Drummer of 15 years here, that’s awesome to hear! I know rudiments and exercises like this can seem boring and pointless, but it will drastically improve your timing, your fills, and your overall playing. Also try doing these with a metronome, and slowly upping the BPM as you feel more confident. Keep on jamming!

Pretty sure those drummers practiced these on a regular basis too, even if it's not in any of their popular songs. Drummers become drummers cause they enjoy doing it, not just to do the bare minimum to make a living

for the flam, the stick that's in charge of the grace note should stay down near the head. on your third flam, the grace note stick was almost as high as your other stick.
if you listen closely, for all the rudiments except the stroke rolls, when he is playing them you can almost hear the words assigned to each rudiment in the drum playing
