I think it may... but honestly I think you should try more detailed tutorials. Most important is to not give up! Two tips I wanna give: -1. You will recognize your voice for a very long time, even if there's a big difference. Don't worry abt that. -2. When you're alone, practice as loudly as you usually speak. That's very important. +1. I've watched videos and even downloaded the audio lines and cut them with software to play them on the run for practice. But I think it also depends on mucus in your throat. If there's some or the throat is clear. Sometimes she has some kind of scratchy or squeaky sounds. Most of Toga is on a medium pitch I think, but there are also very high pitched sounds. I hope you understand what I try to say. It's difficult to explain. ^^

watch a lot of toga himiko and try to voice act like her . Its take time ofc but you need a lots of practices . never feel cringe with ur voice
