I just don’t get the price tag for these bags. 🤷🏻♀️ It is pretty but for the money, I don’t see it. Maybe it is a status thing but I don’t get that either. I love designer handbags but there is a limit on what I think is appropriate for something that is just an accessory. Even if I could, I wouldn’t. She could have given that money to charities and helping those less fortunate, or putting that money into savings for when she needs to pay for something major like funeral expenses for loved ones or putting a child through college. I don't make a lot, but at least I give what I can to the community and those who need help. If she's happy, cool. I would have just used that money more wisely

This video is really informative ! To talk about the way you should be dressed or not, I think definitely choose an outfit you feel comfortable in, not very very casual like track pants of course 😂 but a nice outfit that shows your personal style and tastes. I think it helps if you wear a bit of Hermès too. However, I do think it’s all about the rapport you build with the SA you meet. I’m pretty sure that sales advisors prefer a client with not that much of Hermès on him (or impressive purchase history) but, like you, very polite, smiley with knowledges ; than a client wearing Hermès head to toe having a haughty or not particularly pleasant behavior ! So nice you showed the experience ☺️
Yes but only for the first 1-2 minutes and then I asked her if we could talk in English since my French is not that good. I think it will help people at their appointment (and just in general in Paris) to practice saying 'Hello, how are you. Can we speak in English please'. This shows you're making an effort to speak the language of the country and the sales associates primary language, although Hermes associates are all bilingual and most speak a 3rd or even 4th language as well. So it's not at all neccesary but it might help to say the initial hellos in French if you can learn those few sentences, even have google translate open, I think many will appreciate the effort. Hope this helps

I would buy it for $8k in a heart beat. When I bought the mini Lindy touch recently that was over $10k. But, it’s so darned cute and super versatile. I love it!! My dream bag would either be K25 and the mini Kelly 2 in lizard skin. Hoping to score either one this year. My SA said K25 is promising but the mini is very difficult to come by though :(. I actually touch on this very topic in my next video coming out Wednesday about both my good and bad appointment experiences. Although this experience in this vlog was easy to get the bag and I didn’t have to make any other purchases or purchase history and I just got the bag when I asked for it (albeit not the exact colour I wanted) I had a very very different and negative experience last year that left me really upset, all over a damn bag! I’m looking forward to more discussion on this topic and hearing everyone’s perspective

And luxury shopping does not stand for bad feelings, you should feel like a queen and the SA must be there for you and not you (CLIENT) be thinking of how the SA will react or think about your purchase.
I agree that it is a ridiculous system, I will never will buy in that brand or shop for that (I prefer other ones with an easy system: Loewe, Givenchy, Valentino etc) but I think in this case, she just shared her experience, a good one, and I enjoy how she speaks about luxury items for who is interested in. But she clearly enjoyed the result not exactly the experience (that supposed to be a luxury top notch one), she was nervous, not in a good way, and even dress up In a way that she was not confortable and not "feeling herself" to impress a SA!! 🧐 That is the result of the weird brand method, that dont make the regular client feel special, instead make them feel so small and insignificant. Just think about the fact that you pay thousands of dollars and dont get EXACTLY what you want from a LUXURY brand, you accept what they have in stock 🤯🤯🤯 something you'll never agree on items from those brands you just named. Personaly i love YSL and love the fact that the brand culture makes me feel special and the SAs goes out of their ways in order to get me exactly what i desire. THAT IS A LUXURY PURCHASE.

I agree that it is a ridiculous system, I will never will buy in that brand or shop for that (I prefer other ones with an easy system: Loewe, Givenchy, Valentino etc) but I think in this case, she just shared her experience, a good one, and I enjoy how she speaks about luxury items for who is interested in. I love this channel, she is very kind 😊

But she clearly enjoyed the result not exactly the experience (that supposed to be a luxury top notch one), she was nervous, not in a good way, and even dress up In a way that she was not confortable and not "feeling herself" to impress a SA!! 🧐 That is the result of the weird brand method, that dont make the regular client feel special, instead make them feel so small and insignificant. Just think about the fact that you pay thousands of dollars and dont get EXACTLY what you want from a LUXURY brand, you accept what they have in stock 🤯🤯🤯 something you'll never agree on items from those brands you just named. Personaly i love YSL and love the fact that the brand culture makes me feel special and the SAs goes out of their ways in order to get me exactly what i desire. THAT IS A LUXURY PURCHASE.

I still love my LV reverse monogram LYXBAGS clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.
No matter the appearance or the metal parts of the MoMcoco ’s bags I believe that as long as you are not a practitioner, you will never see any difference
