
@CharliesJourney my tribunal is tomorrow the reason my evidence is so late is because I struggled to get the professionals involved to send my evidence out to me. I have sent you an email as don't want to put too much publically. I've been trying to call all day but they're phone lines are down 😩😢
@CharliesJourney thank you so much for your help Charlie it really has done me the world of good here. If it wasn't for you I don't think I'd have a case.
I sent you another email. Try and rest as much as possible after you have submitted it. Eat something nice. You have done the hard work now. Good luck. Remember, you ARE entitled to it. Charlie

Hi Michelle, If its a quick question/s email me at: charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com And you can check out my consultancy thingy: calendly.com/charlieisdisablednotdead I have an option for reviewing a Tribunal Submission pack on there. They time consuming, but if you get it right, it REALLY helps. Have you used the template I have? Email me if you would like it (all templates are FREE, I want to provide as much for free as possible Thanks Charlie
I’ve just started to fill the form in for my tribunal application and once I get to the page where it says what do you disagree with I just go blank, I literally do not do well putting things into writing, they literally ignored everything and I don’t know how to start it 😭
Hi, I have a guide going live at 12:00 tomorrow. It has links to the points system. You can email me today at: charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com And I will send you the points. Just use that as your guide. For example, if they gave you zero points for preparing food and you KNOW you cannot do meals. Simply state: Preparing Food: What I disagree with: I am NOT able to prepare meals due to ## (add in your detail). I can send you the template I used. I think it makes it easier if we can see what someone else said. I can email you that as well. And I think on the guide tomorrow it is in the description. Try to NOT get bogged down in paperwork and crap. Look at the points. And be VERY clear about your life Let me know if you have any questions Charlie P.S You can book time with me, but please try and use all of my guides and free templates first calendly.com/charlieisdisablednotdead
Hello, as we had an adjournment we were given a very clear 14 days to submit the pack. It took them 6 months to then book the meeting. Honestly, I am not sure as I have only done one. Ring them up tomorrow and ask. I am sure they do not review your pack/evidence until just before the actual Tribunal so really they should say yes. I they say no, I would still prep it using the scoring system as it will help massively when you are there. If you don't mind, could you please update us on what they say and how it goes? I wish you all the best Charlie
Hi, do you want to drop me an email at: charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com and I will ask you some questions. Please let me know your deadline. Hopefully I can help you via email Speak soon Charlie
Damn, I feel like a dumb-dumb, I typed stuff out, got evidence and then uploaded it as and when... not all in one hit with any info in headers. My only concern is the mobility issue I have, as it cannot be proven with xrays or scans, only the medication and a GP letter using the word 'deteriorating'; though I have stated how I'm affected... Glad she/you won, you should be doing this for a living.
Hey, don't worry if you didn't submit it as one piece (it just makes it easier for them so you can focus on the important bits). It will all be uploaded in your file on their system. Also, don't worry about your health issue not being proven by x-rays, etc. I get full PIP and my x-rays and bloods do NOT show arthritis. And remember, with Fibro....there is no test (yet) to prove it. I really feel like with PIP the key thing is how you explain the impact to your daily living. You have to be so blunt i.e. I am NOT safe cooking (if that is the case). I am looking at doing this for a living, but it takes me 15hrs to help people with the first submission and then the assessment. It took me 25hrs just to do the Tribunal appeal pack.....and there are so many of us that need help.....I think if I do vlogs.....and templates for people to use....I can try and help more people. With mobility.....just stand your ground (with the PIP team) on how far you can walk.....stick to bus lengths...AND do NOT let them push you into giving a 'time it takes' to do the distance....as for all of us its variable..... I really hope you win Charlie
@@CharliesJourney , For walking and stuff, i put how far i walk, say 500 meters etc and put, during that i stop 3 times to rest. An average persons 10-min walk, takes me 30 and i rely heavily on the bus for local journeys. Cgeers and gdluk on those templates; i wish more peopl were as helpful.
Don't worry about it being 'proven' you are living evidence of what you mobility is. Just be honest and blunt (as nicely as possible LOL) Take care Charlie P.S Sorry just re-read your message. Do NOT say 500m, state the amount that you can do up to your FIRST rest break. As PIP will take the first bit of your explanation and log that only (well you risk them doing that)
I’m going to tribunal as I got my MRN refusal last week. I feel so ill. I don’t know how I’ll manage it. I don’t even want to be here anymore. I feel so defeated.
I am sorry.I feel your pain.I had my MR refused to.I know how you feel,is suck doesn't it but remembering the world is a better place with you in it.I hope you feel happy soon.

