I find it interesting how many women have commented negatively about your grey hair. Our culture is so obsessesed with appearing youthful!
You need to get out of the mirror,, and LEAVE your hair alone. Sorry I just have to say it. Your natural silver hair was gorgeous. Let me encourage anyone here , going gray or wanting to transition, do not touch the natural gray with any HOT styling tools. First time I went natural .... I flat ironed a lemon yellow into my silver. Natural , silver, salt & pepper hair CAN NOT take excessive heat. I resorted to old fashioned styling methods with my silver ...i.e. foam rollers, old fashioned rollers with setting lotions and hair dryer. FOLKS!! Natural silver hair cannot take high heat!!! Also your styling products can cause crazy, funky colors in silver hair. Only use clear or white styling , conditioner, leave in. I'm so sorry for you.
Oh Lisa, I'm so heartbroken for you. I'm gonna go against most comments here and say that as much as brown hair looks good on you, the silver was simply stunning. 💔💔💔 I just started the grey transition (thanks to you and Elisa in Montreal as main inspirations... I'm 2 months in) and you are STILL AN INSPIRATION! What happened is pure bad luck and you didn't let anyone down. Thanks for this video as I'll know what to avoid in the future not to ruin my future grey hair. ♥
Your silver looked way prettier and healthy. It's sad to see all these comments about how gray hair makes us look old. Shame really that so many still think that. Now your hair just looks dyed instead of the amazing streaks you had before. You don't look younger, you look the same except you have dyed hair. Gray hair doesn't make us look old. We are as old as we are.

Girl stop with the natural remedies. 😂 Vitamin C and soap only does the bare minimum. You should have done a bleach bath to remove whatever the hell was in your hair, followed by a protein filler and the right level toner. It would have been minimal damage, compared to a color remover which also does very little. You didn’t have to dye your hair dark again. But since you did, use Olaplex so it doesn’t look so dull. And next time don’t use box dye!! It’s horrible for your hair. Anybody can buy professional coloring products at Sally.
It's too bad we associate grey hair with age. So many people go gray in their twenties. Its possible to appear young with grey hair if the mind set was just different. We just can't get over our mental connection with grey hair and age.
