Now that is high living.
It’s small, I wouldn’t move there
I've never seen a stove and sink combo like that 😮
I have they call them Galley Kitchen's
Me neither, very strange.
Born and raised, never seen that shit in my life!
I live in Canada and I applied for a housing benefit to help with my high rent. My daughter lives with me and she's on disabililty for her mental health and she applied as well. Between the two of us getting the supplement we only pay $400 between the two of us for a 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bathroom condo. This is not a government run building either. It's a high rated building in an expensive area. This help will end in 2029 so we still have a few years grace.
That’s very nice hopefully you two can find something the brings in a little extra income to help you save up for when you no longer have a grace period. Perhaps a down payment on a small house even. Often a house has a cheaper monthly mortgage than a rented apartment or a mobile home. I have had all 3 my husband was a realtor for 35+ years so he has sold many homes to happy people who had always thought renting was cheaper.
@@blazefairchild465 We are saving every bit of money we can so we can get out of this apartment. We've been here 27 years and it's falling apart. Where we live houses are very hard to afford. I don't know a thing about buying a house. I just want out of here. It's depressing us to no end.
That’s awesome!!
@@lauramassi1957 They don't fix it up or anything?
@@702pow just got a brand new fridge and stove from the building management. They don't know we get help with rent either. Actually, we can have anything fixed whenever necessary
I lived in an RV bigger than that.
$850 studio. No AC where Vegas gets really hot.
The only positive thing I can say is it was a beautiful day. 💜
I know, right? Lol
Wowow!! Palm trees and all!! My 1 bdrm is $850!! Hehe Miss you @LAMONT!!
I have never seen a palm tree in real life guys! And I will be 40 in 28 months!!🫣🤐🙄😢
😂🤣
There is a small AC unit built into the wall.
That's a crazy price for such a small place....
Lamont, I appreciate you taking the time to teach us what's really out there. I'm thinking back to my very first apartment ever it was 215.00 a month sounds crazy right? At that time I worked two jobs.
I live in Las Vegas and the apartment I live at is about a 1000 a month for a two bedroom
I used to live in Vegas, Nevada. Moved there in 2001. My rent was $450, one bedroom. Moved to Sarasota, Florida, to give my kids a better future. Best decision ever.
It would be perfect for 1 person. Not bad looking. Looks clean, very small but doable for 1 person
Fuck that
You dont need much to be happy
@@Jacob1986that's what he said
$850 for 300 square feet? Are you kidding? Who in the hell would pay that? 😂
😂😂😂😂😂 let Jose wear his mask in peace lmao
🤣
😂😂😂
I’ve been living in Vegas for 10 years. My first apts were on charleston blvd for $600 a month. The apts weren’t the nicest but it was nicer than these and very spacious. I’ve since moved to luxury apts at 1600 a month 😅 if you want to live cheap in Vegas, you WILL be living with the crackheads and bums of Vegas. Save your money 😂
You should find a place here in Oklahoma. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 living rooms, two full baths, double car garage and a fenced backyard for $900. And it's super nice! University here..
......and a Tornado or two or three now and then!! Forget it!
Me too! That one room was bs...😂
Rents in Vegas are crazy now. I lived in those apartments in 1991. I think rent was $300 per month then, and I got 1st month free.
Run Lamont as fast as you can!
Be safe!
Lamont, you can buy a home using a U S D A Loan if you aren't paying cash when you are ready to settle down, they WILL cover a home on land, they WILL cover acreage, they WILL cover manufactured homes, they WILL cover set up, U S D A covers areas of like 35 k and less. That's how we bought our home, moved in zero earnest money to the seller, zero down to the lender. Look for things that qualify for 100% financing. My mortgage is less than 500 a month on a three bedroom, two bath single family home on a fixed SSDI income.
My bff keeps telling me about. She's stressed tho it's only in certain cities/towns. Yet im considering...I hope people see your comment
They literally cover A LOT of areas, Tell her from ME, YOU'RE STUPID, THAT'S STUPID STOP BEING STUPID.@@conservativehippie9736
Not bad easy to keep clean.🇺🇲💥🌃
I lived in a moving truck in Vegas for about a month.. Was having a decent time.. Covid hit and everything shut down.. Bounced to moms house in Pheonix.. The biggest of shit holes.... Pheonix not moms house..
Thanks for the tour! 😁👍
If you can stand the summer heat in Vegas its a starter apt for someone. Or elderly making under $1000/mo Social Security.
I remember moving to Vegas years ago .I moved for my job .I didn't know the areas of Vegas very well .I lived on Sierra Vista drive .When i told my new boss .He told me you need to move fast .You're living in crack alley . 7 days later going to work a dead person bleeding from the head was on the sidewalk .It was 5 : 30 AM so nobody saw him yet . I called LVMPD . I moved the next day .
