Thanks a shit ton for reviewing these apartments and saving me time and energy to go across all Las Vegas. I was stuck between Marlowe and aspire at echelon. Marlowe had more beautiful finishes but they went up and did not want to go back to their opening prices. Aspire at echelon although wasn’t as beautiful their technology was more up to date. You can preheat the oven with your phone and also connect your phone to the washer and dryer. Also comes with the island gas stove that I like. Marlowe only had 1 elevator, 1 pool and jacuzzi, and pretty much all amenities was in one building. Aspire has 2 elevators, 2 pools and jacuzzis, and amenities are more of I should say. It’s like they have a much more space even tho aspire has 2 buildings and Marlowe 3. Anyway I’m moving into aspire at echelon tomorrow and really appreciate ❤you saving me time. Just pcs here from Hawaii and now I have everything set up using my house hunting days😂

@@jamesyun497 it’s nice bro I got 696 sf 1 bed 1 bath room looking over the pool area and mountains. Very nice people here one dude backed into my car early in the morning and told me later when saw me. A black man too. I thought to myself yeah this a nice area. Centennial hills is one of the safest areas.
I recently moved to Henderson from California and the place I am renting allowed me to skip the 3x monthly income requirements. That's because I was able to prove I had 1 year in total rent in my bank account.
I also recently moved from California, here to Southern Highlands. I was concerned when I realized that the requirement is now 3x the rent. I was in my last place 12.5 years, and it had been 2x the base rent. I barely qualified, but have a high credit score. This helped me immensely.
@@Gypsyrose17 watching her videos helped a lot! I was living in the same house in San Diego for 38 years until it recently sold. Not too many people make the 2.5 - 3x times the rental income per month. As long as you have at least the total amount of your lease you should be ok. Good luck!
@@nsanenthembrane economics. I never wanted to leave California but I had to and Las Vegas(Henderson) seemed to be a good option. So far its been good and still getting used to everything. Hey, California is only a few hour drive🤷♂️🤷♂️

I currently live here n it's nice n quiet n I'm on the first floor I can say that the 2B got more closet space than any of the larger units more cabinets n counter space 😢 I moved out of a 2B into the largest unit n there is literally only 2 closets 1 in both bedrms no extra closet storage space for absolutely nothing no linen closets I like everything about this complex but the closet space is horrible no place to store mop broom bike soap power etc it's horrible I don't know why they build these 2 grand n higher units but give you no storage/closet space is insane not even a linen closet where are you suppose to put wash clothes bath towels etc lack of attention to detail
I'll be checking that one out, except it won't be for me. Additionally, I'm also going to check at Aspire at Grand Flamingo, which is ten minutes from where I live. My parents may move from California out here in a few months from now. Thanks for the video. 😊

Yeh Vegas is definitely known for fees which is tricky to find some that don’t have, it’s basically a cleaning fee for them to go in and clean and repair the place before you move in. Super annoying but unfortunately they do this
