I live here and it’s the best community I’ve ever lived at. It’s clean, safe, everyone is nice. They are very picky about who they let move here which is fantastic
luxury doesn't mean new, instead they measure luxury by way of the amenities offered. I've toured these before and yes, I agree while they do look like they are stuck in the 90's it's probably one of the most clean and crazy free places.

I needed a two bedroom for me and my son and couldn't find anything in my budget at that time. After looking for at least two months before moving, I decided to buy a townhome. With apartments you have the application fee per person, deposit, income requirements, pet deposit, etc. I don't know if I made the right decision by buying but so far it's working out.
With the Normorl 3 × the rent is dissripnation for poor people... especially when the avg 1 bedroom apartment is $1,400 Who makes $4,200 a month when the avg pay in Vegas is $18.00 you would have to $25.00 an hour just to qualify... If you ain't married have boy friend or girlfriend or have a roommate... A single person is basically screwed unless making great money...
This place is pretty nice I like the last unit you showed here. The requirements are crazy I don’t have rental history being under 30 in Los Angeles lol no one qualifies to have any history these days 😂😢😢😢😢 at my age. Most people are stuck because it’s 3x the rent out here

Idk how I did it but I would walk to Chick-fil-A near palms and take a walk last year lol I had a fan in my babies stroller and got breakfast everyday lol 🥰🥰 I was sent some photos of that a while ago.

Now that I’m not sure, just because I don’t live in these apartments.. but from what I see here in Las Vegas the older construction were built a bit better then the new construction I feel like they make new ones faster now so the quality goes out the window. Hopefully this helps ☺️

Those pet fees per month are very reasonable I'm very affordable $25 thank you so much for these videos these really helped out a lot