I lived at the Sugar Tree Apartments on Sierra Vista Drive in 2007. Nice small Junior one bedrooms, utilities included and a swimming pool for around $550.00 a month. But, you're right...the area wasn't the best!
Small world, lived on Sierra Vista for about one year. Then upgraded to Siegel Suites down by the park, that was an experience…lol😂Only in Vegas!😅
I still wear my Mask but believe it or not it’s not for Covid. During Covid when we had to wear the mask into 2-3 months of doing so I had noticed that I wasn’t having allergy symptoms and my Asthma wasn’t triggered I slept so much better (I still do now)
@dennismcconnell4222 I agree. I have asthma and allergy problems. The masks made it worse. Barely wore...only doc visits when you had too
@@conservativehippie9736 it probably didn’t work for you , but you’re probably not a fat disgusting piece pos like me😔
I felt like I was smothering! And I have anxiety!😰😷

Rent has been so high as of late. I have a little townhouse I rent out 15 mins north of Atlanta and it went from $875 per month the last 10+ years to I did a full renovation after the last longterm tenants moved and the area has gotten so high, my new tenants were thrilled to snag it for $1800 - all of the other listings were over $2000.
300sq ft?!! $850 a month?
Efficiency apt overated for sure.
Roaches??!!!
Definitely a no with the roaches
It has no bedroom. 300/150 is all I'll give for that small place. Good commentary and content.
I'll pass. The main reason I stay in Tx because its cheaper than most states. Hate the weather but it is what it is.
You want to pay rent in London for a one bedroom £2000 quid per month that’s in a cheap borough ,😂😂
I’m in Austin and it’s expensive here even at my low income apartment. We pay over $1100 on our 1 bedroom apartment. It used to be cheaper but they bumped up the prices. I’m sure getting something else here will be even more expensive especially a house
@@myrescuecats3028 2000 Quid for a one bedroom…😮💨😭‼️
No Lamont!! I have never wanted to live in Vegas 🥴
You had to share a bathroom? Omg what was that like, I thought they only did that in NY, and who cleaned it?
Holy cow!! Almost a grand a month...FOR A ROOM!!
Lamont took off at the tender age of 18, and moved straight to Vegassssss!!!
The subtitles were so funny!
A lot of people still wear masks .
One never knows if they may have some kind of issue and they need to take precautions.
Plus in the past month or so , they say that hospitalizations from c19 are really up a lot .
😷
Be nice .
✌️😇🙏
I love it,it's a good deal .
The place I would want to live in is Florida near Orlando. Las Vegas isn't an interest to me.
I live in Miami...You couldn't pay me to live with the crazies in Orlando, Ft.Lauderdale or West Palm Beach...Jacksonville is suicide...Miami is the best as long as you stay away from any address that starts with North West...I'm close to all the stores and 30 minutes from the best beaches...Best concerts and clubs a ten minute drive...Super safe...Oh and stay away from South Beach and the tourists...They come to do here what they won't at home...
@ladyaly864 The reason I would want to live in Orlando is cause I would want to live close to Disney World. I'm a big Disney fan.
I moved from Vegas to Sarasota Florida 2007. Very happy with my decision. I love my Sarasota.❤
@@ladyaly864 My husband was born and raised in Little Haiti, Miami. He loves Sarasota. We've never been back to Miami since we got married lol. Don't care for it. And I agree about Orlando, only went there when my kids were little to take them on vacation.
Agree
I've been here for 10 years. The apartment I'm in is $945 a month It was $465 in 2013 600sf
Someone with 6 kids would snag that up in a heart beat LOL
😳🤣🤣🤣🤣
good one! , thanx!💯👍✌!
Hey Lamont hope your doing great brother!
For that amount of money in Belgium , you rent a big house with 3 or 4 bedrooms , big garage and big garden. 😎
Europe is so beautiful and it would be tempting but your recent history suggests when things go bad, you all turn on each other on a dime(suddenly)!
In the Philippines you get a 7 bedroom 4 bath, in a gated community at the beach...😂😂
@@benlaw4647 🤩
I rented a nice 2 bedroom apartment in a good area of St. Louis for less than that. With 2 pools on site.
The closet is bigger than the freaking kitchen!
I always wonder where you are actually at....this video makes me think you are still in Vegas, but some of your other uploads recently make me think you aren't lol. Apartments are too fvcking expensive here bro...Vegas is no longer a decently priced mid-large sized city, it's expensive here now.
That is crazy but things are so high and the sizes has gone down. I live in a townhouse style apartment attached garage. They come with washers and dryers inside each unit. One and a half baths. Two bedrooms assigned parking in the front. A balcony in the back and I pay only $910 a month here in Northern Illinois..
What a bad joke! Kitchen is too small for no real cooking allowed. Wow! I will stay in my apartment is huge compared to this nightmare! Lamont stay safe out there, watching you from Tucson Arizona
This is cool! Can you do this in St Louis and Atlanta?
Yes
@@Lamontontherun yayyyy.