Hi, in your submission pack you put in your evidence. Like for example: - A letter from a physio confirming therapy - A letter confirming CBT - Or the GP evidence of conditions you have been diagnosed with I hope this helps If you email me, I can send you the template I use for Tribunals. I think it helps to have a version where you can see how it looked for someone else and then tweak it for your case charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com Don't worry, I will help where I can Charlie
Hi, it is challenging. Have you seen my vlog on it? Are you doing the 44 page form? Or a PIP Tribunal submission? You are not alone. If you have any questions please feel free to just ask me and I will do everything I can to help you. You can also email me at: charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com You can do this! Charlie
Hi Violet, the key to a Tribunal and ALL PIP meetings is communicating the impact to daily living. So, I do not believe you could have messed it up for him. Its great that you have some time before the Tribunal. If I was you, the most important prep you can do is go through the points system (I show it in the vlog on the PIP claim form vlog). Make sure on the day, you (your son) can explain how his conditions impact his DAILY living. If you look at the points system and have any questions, please let me know. You are NOT alone Take care Charlie
@@CharliesJourney Thank you so much for your reply. I wish I had seen your channel over a year ago. I sadly put my faith in an advisor who if I'm honest hasn't been really doing anything to help us. I have a feeling I've totally messed up his application and evidence. I'm really not well myself and the stress of it all is too much for my son and myself. I honestly can't believe how awful this has been and the lies they wrote on his 1st application and mandatory reconsideration. The obscure questions too. I just watched your vids with Wendy and I cried so much because I relate to her so much in those situations, I too have chronic illnesses and spinal disease and the pain that poor Wendy was in cut me like a knife. I just want to say thank you, I am so glad people like you are out in the world being so kind.
Violet, please don't loose the fight inside you. Its so hard living with chronic illness, let alone trying to do PIP. There is no way you have screwed up his Tribunal......I am sure you have put in evidence which is not relevant (as everyone I have met does this). But that is not critical. The Doctor at the Tribunal will go through the evidence with the Judge and Disability Specialist and they will take the important bits i.e. diagnoses, severity of conditions. So, I am confident you would have submitted what they needed to see. The important bit will be your son, on the day being able to answer their questions honestly. If you email me on: charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com I can give you some tips. You are not alone in this xx
@@CharliesJourney Thank you so much, it's tomorrow and my poor son has had meltdowns due the stress of it and he is so worried about having to speak. I'm not sure he even will. I have been told myself by universal credit that I am now going to have to go through an assessment myself, the stress is making me feel so bad I'm not sleeping at all. I truly hope I can help him get what he needs and thank you for your help and contact info. I will send you an email with an update. X
Hi, Have you printed off the POINTS? Everything in the Tribunal will be based on these points. Keep focusing on them and practice how you answer, do you communicate in a blunt way that is clear for PIP I hope this helps, and please keep watching the guides.....people are WINNING with this little bit of help Good luck Charlie
Freind has had warning of current mobility award being taken away by tribunal appeal because apparently severe fibromyalgia would not affect mobility. Why are they so cruel. She wants to withdraw appeal because of tribunal bullying before date.
Suicidal thoughts!? Really!? And Wendy still got the PIP after stating suicidal thoughts! Tribunal didn't say to her "you don't need PIP you need Samaritans phone number and mental health institution". ? If I was tribunal judge that would be the first thing I want to talk about. I don't mean to sound any particular way, I'm just trying to work out how do you discuss suicidal thoughts with Tribunal and still get PIP ? ? ? Would love to hear that one, please and thanks ? ? ?
Hi, She was simply honest. I think the statistics are 80% of people with chronic illness suffer from depression. Just because someone is having suicidal thoughts does NOT mean they need a mental institution. It means they need help and are clearly dealing with a very difficult situation. I hope this helps you understand. There are literally millions of people that feel like this, so the Judge was NOT shocked by this and did not judge Wendy in a negative manner. He understood. Thanks Charlie

