Comin solo from downtown Chicago and not trying to be car dependent and save money, I’m considering downtown LV my first year. Your video is helpful for my new fresh start. Cheers!
Smart move from Chicago. I won't miss the cold weather in Toronto. Cost of living is still cheaper in vegas. Living downtown. You could probably live without car. That was my plan anyways. Green valley ranch is also a good location. It has great walk score.✌️
Hi! saw this comment and wanted to respond! I was born and raised in chicago and just moved here to vegas in feb of this year... YOU NEED A CAR here! trust me! nothing is as close as it seems and the bus system isnt the best as they dont have commuter trains etc... hope this helps!

Hey! Love your videos. Planning on moving to Vegas next year and have been watching all your videos. Is it possible to get info on 3 brdms as well on your tours?
I’m sure you would know the answer to this but when they say you must make 2.5 times the rent what exactly does that mean. If you want a 4,000 apt do you have to make $10,000 per month.
Yes so if the base rent is $1000 then you would need to make $2500 a month before taxes to qualify (this is just an example) in the event were you have a spouse or a partner/ roommate both incomes can be combined 😁
@@sarahandrew2011 Ariva will give you the most resort style feel with their pools and aesthetics I also know someone who lives there and I haven’t heard the best from those places which is sad because it’s so beautiful. While EVORA and vestra try to combine living and dining all together in a convenient location. I prefer EVORA i love the location and what it offers and the way the style of the apartments are. Vestra offers the most unique and one of a kind style of living, also with vestra you have to share a lot of everything there with local people that come for the restaurants. Don’t get me wrong they are one of my favorites!!!
I am planning on moving to Vegas from South Jersey this summer. All of our one bedrooms are 1300+ and there is nothing here for entertainment. Will have to get a weekly hotel until i have a job lined up. Any suggestions?
What are you looking for in an apartment and what’s the budget if you don’t mind me asking, and do you want to stay close to downtown or out in the suburbs? ☺️
@carolinelopez91 I want to stay close to downtown. I like this apartment but I don't have work lined up there yet but I'm moving with enough money to last until I find a job. $850-1000 is my price range for a studio.
@@1-o-f-1 I would definitely give them a call and let them know your situation, I’m sure they will help you. If not I have a playlist that shows much more apartments.. But let me know how it goes ☺️
