Sorry not sure what type oil but Navac claims since its vacuum sealed you don’t have to service it.
(Vacuum sealed, no need to service fluid chamber)

Question does it work on hard copper?? Because hilmor doesn’t work on hard copper only soft.

Its only meant for soft copper, but if u anneal hard copper first and let it cool down it should work, I’ve tried it a couple of times with both the Hilmor and the navac swager

It works good I’ve tried the Hilmor swagger and the master cool swagger, but hands down I prefer the navac swagger 👍

Will it expand mild steel tubing about 1mm?

This tool is only meant for hvac copper applications, if the material is as soft as copper then it might work. I haven’t tried it on steel tubing, but im pretty sure it won’t work.
