Okay, I have to point this out there. The song, “Love me Love me Love me” is not a yandere song. It’s about a girl who’s family does not give her enough attention. Or a family who has too much work stuff to pay attention to her. It may be a yandere song to you, but to me, it’s about family.
From what i understand, it's about a girl whos parents put too much pressure on to be perfect at school. The collar in the song is to represent the parents pressure on her. As she grows the collar stays the same size and chockes her the more she grows. That's supposed to mean that the older she grows the parents pressure on her grows stronger and stronger.
I think that the lyrics are a bit subjective, but I absolutely agree that it’s main theme lies in a girl with golden child syndrome! I can also see however, why one might think it has yandere undertones given the second half of the song having much to do with her finding love and finding that this syndrome gets in the way and she doesn’t feel they are enough. My personal interpretation of the song is a girl who has issues with her family expecting too much of her finding love and repeating the cycle? But of course, anybody can interpret the song anyway they wish.

Okay, I have to point this out there. The song, “Love me Love me Love me” is not a yandere song. It’s about a girl who’s family does not give her enough attention. Or a family who has too much work stuff to pay attention to her. It may be a yandere song to you, but to me, it’s about family.
I think it's the golden child syndrome
From what i understand, it's about a girl whos parents put too much pressure on to be perfect at school. The collar in the song is to represent the parents pressure on her. As she grows the collar stays the same size and chockes her the more she grows. That's supposed to mean that the older she grows the parents pressure on her grows stronger and stronger.
I think that the lyrics are a bit subjective, but I absolutely agree that it’s main theme lies in a girl with golden child syndrome! I can also see however, why one might think it has yandere undertones given the second half of the song having much to do with her finding love and finding that this syndrome gets in the way and she doesn’t feel they are enough. My personal interpretation of the song is a girl who has issues with her family expecting too much of her finding love and repeating the cycle? But of course, anybody can interpret the song anyway they wish.
