basically hermes dont give their clients wtv they want (only specific ppl) at the store. you go there, ask abt the bags, they mostly tell u they dont have it (but they do) they just dont want to give it to anyone so it can be exclusive. then ppl try and talk to another worker and convince like “oh pls i have been search everywhere blah blah blah” then they say oh lemmme check the back and if they want to they will bring the bags they have (depending if u asked for a kelly, birkin etc..) and u can only choose from the ones they showed u. either get it or leave. but if u like ask for when they will receive the bag u want u would have to get the workers number and get to know more ppl there so that they offer u a lot more (my mom has been buying from hermes for more than 30 years thats how ik all these)
