    Thank you for this video...I am on the Keto diet and am fasting 12 to 16 hours so am sure that am deficient in certain essential vitamins and wasn't aware of B5 deficiency as I do have some of those symptoms.

      You're welcome. Any diet that restricts or eliminates foods also restricts or eliminates the nutrients in those foods. It makes obtaining all essential nutrients more challenging.

    Well I had severe malnutrition from both my pregnancies due to symptoms. So I guess I'm screwed 😢.2:10 I've got all those symptoms still 10 years later.

      Many medical conditions have the same symptoms making it difficult finding the root cause. Your symptoms may or may not be caused by a B5 deficiency.
