Terrific video James!! Wow 3-years passed quickly. I remember watching your first video! The common areas are really important and I think they are great! It sounds like good people live in the building and that's so important! I enjoy seeing updates via video!! Keep them coming! Cheers! 🙂
I feel like you either did videos on his place before or had a completely seperate channel, because I've looked at this place before and sort of remember you lol. I'm a single male 39 years old and have always kept my eye open on this place since it's cheap in price and I don't have many things if I ever wanted to relocate this would be my first stop before buying a condo or something. I love the location, always something to do even if you are completely bored out of your mind. Probably a ton of great restaurants down there and hidden gem type places.
@@jamesinvegas unfortunately I discovered your very helpful videos after I submitted. Definitely considering it. If everything checks out, move-in should be in the next month.
I remember this place when it was first built. I remember it being a halfway home for convicts. There used to be a gay bar right across the street, it was a hot spot in 70's. I lived on Bonanza Blvd. and Las Vegas Blvd. in a studio apartment. Rent used to $450.00 monthly. I now live in Brownsville Texas where Elon Musk moved his rockets too. Now the rents are high as well. Lucky for me I bought a small house which is paid for. However I still miss Las Vegas because that's where I left my youth and love behind.
Très intéressant! Tu as un petit appartement mais les espaces communs de l’immeuble sont géniaux 👍 Ça permet aux habitants de se rencontrer. C’est un concept intéressant! Bonne suite 🍀
Thanks for watching! We don’t hear the Fremont Street concerts here. There are a couple of festivals once a year that are very close to the building but those are tolerable. “Punk Rock Bowling” and “Life Is Beautiful”. Please be sure to like and subscribe if you haven’t already.
Thanks for watching! I do like it here. Been here over 3 years now. Sometimes it can get noisy depending on what part of the building you are on. Sirens once in a while and of course a few music festivals a year but nothing unmanageable. Please be sure to give it a thumbs up and subscribe.
Thanks for watching. Doesn’t hurt to apply and find out. Give them a call and ask. Also be sure to mention my name James Willis when you do decide to apply.

@@jamesinvegas That's way less than I imagined, given the amenities. In NYC, you'd have to put a 1 or 2 in front of what you currently pay, to get a room or kitchenette half that size.

Didn't know you were that close to Freemont St. It looks pretty clean. Is Vegas trying to clean up areas near there?
Yeah. 1 block from Fremont Street and about 4 blocks from the Fremont Street Experience. Definitely has been improving over the last few years.
