It's probably the best Merc ever built, The W204, the OM642 V6, The 722.6 trans.
Glowplugs: thighten slightly first, then "left/right" and they will come out, remember to replace the glowplug controller also.

Thanks buddy, have you had a remap on one of these engines? I’d bet they make good power

@@bestysbits2071 Well, I had one in a Chrysler 300C Touring, I did a piggybag ECM from Brabus. Works fantastic.
Ensure that the turboinlet rubber seal are 110% tight..
Otherwise it will leak oil on top of the swirlmotor that works the intake flapper Doors...
This part has been upgraded a couple of times, get the latest iteration, it will save a lot of work later...

      @@AlexAndreiZAR C320cdi were first outfitted with the .6 version 5speed (NAG1) trans.

@janfswedane my w204 has a 7g tronic gearbox...722.9... from what I know the w203 with om642 had as well the 7gtronic. There might be versions with 5g tronic but I haven't seen any. Meaning there might have been short production series with om642 and 5gtronic gearboxes.

Always wash top to bottom! Never wash the way he did, wheels then body. You'll have a load of swirly scratches all over your bodywork.

Just looked at mot history and it failed last year on a fuel leak around the filter god knows how they got it through especially when they knew where the problem was 😂😂

I think the mechanics that repaired it cut the end of the hose off and put the original clips back on curing the issue until it split again
