Maybe if you are dealing with chevrolet but not with a ford engine.
Pistons i have in my 307 cid build has no spec on valve relief angle but it does have a spec of working with 1.98"/1.64" valves which my Renegade 165cc heads use a 1.90"/1.60" valve.
I didnt waste time with checking piston to valve clearance as there is no physical way for the valve to evenbtouch the piston even with a 0.0015" deck clearance, running 0.040" quench and the fact the valves are recessed in a heart chamber in the head even at 0.520"/0.542" lift it wont touxh unless a valve is dropped.
On GM how ever sure check it wince they have all weird kind of twists and angle changes made
