Conclusion ! - Dahi is Less Dense . Yoghurt is Dense and Thick.
[Also, Yoghurt has different bacteria culture I read somewhere so it's taste might differ, but overall making your own homemade curd thick by filtering out excess water, will have similar protein]

Well I used the epigrama’s Greek yogurt once and saved some for the next batches and that’s how I get my curd/ yogurt intake without paying thrice the amount and I find it tastier than dahi.
You won’t have to pay for the commercial factory made stuff and have freshly prepared yogurt at home.
And yes Greek yogurt has different culture.

It’s the similar difference between paneer vs chicken both have protein but difference is what’s your caloric intake to get that protein

For me personally I am fully aware what is difference and similarly between Greek Yoghurt and Dahi and I know there is no major Nutritional difference
However I prefer Greek Yoghurt than dahi not because of the false health claims but because it is more creamier and thicker than Dahi , you know when we hung Dahi in a cloth and get creamy and thick consistency that's what Greek yogurt is , so if one does not want to do extra effort to Hung Dahi ,then they can go with Greek Yogurt . Many recipes like Taziki require such thick curd so it's a time saver for me .Though it's more expensive than Dahi but personally I am ok with the trade off
IF ANYONE IS SELLING YOU GREEK YOGHURT WHICH IS WATERY THEN PLEASE DONT BUY IT , GREEK YOGURT IS NOTHING BUT STRAINED DAHI , THERE SHOULD BE NO VISIBLE WATER IN IT

    • @olifern

if you have douby just look at the nutritional value of a company at the back of the packet from google. Example amul curd has 4 gm protein per 100 gm. And normal curd usually has 3-4 gm protein only per 100gm

Kunal Shah was and is right about India being a status drive society and women have made this a status driven society for the major part. For example that south delhi wali bandi.

No matter what people say, packaged foods that don't spoil soon shouldn't be consumed. So make your Greek yogurt at home. But don't eat it in package! Nice video but I wish you'd say this openly..DO NOT CONSUME PACKAGED FOODS. And don't trust nutritional profile on packets. All compromised.

Hello sir...! U are the most genuine person i ever listened to. I was having the same mentality of not over hyping the fitness as its a lifetime process. . The gym trainers and other people were making fun of me but then after watching my good results, they have started praising me now. I am a vegetarian so I generally just take paneer as a salad with my regular indian meals with other snacks options like roasted gram and all. I am quite satisfied with it and will also try to enroll in genesis to increase my knowledge. But the problem is, my father is overweight so one of my uncle has suggested him HERBALIFE and he is currently following it. It just irritates me. They make him live only on supplements to increase their profit and now i am worried about his health as his diet has limited no. of wholesome foods. They give him useless supplements of reducing water in body. I don't want him to follow this but i am not able to make him understand that whatever he is doing is wrong and my uncle is also forcing him to follow it. Do you have any suggestion for this. I am literally fed up now.
