To me there is nothing more stunning then a women with grey hair and carrying herself with beauty and grace. I also love the freedom and how healthy it is for my body. As we age we have to be mindful of what chemicals and hair dye does to our bodies. I also don’t need to be twenty again. The beauty industry and social media send a ridiculous message to women, be afraid to age! Inject , cut, change your face, color your hair. It’s ridiculous and the tide is changing and women of a certain age are stunning and sending the message that we are worthy and amazing and better as we age.
    Loved this 🙌🏻🍑🧡Lisa

Your silver hair makes your eyes pop. I'm letting my hair color grow out. I'm excited to see how I look once it's grown out.❤❤

I do what I want. I look how I want. I've always got shit for it... but I'll never stop being myself. I got my first gray hair when I was 13.. Most of my hair is white. I like to dye it fashion colors. It's a silvery pastel purple now. The silver is my natural color. I'm currently giving my hair a break from bleach and color. Yes, I have to bleach it first so the color will "take." I'm not saying that I'll never dye it again. 😊

Your mannerisms and vernacular remind me so much of the Little Poet on RUclips. My grey journey began about two and half years ago. It was done cold turkey with no help of highlights or lowlights. It is harder on those of us who had very dark hair and especially so when it's long. Your hair looks amazing! 💜

Really? I know Susan and I love and admire her. Such a great compliment, she is so infectious and charming.
I had it all while going gray because I couldn’t decide on the method. I had black hair, then highlights, failed, then purple hair, black hair, bleached and toner hair, then chopped off hair and only then did I grow it out.

Watching you for the first time here I just love your energy 😂 I was laughing all the way through this video as you have a wicked sense of humour & your dancing 🕺 you cheered me up lol the hair was great. I did feel like you wasn’t too impressed with it but I feel you’ll be dying it by the next time I see you again, Thankyou for your interesting & inspiring video..ps I always make my own words up too.. P.s this comment was supposed to be for the video prior to this one woops

Thanks for your comment and watching the video and thank you for your encouragement as well. I still have gray hair. That will never change. I love it. Looking back my dyed hair didn’t look so good and I love just not worrying about it. Although, I sometimes dye it pink but that fades quickly.
This channel has turned into plant based cooking and lifestyle, but my gray hair videos are the only videos that do well and the only videos that RUclips seems to push, but I don’t care…. There’s only so much one can talk about when it comes to hair.
My friend LeAnne and I go live on most Thursdays at 3:00pm Easter and we just chat about all kinds of things that feral women of certain age are interested in lol!

@@RenataKleinRK Thank you, I miss it. I switched from “Unbehaved” to “Stevie’s Earth Based Kitchen” because I wanted to cook plant based foods & low consumerist & maybe unconventional healthy aging discoveries, and I am really missing the brand. It’s based on the quote “Well-behaved women seldom make history”. I still want to cook, but also branch out into intentional self-care and a an emancipated mindset, which go hand in hand. Kind of like living out the philosophy.

what part of the US do you live- it looks beautiful. I shagged my hair out last Oct - it was half blonde and it was driving my crazy. Now my hair looks quite a bit like yours....my bangs are longer but very similar. I love being silver.

I would rather keep my hair color as long as I can. I started using Fo-Ti and Amla supplements when I noticed a few more white or grey hairs in my 43's, I'm almost 47, I still have my natural color. My greys and whites are really rare.

Hmmm… Did your parents go gray? To be honest, I love my hair color for the first time in my life. I used to have medium brown hair they got super gingery/brassy in the sun and weirdly it didn’t really suit me. Now my hair sparkly and fun. Do you have black hair? I do really love black hair.

Thank you so much! have you tried rosemary oil and perhaps pumpkin seed oil. There is evidence that rosemary oil works as well as minoxidil and pumpkin seed oil is good at removing DHT, a byproduct of testosterone that causes male/female pattern hair loss.
