    I have adrenal fatigue pcos and weight gain due to that.. Want to take pantothenic acid, but will it cause hairloss as a side effect?

    So b5 has nothing to do with calcium?

      It might be given as a calcium salt (Calcium Pantothenate), a common supplement, but the B5 component of that is just the pantothenate. Calcium is a different mineral altogether. And while Calcium Pantothenate does contain a bit of calcium, it's not a reliable source of calcium.
