That was genuinely the most interesting and straight to the point video I’ve seen in a while.. props to you bro and thank you for sharing the journey.. looking forward to more content 😁👌
Fair play to you, brother. Love the attention to details. What advice would you give to someone who wants to go into car flipping but knows nothing about cars? Would love your advice.
Well done!!! Nice profit and well deserved after all your hard work and effort going to Scotland Personally I think it was only the driver side amg floor mat they was damaged so I would of got a good one off eBay and used them all as it just lifts the car with amg floor mats. And have now subscribed
As someone who’ has sold many a classes, the water ingress is very common on this shape a class on the W176 pre facelift. There are vents that are under the rear bumper that the seals wear and let water in. You probably wouldn’t have realised but in this car the vents should have been replaced. And under the carpets there is thick foam which will be soaked. This should have been removed and dried. All the body under the carpet will be soaking wet even if the carpets feel dry. So the seats and carpets should be removed and the foam dried, all the drain plugs pulled to drain the water and replace rear vents behind rear bumper if you wanted to do it properly. The next person will suffer from this issue, next time it rains the carpets will get wet again. I’ve done 20 of these a classes all with the same problem.
WOW! I did not know about this common issue. tbh I did check every corner of the car for water but could not find anything. If the buyer gets in touch for any water issues, I will happily get that done for them. Thanks for sharing that!
@ No worries. The flaps them self cost around £16/17 from Mercedes. Very easy to replace. Just need take bumper off. Will Stop any more water coming in. But only Headache is taking carpets out as they’ll Need to be dried. Any questions get in touch.
sick video and great job man!! had a quick question about Insurance when you pick up the car from BCA, what do you do? Take out day insurance to get it home?
@@ElCaminoooI have a company set up as well as trade insurance whilst I was working with a showroom learning the process. I had everything set up and decided to flip my first car on this channel privately but then I found out it was not legal. So now I flip all my cars thru my company with warranty.
Really well presented bro… if you are selling it privately how did you get access to BCA auction ? I thought they only allow traders!? Would be great to know if there is any alternative to that
Thank you 🙏🏼 as of now all my cars selling in the trade with 6 month warranty. After some research I found that bca has switched to traders only. You can still register as sole trader which means you don’t need to set up a company but will have to sell as trader as well.

Sold as seen regardless your private or trade it doesnt exist. If you brought from bca with a trade account how can you sell it privately as a private seller 😂
After doing some reading you are right. I will have some extra cost with adding warranty and other bits but that would allow me to sell at retail prices selling as trader. I will have to give autotrader a call tomorrow 🤙🏼 Thanks for your input.
no such thing as sold as seen in the uk, if the car is faulty then they can take you to court if it can be proven the fault was likely already on the car at the time of sale, the only way to get around this is sell as spares and repairs.
@ShaaakAR I'm not said you are dodgy but that hides any leaks form engine happens to me twice pick up car from Bradford drive to edinburgh And 3 days latar no coolant in reservoir tank and also oil split everywhere done inspections and oil cooler seals need replacing also inspections was done at pick up day

How do you know which ones come from wbac?
So informative! Can’t wait for the next video

I want to start doing this, do you have any tips for beginners? What budget to start off with and where to buy cars from etc..?
I will soon have a step by step guide.
You can start as low as £500 but having a bigger budget helps with buying better cars.
Is great i ready enjoyed .
Hope you enjoyed it!
Really enjoyed this, please make more!
There is more on the way!!
How much did you pay for insurance and road tax
I have a trade policy which comes out monthly and tax can be done via direct debit with the green slip.

Pollen filter!! The one filter people forget to replace when serving at home 😉
That’s a good point actually. The car smelt very unpleasant but after the deep valet it smelt fresh again. I will add pollen filter for future flips 🤓
Really nice stuff 👌
Was wondering, as it isn’t part of your costs. What about insurance? Surely that’s an extra cost
That’s a monthly deduction and I will start adding to future videos
Great vid mashallah thank you well done
Thank you 🙏🏼
0:17 did you just use normal water to the cooling radiator? If yes.. say bye 👋 to water pump and engine!! That’s cause rust and leaks!!
The water ratio to the coolant was insignificant as only the coolant tank was empty.
Do you have trade insurance brother? I want to open bca but that’s what you need
I have trade insurance. You need that to open a BCA account.
Im the same as the reat of the comments 😅 great video

If u buy from auction golden rule always get it transported to you

Most private car sales, the car is not cleaned, they expect you to buy the dirty car and pay almost same amount as garage forecourt.
What category was this car? N?
No category. HPI Clear
You could have put glue on the underside of that coolant last forever pound shop strong clear glue
If it was my personal car, I would've put sealant. However, I would feel bad selling it to someone else not fixing it properly.
It wouid of been good to ask when you collected it, more about Water ingress
They won’t give you any information. You will get what you see on the mechanical report or the condition report.

Why was the car in auction. Nothing wrong with it
BCA owns a lot of other companies such as we buy any car. That’s how most cars get there.
