This greek food recipe drove everyone crazy ! Greek roasted potatoes with beef oven patties
This is a delicious recipe for lunch or dinner is very tasty and easy. You can prepare this greek patties in the oven with potatoes, in a pan or grill. There are very tasty and delicious and your kids will love it because they are very juicy and tender. The potatoes oven roasted flavored with lemon and rosemary. It is a great greek dish you will make again and again! Just try it for once!
INGREDIENTS:
For the potatoes
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
-500 ml water
- rosemary
- 1/4 sweet paprika
- salt and pepper
-----------------------------------
Bake for about 40 minutes at 200°C/392°F, than add
- 1/2 lemon juice
- lemon zest
For the greek patties (bifteki)
- 500 g beef mince
- 50 g bread crumbs/ oat flakes
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 onion
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
Mix well and refrigerate for at least 25 minutes!
