    Danny, that's a really good deal with all they're including in the rent price. My advice: use those amenities. If you're tempted to gamble, go work out in the gym instead and use the hot tub to relax. Get a nice TV since you get free cable. The internet speed seems pretty slow but hey, it's FREE. Considering you like being downtown near Fremont St, this apartment was a great find. Congrats.

    A superlative video, production and presentation! As you well know, that apartment would be $3,000 a month in Manhattan. Add $100 a month for electric, and $175 for cable/Internet.
    I love the 2 separate kitchens. Never saw that before. You found a great place. Congratulations!

    Hi DtM, that is a nice apartment set up! It looks pretty new and has all the conveniences you would need. What kind of people live there? Old, young? It would be interesting to see a tour when it is full of people doing what they do in the community places. I think the price is very good if you get the electric and wifi included. The only thing that bothered me was the laundry room door. It looked really beat up ? Exercise? Never. Life is hard enough as it is. What about parking? Tks. Karla in Cali.

    Who needs a house out in Hackensack

    I wonder what the lease is? If it is month to month, that would be perfect. Love to rent a month stay there, while I enjoy the Vegas life for a bit. Vegas is considered the ninth Hawaiian island due to lots of locals here visits Vegas all year round.

    • @theejayzeeable
      @theejayzeeable 22 дня назад

      Of course it's not month to month to move in. Use a little logic. They require longer leases to move in so that they receive rent over longer periods, not some months yes and some months no. 1 month lodging is what extended stay motels are for. And thats why extended stays motels are more expensive.

ALSO, when you consider all the extras you get at no additional costs, I honestly believe you got an excellent deal on this very efficient apartment ... with electricity covered, that alone could easily save you a $100 or more (a LOT more) and the other "no cost" amenities too ... Notice too he didn’t show you any of his actual apartment just him on his bed. That’s because the “apartment” is literally like 160 square feet, total. That’s insane right, what’s. Worse is there isn’t even a door for the “bathroom”. So let’s say you or a guest are needing to use the restroom. Well you both get to hear and smell the entire experience 😂
