Thank you. I would suggest that B6 toxicity is actually much more common than is widely reported. I was diagnosed with it in December and have subsequently discovered many other individuals who have inadvertently become toxic through diet alone ( usually keto and carnivore based diets with high protein and lots of avocado), through taking the supposedly safe form P5P and from taking the pyridoxine HCL form which is a known neurotoxin. ‘Safe’ levels are continually being lowered in Europe to just 12mg and, in Australia, pharmaceutical companies must carry a warning if they contain more than 10mg pyridoxine HCl. Be careful with B6!
@@drjitutoring Yes. Unfortunately I got toxic from inadvertently consuming 50mg pyridoxine HCL in my magnesium supplement. I wasn't even aware I was consuming it until we went looking for the source of my extreme levels. With hindsight I realised my first symptoms of toxicity occurred after 6 months of consuming this product and I developed obvious peripheral neuropathy at the 14 month mark. It's been quite a learning journey and I'm incredibly grateful my doctor knew about B6 toxicity and we were able to rule out a more serious medical condition.
Dude, the quality of your videos are getting better each time. Would you be able to help out another fellow RUclipsr with some editing tips??

Fascinating. B6 toxicity from diet alone?! Did you take supplements as well?