I’m sure extremely busy so if you don’t respond that ok.
Hi
I had pip taken away from me when I put in a MR. They yook evidence from my OH report and just made it up. I now have to go to Tribunal...so stressful
I have just done tribunal appeal form online. Wish I had found you and your video sooner.
If you have any questions please let me know and I will try and help
Charlie
@@CharliesJourney Thank you for your response. I have seen that video too. I very naively applied for PIP and never sought help/advice on filling it in, I wish now that I had. I have been given standard pip for the living side, so it’s the mobility I am needing to go to tribunal for. Your videos are extremely helpful and informative.
Hi, I am so sorry for the delay in replying. I am new to this and I had a filter on so I did not see this.
I wish you all the best with your Tribunal, if you can please let me know how it goes.
If you have any questions in the mean time, I am here. You are not alone in this
Take care
Charlie
@@CharliesJourney Thank you for taking the time to respond, and no need to apologise. When you become incapacitated, no longer able to work, it’s amazing how quickly, tho it’s been 6 yrs for me, you do feel alone. Just sort of feel stuck! I never claimed before as thought, wished I would suddenly be better, but then beginning of this year I decided I needed to claim for pip, but even then, I put off doing the claim. Kind regards Liza x
I have had some help and now know how to use the damn filter LOL
I am loving the community we are building as you are right.....chronic illness just makes you feel alone!
(I don't mean to make you grumpy, but quite a lot of people do not check the points first)
If you have any questions just let me know
Charlie
P.S Please do not give up xx
Going to tribunal but not got a date yet. Currently compiling evidence. I do have questions
Hi, do you want to pop them on email so its private? I have just set up an email for RUclips, its: charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com
Thank you
Charlie
if its been 17 months since appeal started how come its only relevant from when you logged the appeal?
@charlie please please please is there anyway I can message you some how pls I want to take it to tribunal but I'm unsure because of the work I do pls help 🙏
I have been waiting since November 2024 for my tribunal it's taking ages. I don't have anyone to represent me, and I am still waiting for a date
Good luck at your Tribunal, if you can let me know how it goes
Take care
Charlie
@CharliesJourney my tribunal is tomorrow the reason my evidence is so late is because I struggled to get the professionals involved to send my evidence out to me. I have sent you an email as don't want to put too much publically. I've been trying to call all day but they're phone lines are down 😩😢
Check your email!!! Your pack is (I am going to speak freely) FUCKING STUNNING!!!!! ITS AMAZING!!!
Speak soon
Charlie
@CharliesJourney thank you so much for your help Charlie it really has done me the world of good here. If it wasn't for you I don't think I'd have a case.
I sent you another email. Try and rest as much as possible after you have submitted it. Eat something nice. You have done the hard work now.
Good luck. Remember, you ARE entitled to it.
Charlie
Hi Charlie. Thank you so much. I am at stage for tribunal and really need some help(who doesn’t) I know. If not possible I understand you are very busy. Thanks for all your videos
Hi Michelle,
If its a quick question/s email me at: charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com
And you can check out my consultancy thingy:
calendly.com/charlieisdisablednotdead
I have an option for reviewing a Tribunal Submission pack on there. They time consuming, but if you get it right, it REALLY helps.
Have you used the template I have? Email me if you would like it (all templates are FREE, I want to provide as much for free as possible
Thanks

Hi I have tribunal on Thursday morning please is it to late to do submission pack, as only put all evidence in and medical notes.
It’s online tribunal
I’ve just started to fill the form in for my tribunal application and once I get to the page where it says what do you disagree with I just go blank, I literally do not do well putting things into writing, they literally ignored everything and I don’t know how to start it 😭
Hi,
I have a guide going live at 12:00 tomorrow. It has links to the points system. You can email me today at:
charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com
And I will send you the points.
Just use that as your guide. For example, if they gave you zero points for preparing food and you KNOW you cannot do meals. Simply state:
Preparing Food:
What I disagree with:
I am NOT able to prepare meals due to ## (add in your detail).
I can send you the template I used. I think it makes it easier if we can see what someone else said. I can email you that as well. And I think on the guide tomorrow it is in the description.
Try to NOT get bogged down in paperwork and crap. Look at the points. And be VERY clear about your life
Let me know if you have any questions
Charlie
P.S You can book time with me, but please try and use all of my guides and free templates first