Very depressing. Looks like a place you wouldn’t go outside after dark.
I pay $650 a month on Maryland Parkway between Tropicana and Hacienda. Has full kitchen & living room near UNLV
Does that include bad credit score too?
That's TRASH 😢
I think that sink-burner combo used to be a sink-burner-fridge combo. The fridge broke & they pulled it out.
Lamont checking his properties, big baller energy.
I lived in LV long anough ago that I paid 300 USD monthly for a studio that was nice.
Desert Oasis Apartments on the strip directly across from Mandalay Bay a little cheaper. Lived there for about 10 years. Very tough to get in! The washroom a lot better at Desert Rose.
It’s a motel room 😂
I know you're familiar with Tang's donuts on Sunset and Fountain in Los Angeles. I grew up around there and went to King jr high nearby in the 90s. We probably know a few people in common. If you're ever in dtla (where I live now) I would love to buy you a beer off camera and shoot the shiznit.
Your on. Shoot me an email tacobellcriminal@gmail.com with your contact info
I managed units this way and they still were left disgusting by tenants before i came on board.
Lmao it’s funny seeing so many people talking shit about this place. You can’t even find an apartment for under $1500 where I’m from in northern VA. If you’re on hard times and just trying to make ends meet this will do. A lot of people need to go touch grass.
Cheaper than Nj..all of our 1bd are 1300 and up in a bad neighborhood.
cost you $17.50 in downtown Portland.. and about 1100 everywhere else in the city.. yeah the rental industry has lost their mind.. they're completely out of touch with the American population and our ability to pay at this time in the economic situation we all find ourselves at
Hey Lamont! Did you go to Truckee?
Renting a bedroom in Canada is 800 and up
You said flush twice it's a long ways to LA 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
"Flush twice.." 🤣🤣🤣🤣
That's not bad for there in new York it would be much higher. You can get house here for less than that in rent. Roach motels work great baited with tiny speck of peanut butter.
Where was the bedroom🤷🏽♀️
You don't really need an oven because everyone uses air ovens you can bake, fry, grill, dehydrate and cook sea food
If they knew you were a baller your price would be at least $1850 per month
My house we got it down to 800 a month and its a 1,500 square feet, 3 bedroom, decent house. That apartment costs more than my house. Thats too expensive for a very small apartment but for someone who has no other choise I guess its ok
That's insane. Too expensive for that little shack.
If they want to wear mask, leave them alone you don’t know what kind of underline conditions people have…moving on.
I sure wouldn't consider that an apartment. It's more like a closet in a closet. I'm so thankful I don't live in Vegas any longer. 3 years was more than enough for me. I didn't even have a choice. I was a teen and my dad was stationed at the Nevada Test Site.
Enough room for my cat. But not for me!
😂
Lamont,, whenever you make the journey here to Australia, you might be shocked by the housing situation here
Beats living in a van right ?
If Wasn’t in my current living situation I think I would be homeless. Rent is ridiculous. I do make more than minimum wage and I work 45 hours a week. It’s absurd.
Maybe that person with the mask is sick and protecting you so don’t be so quick to call them a moron.
It's good for a single person
That's insane! I've got a bigger tent then that apartment!
Damn Lamont is everywhere
Yeah he definitely is!!!!!! Lol
My Uncle…slowly revealing more layers in his origin story 🤴🏿
Here in Australia That place would probably be classed as a Generous Bed-Sit ,,
But it looks like a former motel,
In NYC that’s $1700 easy
In South Africa l am renting a farm house on a fruit farm equivalent to about $400. 2 Bathrooms, 3 rooms a big back yard.
Good luck making it through the night
Rent is crazy now.
600 sounds a lot better ! What happens in Vegas ! stays in Vegas 😜
Bruh this is a good deal and it doesn’t look bad. They actually have maintenance
Wow
They should be ashamed of themselves!! Asking that amount
Geeze!!! 😮
Las Vegas New Mexico or Las Vegas Nevada ?
Las Vegas,Mexico
thats super decent
Good afternoon Lamont
No bedroom ? Its very small but workable i guess.$1350 in australian dollar's , would probably go for $1800 here in Sydney
Not exactly my friend she owns 4 upstairs and downstairs apartments with a full gated yard for about the same rent price, and they are a two bedroom apartment's
so yes, my friend has a better deal in Vegas ... oh, and NO RATS, NO RAOCHES once a month exterminator comes by...
You till me what's going on Lamont on the run
That closet will be someone's extra bedroom
Careful. Even though the apartment might look nice, the water might taste like garbage.
Where was the bedroom?
It's a studio, no bedroom
I am so tired of seeing masks. I am pretty sure the guys that showed you the apartments, are made to wear them.
Exactly 😢
Is budget suites bad or just expensive?
Depends on which location but they are all expensive if you are staying there permanently
Lamont, no bedroom? Is it a studio apartment?🤔