My tribunal is in 7 days, do I have enough time for a submission pack still?
Hello, as we had an adjournment we were given a very clear 14 days to submit the pack. It took them 6 months to then book the meeting. Honestly, I am not sure as I have only done one.
Ring them up tomorrow and ask. I am sure they do not review your pack/evidence until just before the actual Tribunal so really they should say yes.
I they say no, I would still prep it using the scoring system as it will help massively when you are there.
If you don't mind, could you please update us on what they say and how it goes?
I wish you all the best
Charlie
We are currently doing my husbands tribunal pack
Your video is amazing, I’m very overwhelmed and I don’t have a clue how to do this computer stuff and executive functioning is awful 😢
Hi, do you want to drop me an email at: charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com and I will ask you some questions. Please let me know your deadline. I can defo help you with quick questions via email
If you want to book me, here is a link to my Calendly....

I really hope you win
Charlie
@@CharliesJourney , For walking and stuff, i put how far i walk, say 500 meters etc and put, during that i stop 3 times to rest. An average persons 10-min walk, takes me 30 and i rely heavily on the bus for local journeys. Cgeers and gdluk on those templates; i wish more peopl were as helpful.
Don't worry about it being 'proven' you are living evidence of what you mobility is.
Just be honest and blunt (as nicely as possible LOL)
Take care
Charlie
P.S Sorry just re-read your message.

I don’t know how to link it all with my medical record.?
Hi, in your submission pack you put in your evidence. Like for example:
- A letter from a physio confirming therapy
- A letter confirming CBT
- Or the GP evidence of conditions you have been diagnosed with
I hope this helps
If you email me, I can send you the template I use for Tribunals. I think it helps to have a version where you can see how it looked for someone else and then tweak it for your case

Don't worry, I will help where I can

I’m going to tribunal this month, I’m so nervous
I am just about to complete my PIP form. Im 50 years old and its difficult!
Hi, it is challenging. Have you seen my vlog on it? Are you doing the 44 page form? Or a PIP Tribunal submission?
You are not alone.
If you have any questions please feel free to just ask me and I will do everything I can to help you.
You can also email me at: charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com
You can do this!
Charlie
i need to appeal for cfs 0 points on any
Thanks
Did Wendy win?
I'm absolutely terrified, my son's tribunal is on the 8th nov and I feel like I've already messed everything up for him. 😢
You are NOT alone
Take care
Charlie
If you email me on: charlieisdisablednotdead@gmail.com
I can give you some tips.
I have got my tribunal on the 22nd of January I’m so nervous 😢
Hi,
Have you printed off the POINTS? Everything in the Tribunal will be based on these points. Keep focusing on them and practice how you answer, do you communicate in a blunt way that is clear for PIP
I hope this helps, and please keep watching the guides.....people are WINNING with this little bit of help
Good luck
Charlie
@@CharliesJourney I’ve added you on LinkedIn can I book an appointment with you please
Freind has had warning of current mobility award being taken away by tribunal appeal because apparently severe fibromyalgia would not affect mobility. Why are they so cruel. She wants to withdraw appeal because of tribunal bullying before date.
I’m going on the 14th of next month I need help badly
I need as much help as possible pls
Suicidal thoughts!? Really!? And Wendy still got the PIP after stating suicidal thoughts! Tribunal didn't say to her "you don't need PIP you need Samaritans phone number and mental health institution". ?
If I was tribunal judge that would be the first thing I want to talk about.
I don't mean to sound any particular way, I'm just trying to work out how do you discuss suicidal thoughts with Tribunal and still get PIP ? ? ? Would love to hear that one, please and thanks ? ? ?
Hi,
She was simply honest.
Thanks
Charlie
I find it hard tobelive ur in so much psin i canot do half of wotvu do love sufferer of chronic fatigue deporession so on i find it impossible to do daily life nit do wot u do more half working well people do charlie com on im embarressed

Stop saying you have a 100% success rate. that’s all you up on about. it’s kinda cringe tbh. your not an expert! i like what your doing but please stop coming out with “100%” rate as its a stupid statement to make.
